I had a great experience with Singapore airlines as always. The partner airline, Scoot was fine except my bag was misplaced during the shuffle. Ultimately, my baggage arrived intact. Attempting to inquire about my baggage was impossible.

Great to have actual hot tastey meal on a flight. Well done

They made me check my carry on even though there was room We un boarded in a strange way but overall it was good

Cabin Crew always friendly and helpful. Seating cramped - foul smelling from toilets, high risk of disease. Guard personal property such as expensive sunglasses Coffee always awful and cold Meal trays toddler sized Not worth the extra cost to fly SQ - use a budget airline, same if not better experience

When boarding, after business class should be premium economy, but economy class already lined-up at the gate blocking premium economy to board. Singapore airline crew should done a better job to organize this chaos :( Thank you.

Perfect. The flight was on time and the crew were very friendly and helpful.

The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours and most of the flights bags were not on the flight. Have also had no communication from QANTAS

Food was great. Customer Service not so much! Flight Delays.

It was so hot on the plane mixed with being quite turbulent and a rough landing. We all felt very nauseous for hours afterwards. Crew were lovely though.

The flight attendants went above and beyond to make a flight as comfortable as possible.

The seats are too close together and are smaller than they used to be. Makes for a cramped experience.

there were not many new movies. The media choices is nothing compared to Emirates. Staff were excellent

BA Airbus A380 BC upstairs had 2 3 2 layout. The seat was comfy but access for those in middle or window seats had to climb over others fest to get to ailse when seats in bed mode. The layout was not nearly as private as other layouts. The staff was amazing as well as the food. Most airline food is average but this was restaurant quality.

All things were below standard. There were 2 crew on the flights but didn't ask for water. The flight connection was poor for 4 hours.
