$1,168 Find cheap flights from the Czech Republic to Auckland

Surprised how empty comfortable seats in economy were not offered by crew to tall passengers. Felt like courtesy hall mark of emirates is changing. We were told in order to get those seats we have to pay $210. Not the emirates I know from past travels.

Everything was superb, only bad point was that the fast track on London Heathrow arrivals was not handed out to me and I had to go back to the gate to collect it.

All was good. Emirates should restart allowing fast track immigration for business class at Manchester airport. Saves a bit of time

Flight good but it was 30min late taking off. Also don’t like landing then being loaded on bus and driven around the airport like it’s a sightseeing tour.

On time take off and early arrival, what else can one want

very nice experience…….we had a comfortable fly with emirates…this is 6 th time flying with emirates….i recommend friends to fly with emirates…….

Worst ever. No assistance and communication from Emirates crew. No visibility of when the flight is flying. Couldn’t understand if we can go to lounge to take rest. Emirates system at a certain point said flight is not operating and suggested to take the next flight and in few minutes it suddenly opened the gate for boarding. unsupportive and rude crew. Worst experience ever. Flight was delayed by 5 hours so need the compensation for that.

The lounge Emirates uses at Jeddah airport is horrible even with the opening of the new section. Food selection is poor and never enough seating . Staff are not friendly. Boarding process at Jeddah always an absolute mess

Noice cancelling headphones would be better since it’s a crowded plane And kids behaviors are unavoidable

Being a platinum member, no attention given. No towel or tissue provided.

I had first class service from them. A little late taking off, but no major problem

Overall it was a very good experience. Boarding was efficient and well organized. The cabin crew were excellent. The meals were tasty and quite filling. The warm bread rolls were a nice touch. Seats were comfortable even if they were a little narrow. Entertainment selection was excellent.

Crews are very rude and unhelpful. Cramped seats in economy. Foods are useless

Asian Veng meal have Non Veg items which is not ok. Pure veg meals option are too less and they have inclusion of Vedgan and Lactos etc... which is taste less

The flight from Doha to Mumbai with Indigo was worst in my whole life, I had booked tickets with Qatar, but still we had to fly by Indigo , worst flight

Was unable to check in via app or website with supplied booking code (something to do with flight being operated by a partner airline, although the code didn’t work on the partner’s website either) Specified a vegetarian meal during booking, but that somehow wasn’t captured in airline’s system By the time flight crew got to my row, now vegetarian food was available. Had nothing to eat on flight from Philadelphia to Doha! Flight attendant was completely unconcerned and actively apathetic to the situation

There was no phone charger, uncomfortable seats, unprofessional flight attendants, didn’t like food. Could not reserve seat in advance

Qatar Airlines code share with Indigo has been a terrible experience for me on these notes: 1. Indigo changed by flight without informing me of the change, they did not ask me if I am okay with the change. I discovered this change when I was trying to do online check-in through the Qatar mobile app. When I called Qatar customer support, they mentioned Indigo changed my flight due to the original flight being cancelled, but the fact is that flight was scheduled and departed correctly, it was never cancelled. 2. When asked why my flight was changed without informing me, they mentioned that they sent email/phone call to my travel agent, and it is was my travel agent that did not inform me, which again was another false statement. 3. I called Qatar Airlines (third call on the day of my trip) to request them to put me back on the same flight, they mentioned that they could for an extra $2500, as the original class I was booked on was not available, we are still talking economy only not business class, I said no way. 4. I called the travel agent, and they mentioned that they will work with Indigo and asked me to be prepared to travel on the later flight I was bumped to. While I was making my hotel/taxi arrangements for the new flight, I got a call and email saying they were able to get me on the original flight with no extra cost. So, after 2+ hours of talking to customer support, and a lot of stress on my last day of vacation, I flew back as originally scheduled, but this nightmare is just a horrible experience that I will never fly on Indigo/Qatar again.
