Pros: "Pilot does not waste time chatting. Still too much chatter (interrupting movies) but less than on other airlines."

Way to narrow, not enough distance to seat in front of you, seats do NOT recline enough to be able to relax & get needed rest, no footrest & way overcrowded. Although the price was good, we truly suffered on this trip."

Cons: "I paid extra to have an exit row for this long flight. Just before taxiing a man moved seats into the exit row seat next to me (not paying for it like I had) and was intrusive and sprawling out over into my space the entire very long flight. I am extremely unhappy about this and the willingness to allow him to move seats that I had to pay extra for and then left me zero comfort on the flight."

Cons: "Hello- The system for online checking was down (I think) it took a lot of time to check in. By the time we got to passport control, there was a huge line and an hour and half was left before take off. Anyways we joined the line. Half way through, 45 min before flight (flight was eventually delayed for an hour I think but we did not know that at the time) we realized that we were definetly going to get late and were looking for any Emirates person (whilst in line) who could guide us. Eventually someone did came and told a group (some way ahead of us) that people flying to Lahore and Karachi can go to another office for passport control (we ran to that office). I believe instead of sending 1 person to a line of say 300+ people to fetch for people for Lahore and Karachi can devise a contingent plan for these kind of situations. Maybe use a hand held digital board asking passengers with Flight no:XXX to head to a place so and so. Maybe megaphone can be used. Instead of passenger anxiously trying to get to 1 person whilst keeping in line to get some important information. In flight I used the button twice to call a crew member for some juice and water. But nobody came. But that might be understandable as there was a lot going on some 1 hour after dinner I think and is not a big problem. Don't know what kind of coordination they have with Dubai airport staff, seemed least bothered."

Cons: "One carryon and no personal item - inconvenient and irritating! Security staff disposed of manicure scissors that met printed guidelines. Checked baggage was damaged, will avoid Emirates because of this. Staff, comfort, and food were very good, but will still select other airlines"
Cons: "My original flight was delayed so I needed to book for a hotel in manila and need to rebook my connecting flight from christchurch to queenstown. Supposedly, the airline company should offer a reimbursement for all my additional expenses. Vey inconvenient on my part."

Cons: "Passenger seated next to me was bigger than the seat could take the whole flight it was u uncomfortable for me to even move an inch He was a smoker and smelt really bad I was told the seat next to me would be empty There was no space for my bag as others brought more than 1 piece of luggage with them on board The toilets weren't checked it was wet and dirty throughout Usually I fly 2/4 times in 60 days with emirates but this was the worse experience I had things on my tray before landing the hostess rudely asked me to put it in the pocket ahead of me as she didn't want to take it from me which is what I had originally requested for On the outbound flight I think your net package by mistake charged me Twice ! I strongly suggest if someone is bigger than a certain size then they should book 2 seats as 17 hours it wasn't easy for me to ask him to sit in a correct manner or have the handle half up so he uses my seat too Overall u satisfied and painful experience Net was slower on outbound too"

Cons: "Flight initially was said to be 1 hour late and then it was cancelled altogether. There was no information about why and what are the next steps. People were just following blindly as the group moved, finally everyone was led out of the airport after immigration cancellation, then to baggage claim where we had to collect all checked in big bags and board a bus to take us to hotel . The hotel was good but getting there with the big bags for just a few hours and then the flight was scheduled for night (12 hrs later than original schedule) They could have just held the checked in baggage with them, or arranged an alternate aircraft to arrive sooner."
Pros: "I love the fact that the crew is quite so international -- and that they all wear small flag pins to tell you where they come from! They were very good with the children -- and I loved the fact tht they came round and took polaroid photos of passengers - particularly the families!"
Pros: "it was a very nice experience. The leg room was good for economy. If one is comfortable they then enjoy all the accoutrements . food was good, entertainment, and staff was very good. there's always one when asked for help with a question would be every helpful all in all nicely done"

Cons: "Not knowing about the additional lay over in Larnaca. No mention was made of this layover during the booking process. It just makes this flight extremely long. Furthermore you sit in the uncomfortable plane for a hour. Will most probably never take this flight again."

Cons: "a bassinet brought for 40 minutes before landing. Forgot to feed. I had to demand a meal for me and the baby and toddler. In the cabin cold. With this flight crew the flight attendants did not like."
