Cons: "The flight was delayed 24hrs which is not the fault of Korean airlines however Boarding was so disorgainsed with no information on the process, almost no priority boarding. We were told that people with boarding passes of the original flight date had to wait for more recent passes. This led many to think that they would be kicked off the flight after waiting 24hrs. Once we did finally board we found that they had made a mistake and had to deboard a passenger resulting in an extra hour delay"

Yes the plane looked nice and the flight attendants looked flawless, but I had no luck when it came to the flight attendant that was in charge of my isle. She was not friendly, and gave me a judgmental look when I asked for a refill for red wine. Tickets are very expensive and I'm sure most folks using this airline have made lots of efforts and sacrifice to be able to pay for their trip. Such was my case, as I was on vacation with my sister and had been planning for this trip for a very long time. Seats were very uncomfortable and it was warm inside the plane the whole time. in the end we got to Incheon safely and on time, and I guess that's what matters..."

Cons: "Let's start with the overrated leg space and seating comfort. It was cramped as with any other regular airline. Seats in the economy section are not comfortable and have no back support. These seats should have better cushions and back support. Our flight attendant had a bad attitude after we asked for wine and didn't offered us any beverages for at least two occasions. No warm towel either. She just skipped us like we were not there. The meals are just ok. Nothing remarkable. Then we stand in line for almost two hours after a 14.5 hours flight to get through immigration. The overall experience was not good at all and for that price the comfort and service should be much better."

I called customer service and they answered my question quickly. I just wanted to know if I would be charged a fee to change my flight."

Cons: "Air New Zealand needs to manage double door boarding a little differently - a ticket checker needs to be at the split point - to streams of passengers trying to find their seat in opposite directions just doesn't work."

Cons: "The staff asked for my return ticket to the U.S. I told them I have a round trip ticket from and to Japan. I have to show them my U. S. Navy identification card otherwise Air New Zealand would not have processed my boarding pass ticket. Air New Zealand discriminates."

Pros: "As has been my prior experience with Air New Zealand, I found the trip to be virtually flawless. The boarding process was smooth and efficient, the crew was great and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job, the food was good, and I had lots of choices on the IFE system. For flying cattle class on a 15 hour flight, I arrived reasonably rested and content."
Cons: "My only complaint is that the extra $60 I had to pay in order to get a window seat got me just that. There was no additional room either length- or width-wise and no other advantages other than the window. I would not pay for that "privilege" again and I'm sorry to see that ANZ has stooped to the level of its American counterparts."

Cons: "I was not able to pay for excess luggage online because I was told that I had to do it 48 hours in advance. I did not know I need and extra bag until the day before i left. So instead of paying the 1 dollar promotional fee advertised online i have to pay 191 dollars at the airport. That is ridiclous."

The staff were excellent, the food was as good as can be (given that it is airline food), the choices for entertainment were great. Lots of overhead storage!"
Cons: "Some of the screens need to be refurbished. The person in the seat behind me had to jab at their screen to make it work (or perhaps they were too lazy to be conscientious?). Mine worked fine but I had to be very cognizant to leave my finger on the screen rather than poke."

However we were flying West and thus into daylight. Sadly the window seated passengers were not asked to close their window blinds to block out the sunlight and many were left open. This made the cabin very bright and a difficult environment in which to sleep. Too much advertising before the on board videos, but otherwise content was good."

Also if the passenger is allowed to carry a laptop bag, according to her training and theory she only knows 1 shape and does not recognize a back pack which has only the laptop. I travelled several times in Qatar, but never had this kind of experience."

Goodie bag was a good idea; the goodie bag contains an eye mask, mini tooth brush, paste, hand cream, etc. These all were great idea and definitely helpful. However this is ruined by the tooth paste. It was a tiny tooth paste, fair enough but the opening is sealed tight w/o a way to easily pry open. This was a total bad idea of packaging. Flight tips were also good idea and informational."

The seats were cramped and narrow (no side support) Seat cushion has been stripped down to bare minimum, so effectively you may not feel much of a cushion. Cramped legroom Seats felt like junk and I had started having leg cramps after few hours. This so disappointing for a premier airline like Qatar. Overall a very uncomfortable ride."

The lavatory to passenger ratio for Business class was excellent and I never had to wait for more than a minute. The food was very good but there is room for improvement."

Pros: "I had a fast and easy check-in at Denpasar airport. In flight service by cabin crew was very good, as I normally get in the business class at Emirates. Flight left Denpasar on time and arrived in Auckland some 30 mins early, which was nice. Enjoyed a late dinner - the mie goreng ayam was particularly tasty!"
Cons: "In the past on overnight flights Emirates I have received a pyjama set in the Business Class, which made it very comfortable to sleep. But this time this was not given, so I had to sleep in my day-wear, which was a bit uncomformtable."

Pros: "The departure and return flight time, for the price I paid, I felt like I was in more than an economy flight. The meal, the baggage quota, the entertainment. The time flew because by the time the movie had finished, we were starting to descend. I will always look for this flight with Emirates. There is no other flight in comparison, in what you get for your Buck. I believe that other Airlines, ie., Qantas, Virgin Aust, both give you a flight and service, for nearly the same fare but you only get 7kg luggage, no meal just the basic entitlement, tea/coffe/water with a biscuit or something like that and NO ENTERTAINMENT, NO COMPARISON!!!!"

Pros: "The flight from Johannesburg to Dubai on an Airbus A380 was the best , the return was on the 777ER it's a bit older avoid it if you can, I prefer the a380 it's roomy, more comfortable and modern, the food was good, the cabin crew very helpful and friendly and both flights were on time. I'll be flying only Emirates from now on"

Cons: "You need to do a better job of placing families together. I moved from my seat twice in this first flight because of poor seating choices you provided for families and young women. The first move was because a father wanted to sit next to his young son. The second was because a young women was uncomfortable sitting in a row of men. I started with an aisle seat but had to move to a middle seat through all of this. I gave up my comfort to ensure that other passengers were properly taken care of. You should only hope that others will be willing to do the same."

Pros: "Had problems with check in because of china eastern mishandling our baggage, the Quantas staff got everything sorted for us. Plenty of leg room on the flight and the cabin staff were fantastic, only thing that let it down was the food choice, but, as it was only a 3 hour flight this wasn;t really a problem. Would gladly fly with them again any time."

With running that late along with the grounds crew taking over an hour to get the bags off the plane, we along with many others missed our connecting flight. Based on the oh well attitude of the supposed manager at American Airlines/qantas I won't be taking qantas on my next trip."

Pros: "This was AA flying for Quantas and it was all very nice; the taste of the food left something to be desired, but it was all decent portions and we were fed three times. The staff was terribly accommodating and friendly. The entertainment was top notch! The flight was smooth and was as comfortable as a 12 hour flight can be. After the hellish experience I had at both O'hare and LAX, it was a lovely way to end/begin the trip."
