Pros: "The plane left on time, the ride was smooth and journey felt safe throughout its entirety. I enjoyed the flexibility of the seats; the quality of the cutlery, duvet, headphones and the matteress provided. The ICE is a brilliant entertainment system; giving an array of films to watch and games to play. The cabin crew were polite, friendly and helpful, and gave an excellent service as one would expect from travelling business."
Cons: "The interior of the 777-300 was outdated, especially knowing that 777's have gone through an interior overhaul, so I was unfortunate to not be on of those refurbished planes. The food and the Virgin Mojito was not the best as I did expect it to better considering this was a business class. And the ICE tablet and its remote is not the most userfriendly nor responsive to use, as it does get a bit fiddly."

Flight left Denpasar on time and arrived in Auckland some 30 mins early, which was nice. Enjoyed a late dinner - the mie goreng ayam was particularly tasty!"

Seating was awfully I am 6'3" did not fit in middle seat requested several times for isle seat my legs were sticking out each time I have to get up to let pass the passengers and staff safety hazard. Have to pay additional 70 pounds sterling for under 3kg."

I had the same meal twice it was very sad meal for 17.5 hrs with no snacks offered either. My partner and another man were forgotten as the meal rounds were being done. The crew seemed a little disorganised. The adverts on the entertainment were annoying."

Cons: "In cochin to Dubai flight , There was no space to put my carry on baggage, I ask the crew to find the place and put it, but one of the crew said there is a place in the front but she cant take it there, I told her if it is above my seat and close to my seat I don't mind to put , some body taken my space its your responsibility to find the place and put it. then she called her supervisor and the supervisor told me the bag is heavy for her, (the bag was only 7 kg). I have to take the bag all the way to front. The crew is very lazy and too much attitude, wont fly this flight any more."

I was injured in the armed forces and have a bit of a balance problem as lost most my hearing. I think drink alcohol any more. I asked for an aisle seat as I'm a big guy but was put on seat E next to a huge fat guy so was unable to sit properly. I couldn't get out of the seat once as he just slept and must of drempt as kept jumping and banging me. I had 1 meal on the over 13hr flight, which I couldn't eat properly as was unable to use the knife & fork due to the huge obese guy next to me. I asked the stewardess to wake me at all meal times. Which she didn't. So missed all the meals and tea/coffee. I was looking forward to the put a too. The London to Singapore flight was a total let down and I expected so much more from Quantus as they have always been top standard before. Overall disgusted in the service."

No fallback procedure was activated(manual for eg) to actually progress baggsge hangling even for those with connections to make. Disappointed and embarrassed by the defensive attitudes of staff who were given no Support by mgt of either airport or airline."

Pros: "BA couldn't get our boarding passes to work no matter how many times they printed out new ones and we had to land into proper arrivals (though we were in transit in Heathrow) and tell five different groups of staff what was going on, even though it wasn't our problem but their computer glitch. One man at security was even rude to me, telling me not to just stand there. ( I had been told to stand there whilst they went and tried to remedy for the umpteenth time). When I showed him my disabled badge and said I would personally prefer NOT to be left standing for hours, he said 'so?'. It was a nightmare. It took hours and still wasn't sorted and in the end the immigration officers had to be called to the boarding area to allow us on the flight with non functioning boarding cards. It wasn't even our fault. REally upset about it."

Even so I do find there's a bit too much "attitude" shown by some members of staff. On my flight to London, a mother with a young child wanted hot water and the staff (middle aged British male) was trying to tell her repeatedly she should say "please" when she asks. She was asking politely so this behaviour was rather poor in my view."

Cons: "None of them reminded me of the fact that I need a transit visa for the UK (I mean, isn't it rediculous? I am just staying there for 5 hours). When I called in for cancellation at the airline, they told me to talk to my agent company Cheaptickets. Cheaptickets simply told me that I can't get any money back, and was extremely arrogant and impatient. Later (for a week I was trying to save this ticket by talking to the British Embassy to see if I can get the visa done and they are just "we can't help you") they told me that I can get a refund of like 30 SGD and they promised to send me an e-mail about it. They never ever did. I also tried to change the dates and the handling fee + fair difference was like 1200 SGD (are you joking?) they simply told me, prices fluctuate... Finally I went to the check in counter desperate. The staff even refused to talk to me about my situation because simply, "there is no BA ticket office in Singapore" and told me to call them. I said the office is closed, but they are like, yeah just call them. They swept me off like a moron. Extremely arrogant, impatient, insensitive. I paid 900 SGD for nothing and a whole week of anxiety and regret. I will never take this and I will never use Cheaptickets or Kayak"

Pros: "I was travelling alone with a baby and a toddler and found most of the staff very helpful - stowing my bags, helping to carry my buggy, helping with seat belts etc."
Cons: "A member of staff at the gate referred to my 2 year old daughter as "a difficult child" to another member of staff because she didn't like having her photo taken. I felt it was very rude and unfair, particularly as I had to lift her to an awkward height (whilst also holding a baby) as the camera was in a fixed position. It was clear the staff member didn't have children herself!"

Cons: "Cabin was untidy, goodness knows what was stowed away at the back of seats towards the rear of the cabin, so rear of cabin was unwelcoming. Cabin crew should keep some overhead lockers for their own use. Poor sound quality on Inflight entertainment, either that or Headphones were poor. Food portions were painfully small (lunch of chicken risotto) AND I found pretzel flavoured breakfast bap unpopular."

Cons: "United Airlines in our experience runs late putting a lot of pressure on any ongoing connections . Not clean . Staff not friendly . Only sometimes helpful."

Pros: "Came close to missing flight because of gate delay because of connecting flight, but one of the flight attendants saw I was flustered and sweaty and gave me a cup of water before the flight even took off. Very thoughtful and nice."

Should have different entertainment on different legs of the journey Not really Flight-related but Passport Control in US could do with a review .... waiting a good hour or so - come stations were empty and those that weren't the staff were changing shifts while there was still loads of people to go through - not nice when you have people meeting you."

The 787 aircraft was spacious and comfortable, which seems to put both passengers and crew in a good mood. Lots of entertainment options were available, so the three hour flight flew by. And we arrived early! A great experience on United."

Pros: "The leg room and comfort in economy, for a 767, were surprisingly good but the quality of screen and entertainment was lacking. The screen on my iPhone is bigger than the screen on the seatback which if compared to other airlines is not up to the mark. The lack of facilities to charge things like ipads or iPhone was disappointing."
Cons: "The seat comfort was good as was the legroom in economy. The crew were friendly and helpful and I found the overall experience good. If Unitied could build on that and just offer power (even usb) and larger screens they would be onto a winner."

Cons: "On checking in we had to use a machine to print our boarding passes and take our bags to a bag drop in Newark. The man proceeded to put a large tray on the conveyor belt, swing our bags in the air then smash them down into the tray. This was done to both bags as if we weren't there. Had there been something expensive in there it would have been totally destroyed. He really couldn't have cared less about our bags and their contents. We were talking to a woman on the plane who was telling us that a woman a few rows behind who had a new born baby as was told she would be given a seat with extra legroom had this taken away from her to United could sell the seat to someone paying for it. The chicken and orzo dinner was absolutely revolting. The orzo was so over cooked that it just turned to mush and the chicken really didn't taste like it had ever seen a chicken. All this combined with the issues we had on our flight out show that United are scum and just see you as ££. Sorry I cant be more complementary than that, its just the truth."

Butter poured onto my lap on opening! Audio didn't work on films. Couldn't store my bag anywhere near my seat Utterly dreadful"
