Food for Dinner was repeated in the next lunch too.
There is not much good to say. Boarding process is time consuming, food should improve a lot and entertainment choices are limited and outdated.
I liked the cleanliness of the flight, my check in bags got loaded into cargo for some reason and I had to wait over 30 mins for them to arrive becuase a thunderstorm hit and they people in charge didn’t want to drive the cargo section over in a thunderstorm.

I hope Cathay will do something better in situations like we encountered. As of this writing I and my husband are still at HK airport waiting for our flight to LAX."

I've always preferred Qantas, and the service is still generally good, but someone has taken their eye off the food offering. Back from NZ it was noodles with a sauce in a cardboard box. No cheese and biscuits, no sweet. Air Tahiti/Air Cailin, etc.. give a decent meal while on International.

Three hour delay on a 1.2 hour flight. Ground staff made us wait in the boarding area for around 2 hours even though the aircraft hadn't even arrived yet. No updates, no refreshments - not even water. Then we finally boarded to discover MH wasn't even doing meal service on this sector anymore. Just a bag of peanuts and tiny cup of orange juice. So close to five hours without serving water!

Cons: "I was having 10hrs of layover in Malaysia, the airline neither facilitates with any transit lounge, room, and lunch. I am very disappointed."
Pros: "1) Not to squashy and more spacious than I thought. 2) The interior of aircraft seemed reasonably modern and up-to-date rather than old and miserable with stained seats and carpets. 3) the in-flight entertainment was better than I thought"
Cons: "I tried the seafood pasta and it was horrible!"

Cons: "As usual, the flight was completely full. Everyone carries on as many bags as allowed and there is no bin space for all the luggage. I bring only my briefcase and had to search for space."
Pros: "Left and arrived on time. From just the flight point of view, it was correct but traveling now is more than leaving from A in order to arrive to B"
Cons: "I could not select that we wanted a vegetarian menu on the website of this company. The KUL airport is not very big, not many things to do there, very few restaurants. The issue is that if you fly with this company you arrive at KUL. Steward was kind but rough - efficient like a robot... and the headphones are very poor, I could hardly understand what was said when watching the films."
Pros: "Prompt flight and service was good."
Cons: "Sorry to say the flight is always late. From Osaka to KL I had to wait 4 hours to connect to the next flight to Jakarta. Than on the way back from Jakarta to KL the flight was late again I just nearly made it for my connnecting flight to Osaka. Overall it was ok but something must be done for delayed flights."
Pros: "The boarding and entertainment..."
Cons: "The food... and the lack of announcement to advise us on the delay"
Pros: "We missed our flight connection in KL due entirely to our fault. M-Air staff helped us get onto the next flight. Economy was full so we paid for an upgrade to business class but we were seated in first class. Wonderful crew, service, cabin and flight."
