Cons: "The flight crew and gate crew were the rudest I have seen in my entire life. They acted as if they were too good to acknowledge passengers and ignored the flight attendant light and other efforts to get their attention to ask a question."

Cons: "Food was average. Service could be better. For example, my wife and I never got our food at the same time or close enough. We had to ask for food or drinks. They should regularly ask if we need something. Empty water bottles (up to 3) were sitting on my table for hours till we landed."

Cons: "Overall business class was great, however I didn’t like the placement of the remote at my left shoulder. I hit rabdom buttons a few times and it changed the channels and I would have to re-search for the movie I was watching. Everything else was absolutely perfect."

Cons: "Despite me telling the crew a number of times that he temperature was FAR too low, no change was made. Now I am not a first time flyer and I know flights can get cold. I had a sweatshirt, socks, shoes, two blankets wrapped and it was still cold to the point that I put the blanket over my head. When I looked around the flight almost every single person was completely wrapped in blankets and had hoods, sarees, and scarves wrapped around their heads. I had my 1 year old infant who already had a head cold that I feel was worsened by the cold dry air. I spent my first few days in Kolkata pretty sick. I know the cold air doesn’t cause the illness but it certainly worsened any stuffy nose I had into a full blown cold and chest congestion. I was VERY upset by the discomfort on this flight especially after having a wonderful flight with Emirates from New York to Dubai. I really felt like the crew did not care despite clear discomfort the passengers were feeling. It was incredible how visible the discomfort was yet nothing was done to fix the temperature. The freezing cold air kept blowing right on everyone theoughout the flight."

Cons: "But the next morning I became violently ill and had to be hospitalized. Before we took off Emirates reported they were deciding whether to remove a sick passenger from the plane before taking off, which they ultimately did. I wonder if everyone on the flight got sick."

Cons: "I'm a reasonable we'll traveled man who always flies economy class (unless I get a free upgrade or a great price to upgrade at check in). This is the most uncomfortable, cramped, and smallest seat I have ever flown in...first time flying Emirates...I certainly would never fly again and actual am haunted by the idea of the return flight in 10 days. Not worth it! I'd rather deal with possibly getting dragged off a United flight!"

Between Chennai to Dubai ,Flight experience was not good, Seating and entertainment in particular was not good , it was too cramped and too much glare on the TV screen, probably because i had a window seat."

Flying at night across the Tasman Sea it was as though we were stationary (apart from a little vibration as we crossed the Southern Alps). Besides, the Air Bus is so quiet (comparatively). Oh yes. One other thing: the fare."

Pros: "The economy was just as well served as Business Class. There were 22 different countries represented in the crew on the flight. We were served a hot meal and a cocktail. Also, had more leg room than normal. Very efficient boarding system, as well."

Cons: "On disembarking I notice a various overhead compartments with bags full of blankets. Why was a deny a simple Blanket? This is unacceptable in an airline that praises itself to be one with the best customer services.......Bad, really bad...."

Cons: "I missed the first segment of my flight due to an accident and traffic on the way to the airport. I was asked to pay $1200 to get on to the next flight (without any warning that my subsequent segments will be suspended) so I bought an one way to Dubai from NYC. Then my subsequent flights were all suspended and I had to buy a new set of flights for the remaining of the trip. I didn't get to take any of the flights I purchased through Kayak."

Cons: "The food was pretty bad. I didn't even eat on the return flight."
