Seating wasn’t good at all with not much leg space in between. Fortunately it was a relatively short flight. Otherwise we would have struggled a lot. On board meal was pretty ordinary. It is sad to see the overall quality of this once superb airline has dropped so low.
Very good customer services before, & during flight. I will choose it again in the future.

Cons: "Seats and leg room not as comfortable as older plane. The entertainment system was confusing to use ( again older model) hence not as user friendly."

Cons: "4 hrs delay due to failure of Singapore Airlines to have a working plane on site at the appointed time. Even worse: chaotic deplaning with one crew member telling passengers to deplane and another yelling at them in the bridge for doing so. A mess of lines trying to get a new boarding pass for a rebooked missed connection—at the front of the line the agent said oh, you need to wait in this other line. Agents had no clue where to direct passengers and gave incorrect directions that necessitated more waiting. No updates to new flight time in the business class lounge. Once the flight was in the air, service was terrible. Attendants would ask for orders, then never bring them or bring the wrong thing."
Pros: "Being one of the best airlines in the world, you can really go wrong with these guys. Always a good experience."
Cons: "As always, economy class is getting tighter. But economy here is still better than the western airlines."

How do you run out of beer after one hour of a twelve hour flight?!

Cons: "The second leg of the flight from Shanghai to Bangkok felt like sitting on wooden chairs. Picking the type of food and not end up with allergy inducing food didn't seem like an option."

Cons: "Departure - there was no gate number shown for long time, but in 15 minutes after the gate number appeared on the list, there was announcement, that gate was going to close. Arriving - it took more than an hour to get out of the plane after we landed. No announces about why and how long..."

Cons: "There were no screens to watch anything, no WiFi and my seat didn’t recline."

Cons: "Cattle boarding at PVG was less than ideal. Long wait time between flights. Equipment not as comfortable, but thankfully is was a relatively short flight. No choice of entertainment options and cabin lights were on for the duration of the second flight. Cold meal was okay on second flight from PVG to BKK, could have been better."

Cons: "Lost baggage. This happens though and I'm understanding. But there has been no assistance or appearance of any effort to locate my bag. At this point we don't know where it is. The second i asked for compensation so i could purchase a change of clothes they stated to try and blame me and refused to offer me anything. So yup. Don't recommend. I won't be flying on them again."

Cons: "Don't like crew pulling out my charge cords or ear phone jack so early into the landing process."
