Someone said there are only 70 passes for the entire plane. - Similar experience with “free wifi” Guangzhou’s Bayun airport if you don’t have a Chinese simcard in your phone. - Navigating China Southern’s website for online check-in is a nightmare."

Spend the time to "listen" thoroughly instead of saying "OK I know" & then fuffill the passengers request. Sometimes, little details matter, even they did the job right. Try to do better!"
Pros: "Loved the good space in seating. Really appreciated it. Mostly crew were friendly and eager to be helpful. The sudoku was the only entertainment I really wanted to use on this flight but it just refused to load. Didn't really matter as I had a good book with me and really enjoyed that."

Connection flt transfer in Guangzhou went very smooth and is simple to pass through concourses to connecting flt. Other airlines and airports can be a major hassle, but China Southern Airlines has their business model operation down to a science. And the best part, their prices are very offirdable."

Poor maintenance leads to tragedy and unneeded lateness. Making the cabin 16 degrees for 8 hours may sell rental blankets, but it makes people sick as well. Shame on you."

I can under short local flights having all these extra charges but long haul flights like most other carriers shld come With at least 1 free checked bag and at least free water or soft drinks on a flight."

It's a cheap airline for a reason and they get their money back by charging you for everything, including water during the flight. It's better to pay a little bit more for a real airline where standard things like carry ons, checked bags, water, and drinks come complimentary, especially for long flights."

One man was on the verge of tears because he was about to miss his flight. The employee even asked me for my visa for my arrival in Kuala Lumpur, for which none was required. When he realised his mistake, he seemed all the more confused. All in all, I have waited one hour in a line with five people ahead of me."

Signage was unclear and staff lacked training, which was why it took us a while to find the Premium check in line. KLIA2 is its own mess of convoluted processes and a layout that defies logic."

With scoot you can pay for the upgrades you need to make it bearable. Air Asia X, seems to have nothing in this space which given how unpleasant the basic flight is, it would seem like a great way to make more money per traveler."

Horrible service, kept hitting me with cart or elbow as flight attendant passed by. Huge flight with Zero entertainment options. The seats were so narrow only my daughter would fit into them. Late over an hour. I was paying a discount for a 13 hour layover in KL, did not realize everything else."

Cons: "I had to pay 1000 RM for my luggage, I explained to them that It was a miss understanding but they did not bother to even give me a little discount, I am a student and it was just too much, First of all what kinda Airline doesn't let you take any luggage for free for an International Flight!!! Second I was aware that it wast free but I did not know the total of weight were supposed to be 40 kg, I purchased 25 kg because I thought it was per luggage which that is what usually is, I want it to purchase another 25 kg for my other luggage but it didn't let me do that online so i decided to do than when I get to the airport, No big deal right! Well I had to pay 1000 RM for that, Terrible Airline, Will never fly with them Again"
