Cons: "Korean Air was wonderful. BUT KAYAK made my reservation through KIWI.COM which is absolutely horrible. My reservation was ONLY for Dallas to Incheon. They booked me a ticket all the way to Singapore without ever asking my permission or informing me. As a result, I was unable to use the ticket, and had to purchase a new one at the airport ticket counter. I called them several times to attempt to fix the issue, but they were utterly unhelpful. I have requested a refund, but am not hopeful based on their past performance. KAYAK should cut all ties with KIWI if it wants to remain reputable."

Cons: "I didn't realized we were on a code share flight from Seoul to Hanoi until we got to check in counter and they couldn't issue boarding pass even though it was a through check in for till Hanoi. In our booking itinerary it was printed as Korean air with a small print that said operated by jinair. It wasn't so bad but the hassle of going to another terminal to board and being in a smaller aircraft after a long flight wasn't the best."

Pros: "My flight to Seoul was originally through Air Canada but my flight was cancelled due to weather in Toronto. So I was rebooked with Korean Air and I loved every minute of my flight. The staff are so talented speaking flawlessly in Korean and English. They made me feel comfortable for the whole 14 hours. I’d definitely fly with them again."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 24hrs which is not the fault of Korean airlines however Boarding was so disorgainsed with no information on the process, almost no priority boarding. We were told that people with boarding passes of the original flight date had to wait for more recent passes. This led many to think that they would be kicked off the flight after waiting 24hrs. Once we did finally board we found that they had made a mistake and had to deboard a passenger resulting in an extra hour delay"

Leg room is ok, not as roomy as the flight from SFO to South Korea. When we boarded there was a strong smell burning fumes from the A.C. (air condition) that trigger my asthma and landed in Cebu very ill with asthma and allergy."
Pros: "I love that you get meals and snacks. A lot of airlines really skimp on this, and you are left miserable, hungry, and thirsty. Korean Air will bring you drinks outside the service times set. Free additional bottles of water as well. The service is excellent, the meals are good, and I absolutely love that you get slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, and even free headphones should you forget yours. Top service! Good meal portions! I also like that you have 3-4 different meal or snack options each service. CLEAN BATHROOMS!!!! Also, the flight attendants are very polite and courteous. You never feel like they just don't care. They even help with families traveling with small children. A+ guys!"

These are not obvious . There needs to be a staff member or two checking people as they arrive in a line to check they're in the correct t line . Otherwise people don't trailer until they have been in the wrong line until the reach the top of the line . Leads to frustration even before the flight begins! Otherwise great job everyone ! Unfortunately, we had an older flight attendant who seemed less than thrilled to be with us this flight."

Pros: "The departure and return flight time, for the price I paid, I felt like I was in more than an economy flight. The meal, the baggage quota, the entertainment. The time flew because by the time the movie had finished, we were starting to descend. I will always look for this flight with Emirates. There is no other flight in comparison, in what you get for your Buck. I believe that other Airlines, ie., Qantas, Virgin Aust, both give you a flight and service, for nearly the same fare but you only get 7kg luggage, no meal just the basic entitlement, tea/coffe/water with a biscuit or something like that and NO ENTERTAINMENT, NO COMPARISON!!!!"

I had to line up 3 times to get a boarding pass and almost missed my flight even though I came 2 hrs earlier. Secondly emirates does not give you Hotel even if your layover is for 14 hrs. Since my airline for final destination is another airline they said I don't qualify for it. It's a nightmare. I have travelled all other airline but by far emirates is the worst airline I travel. Terrible experience and I will never fly Emirates."

His attitude -- that doing this is worthwhile -- is unusual and highly commendable. He immediately put people at ease. He was attentive, helpful, and very pleasant to all passengers throughout the very long journey. He was a remarkable crew member, turning a journey I had dreaded into one that was memorable."
Pros: "Delay on LAX to bNE was too late for us to make the connection. And our bags were lost as a result."
Cons: "American Airlines cancelled a flight because of ‘weather’ from Msy to dfw, all other flights from Msy to Dallas operated on time but were sold out. We were re booked flying through San Francisco, missing out on flying on qantas, which is what I had paid for since they are a premium airline. We were booked on virgin America and then United for the international flight. United charged us each for 2 bags totalling $150 each, despite we booked a ticket with qantas which allows 2 bags each. Virgin America honoured our 2 bags, but united refused to. United also has service and aircraft which do not match the levels of qantas which I has specifically sought out. I could not eat some of the food because of the poor quality, and this is something I’ve never done before on an international flight. Additionally their were a lack of amenities on both flights, and no food vouchers despite our travel delay of over 5 hours. This whole ordeal has cost me money, worktime, and created a lot of stress to where I have had to cancel meeting on my arrival in Sydney."

Cons: "Some cabins had no heat. Other cabins had no air conditioning. My cabin was sweltering, which made it difficult to sleep and to be anything other than uncomfortable on the 16 hour flight."
Pros: "It was nearly impossible to get in or out of our seats when the chairs in front of us were reclined. When they are straight up it was no problem. Legroom was ample and the blankets and pillows were a nice touch."

I appreciated that all the flight attendants spoke French and English and were very helpful when I needed anything. My flights to and from Tahiti were both smooth sailing. My flight back was a red eye and was quiet so I was able to sleep most of the way."
Cons: "Whoa. That food was TERRIBLE. I'm usually lenient with free airplane food but wow, I don't even know what some of it was. I my second meal looked like fish and turned out to be pork (I think?). They also only came around with the beverage cart once in the 8 hour flight (just before our first meal); I had to ring my call button to get water. The plane was pretty dated as well. I've seen worse but the screens were dated and all of the movies were fairly depressing. First, I'd suggest a couple more comedy's or rom-coms. Even a couple extra family friendly cartoons would be preferable to all the war/drama/dark options. Second, I'd suggest having the movies on demand rather than play one after another where passengers have to scroll through channels and keep catching movies part way through. A simple solution would be to have WiFi and streaming on flights which was also not available. This should be expected with international flight and would allow for on demand movies and music rather than the dated system currently in place."

Cons: "The head phones aux jack for my seat didn’t work and couldn’t hear the movie. The seats caused aches and no leg room. Lack of air flow. Food wasn’t good either meal I didn’t eat. Economy for 8.5 hours isn’t a nice trip"

Were not once offered water or refreshments during the 3-hour delay, and were only given two brief updates. During the 8 hour flight, refreshments were offered only twice. The food was ok - not terrible, not great. By the time they got to us (row 27), they didn’t have both meal options available. We took what we could get. And, all this after paying $1500 per person for our economy seats. I can fly LAX to Bali for 1/3 the price."
Cons: "Three and a half hour delay (while lying to us about why it was delayed) missed my connecting and got to sleep in an airport with no accommodation or recompense on either end. "Island Time" not acceptable for air travel."

The airline sat us in middle seats 4 rows away from each other (there was no reason for it since we both had single people on the aisles next to us). Very uncomfortable to not be able to move for 8 hours!!!!"

Pros: "This is a direct flight from Paris to LA so you don't have to pick up your luggage to go through customs when you go back to the US. You save a lot of time! I had 2 seats for myself. The cabin looks very attractive because of its colors. The Tahitian music is relaxing. It is also nice to see the crew with a Tahitian outfit, Tahitian pearls... You kind of travel without going to Tahiti! The crew is always very pleasant. The food is better than with any American airline."

Cons: "In comparison to the flight we took from LAX to PPT, this plane was ancient, and the technology was really lackluster. The tv screens were super old and the quality was very bad. My screen was completely fuzzy and striated.. The movies froze continuously, and you didn't have control over when you could play something. The magazine guide to what was playing didn't match what was playing. You needed to use the airplane headphones with a double jack because the plane was so old, and the headphones were super uncomfortable to wear in comparison to my own personal headphones. I ended up using my own headphones, but that meant that I only had sound in one ear. There was no USB port to charge your phone. It was just very disappointing considering the airplane going to my destination was more state of the art and comfortable, and I was expecting the same going back. For an 8 hour red eye, I was counting on being able to watch good movies. I tried to watch three different movies and couldn't watch any of them through completion because they froze midway through at some point and never restarted. Most of the movies were in French too even though our destination was LAX. Super disappointing. Especially considering how expensive the flight was. Also on the flight to PPT, they even gave you a Tempur-pedic pillow for your back which was so helpful in terms of overnight comfort. There was nothing like that on this flight. Also there were no temperature controls and I had cold air blowing on me the whole flight that I could do nothing about. Lastly the food schedule was strange in that for a midnight flight, they kept you up for another 1-1.5 hours to do a light dinner service. The food is appreciated but I think going to sleep right away is way more important. Seats are super tight also. Thank you."

Pros: "My wife and I have planned a trip to Bora-Bora since we got married in the 80s. I had said that I would not make that long trip without a first class ticket and followed through with this our recent trip. Although the ticket was quite expensive, it was worth every penny. Air Tahiti Nui really understands what "First Class" should be like -they pamper you! They deliver course after course of amazingly good quality food and more drinks than you can possibly consume. All of the flight attendants were sincerely interested in making sure we were all happy...a wonderful experience! darn worth the investment! highly recommended! And remember, this is just the lead-up to arriving in Tahiti; things will only get better when you disembark."

The crews customer service was satisfactory, you can tell they don't want to be there. I will never fly them again."
