My flight from Sydney to LA the headphones and the jack didn’t work. I informed the crew member it was an over 15 hour flight with no sound in entertainment. I asked if they had kosher or halal options in one of the flights to Brisbane, the crew member wasn’t pleasant in the reply. I walk up next, my ticket is scanned and then the personnel at the gate said in what I can only describe as the most disrespectful, inconsiderate, ill-tempered tone that he would need take my bag. He grabbed it out of my possession, shoved it into the luggage sizing rack and even though it did fit inside the lines, he said it was "too close" and would need to be checked. Not wanting to cause a scene and quite frankly speechless by this man's attitude, I did not object.. It was not until I was seated on the plane that I noticed more than a dozen items of luggage larger than mine and that the vast majority of people that had 3, 4, 5 carry on items when the maximum is 2: one personal item and one carry on luggage item. It was both the lack of respect and the lack of consistency that lead me to have an extremely "poor" boarding experience. Serious retraining needs to be completed and boarding attendants should not be able to harass airline passengers."

The entertainment options were excellent and I watched some great first run movies. Food was quite good with options, beverage service standard. Restrooms were readily accessible and "clean.""
Cons: "We left SFO an hour late waiting for a handful of late passengers - good for them though, eh? The rest of the passengers on plane were packed in like sardines. Seemed to me that too much space on plane dedicated to the premium 'cabins' for the uber rich, but they were interesting to look at."
Cons: "Check in clerk was mean nasty and said several times we could not fly because we didn’t have our tickets rather then helping us use the airport printer to print our tickets she said you can’t print you ticket until you show me your ticket. She should be fired it was united airlines won’t fly them again"
Pros: "The staff were very patient and diligent. They spent a lot of time trying to accommodate me and everyone else on the canceled flight. They called it a 21 hour delay."

The call button for the flight attendants sits right where everyone's elbow rests, and as a result the flight was 4 hours of constant dinging despite 3-4 announcements of the problem. it is unbelievable that this seat was designed in this matter.
