And, as usual, the staff remained professional, polite, friendly and very helpful."

They are talked so loudly,drunk and the smell very bad.you know i couldn’t sleep but When They are asking for more wine and the cabin crew also give it for them, i cant belived it!!!. And another guy he want to enjoy with them and asked me to change a sit, i want to sleep and i though it will be better for me. But its not. They are talked more louder. And the problem is when they are getting drunk, the guy back to his sit and take something in his cabin, because he can not control his actions so some stuff from his bag drop down over my head also my body. I was mad but how should i do? Point at his face and tell something bad? Oh i can not. canbin crew just comes and say sorry with me. That is a bad flight that i ever had. You treat customers well but you should have a limit. Im so disappointed about my flight of that day. Thank you"

Boarding was very disorganized, no announcements were being made, flight attendants were simply holding up signs at chest level which were completely blocked by the crowd."

Airport experience at both MXP and JFK was excellent.. attentive, efficient ground staff- as were aircrews on both our flights with Emirates. Top class, attentive.. really enjoyed the flight. And, we pushed back spot on time both legs."
Cons: "They work the aircraft hard and it shows in small details.. broken latch in the head, bits of trash in the seatback pocket... but still head and shoulders above their competition. Oh, and it'd be nice to have bar service better coordinated with dinner.. the bar showed up quite a while after dinner was handed out. Tough if you prefer wine with your meal."

Several of the monitors/remote controls were not working. The lay out in the business class prevents you from getting up and out to go to the restroom when the person next to you is lying down and sleeping. The seats recline in a way that are not comfortable. The feet are still downwards. Overall, this plane's business class was not worth the money. I expect much more from Emirates."

Pros: "Emirates is truly like no other airline, they cater to your every need and genuinely care about servicing you and your satisfaction. The crew is exceptionally friendly and pleasant. They do not charge you for every single thing like other airlines do. The food is restaurant qualify food and very filling. The in-flight entertainment channels are numerous and will not leave you wondering what to watch. I wish there were more legroom, but overall, an excellent airline that I would definitely fly again."

This meant no movies, no music, no safety video or announcements and no flight map for the entire journey of almost 8 hours. Crew were not very responsive to this and it seemed like a low priority vs everything else they were doing. After almost 2 hours and complaingpts from a number of the 24 passengers impacted, they did a "soft and hard reset" of the system which did nothing. Initially crew suggested they had an alternative (Tablets) but subsequently denied this. I felt they had already handed these out and did not hav enough. Having been the very first person to raise this issue (10 mins before the flight was to leave), I felt I should have been offered one, but clearly they did not do so. Altogether pretty disgusted with crew attitude and responsiveness. We also felt the food was of very poor quality too - it was too salty and what should have been crisp was soggy. We will NEVER fly Qantas again (even a code share)."

Cons: "Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases."

I had been assigned a window although aisles, my preference, were available. I sought to change seats from window to aisle and would have been charged USD $18 (on a flight within europe - why dollars?). The BA staff said the website would be fine on the return journey - but it was not. I arrnved at teh airport (not having checked in as I didn't want a window) and the BA staff person in 46 at 6:45pm simply said that's impossible to change anything - no apology; she seemed rather irritated to be asked. I then went to security and the machine for priority queue did not permit me to enter - it said 'invalid ticket'. Then the flight was significantly delayed. So all in all not a great day."
