Pros: "The crew was attentive and worked hard. The checking in counter workers were also very friendly and accommodating."
Cons: "Overall it was a very good flight; the crew was very attentive; the plane was new and comfortable; and the food was good. The checking in was a little slow; but that’s because most passengers show up at the same time."

Cons: "I want to watch a movie but both airplanes from Da Nang to Incheon and Incheon to Narita were older models so nothing to watch. Didnt matter though actually because i was sick and slept the whole time"
Pros: "Asiana crew was very cooperative and helping. The were fast and always bringing water and juice to passengers in 9.5 hrs flight. they were thorough in takeoff and landing preparedness."

Cons: "I basically don’t eat rice for breakfast. I food choices could be updated to accommodate those that don’t eat rice as a First meal of the day or Americans passagers. Over all the flight was excellent."

Pros: "We really enjoyed the size and comfort of the Airbus 380. Very quiet and powerful as we crossed the Pacific Ocean. The crew were very helpful and always friendly throughout the entire 11 hours back home."

Pros: "Worst flight ever. Take off delay due to "traffic to destination". Now I've worked around aircraft and never heard this one before. We sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes waiting for the "traffic" to allow our aircraft to take off. I find this suspicious since the boarded the aircraft minutes before the scheduled boarding time...I find it hard to preflight in 10 minutes. The flight was blistering hot in the cabin and stayed that way after asking them to lower it. Ultimately, the trip was only a hour delay, but would have been a little easier to take with a simple apology."

Cons: "Tv old model...screen very small...hard to operate....very tiny letters...seats are uncomfortable for 16 hours flight Seoul to Chicago..."
Pros: "Delayed flight for almost two hours while all passengers were already inside the plane( korea to manila) . So hot inside the plane, no air condition, no food, no comfort measures given to passengers. They should have not let passengers to board knowing that there is mechanical problem. It would have been more comfortable if passenger just waited at the airport gate."

Pros: "Super well trained staff. Even though my wife and I sat in economy coach, we still felt very warmly received and respected. The food was excellent."
Cons: "The seats need improved cushioning. They were insanely firm. Perhaps they did not consider the comparatively expansive American butt when they were first designed."
