A toilet was blocked and temporarily unavailable. Some passengers were taking a long time and queues were building at different times."

However we were flying West and thus into daylight. Sadly the window seated passengers were not asked to close their window blinds to block out the sunlight and many were left open. This made the cabin very bright and a difficult environment in which to sleep. Too much advertising before the on board videos, but otherwise content was good."

We were billeted in a hotel far from the airport with free breakfast but no lunch was provided and the earliest flight they could give us was scheduled at 16:35 of Juy 30. Upon returning to the airport I asked a cathay staff regarding provisions for lunch but I was told there’s none.Overall our trip both to and from LAX were very uncomfortable and inconvenient. I hope Cathay will do something better in situations like we encountered. As of this writing I and my husband are still at HK airport waiting for our flight to LAX."

Cons: "To whom it may concern I had booked flight from Casablanca to Chicago via Frankfurt , on May 6th , by Lufthansa, two hours before the flight , at the counter in CMN , they notified me , that the flight , is over booked , and I can’t catch this flight , and they offered me different difficult options, , till the flight boarded , they offered me one of the most inconvenient flights , and reward me some amount , in this case : I missed my flight which accordingly , lose my appointment , and lose my business. I frustrated with this decision at late hours . I asked full consideration of all the difficulty situation and the turbles they put me ."

Pros: "Despite sitting in the middle seat and being well over 6 feet, there was room."

Pros: "The TV shows and movie collection is good."
Cons: "Horrible food, no complimentary drinks on economy plus seats. UNITED lost my luggage again (2nd time this year)."

Cons: "1) Chicago O'Hare Airport Airline staff very rude. 2) from Los Angeles to Chicago my husband and i are not sitting to each other. My husband is upset. 3) from Chicago to Los Angeles my husband and i are not sitting to each other. It happened again. Very disappointing. We think the airline doing this intentionally."

Cons: "50 minutes on the tarmac in Newark waiting for the gate."

Pros: "Crew were very helpful and flight was direct and on time ( unlike my other UA experience hence I started taking Air New Zealand )."
Cons: "Thought it was Lufthansa. Missed the partwhere it says “operated by”. So it wasnt the flagship Lufthansa aircraft but United Airlines. It was an ok flight with UA. Cant complain. It was a direct flight."

Pros: "On a recent trip it was very good to be in the new dreamliner and with staff that were enthusiastic and being able to deliver a good product, food and comfort wise was a big bonus. Thank you"

Butter poured onto my lap on opening! Audio didn't work on films. Couldn't store my bag anywhere near my seat Utterly dreadful"

Pros: "All the staff (both at the terminal and on the flight) were all extremely friendly and helpful and very efficient."

Pros: "The United Airlines lady on the desk at Terminal 2 was tremendously helpful (she had an Indian name beginning with S). She helped me sort out my ESTA and ETA for Canada and ensured I got through security without too much delay."

Cons: "Flight delayed by 75 minutes "awaiting plane". 20 minute wait when finally arrived at Heathrow for steps down to bus to take us to terminal."

Cons: "Old airplanes both there and back, we had a choice of a few movies on a TV that we couldn't access on demand so you had to start half way through, and the quality was appalling. We were supposedly promised we could stream onto our devices via wifi but this didn't happen"
