Cons: be more careful with luggage; 8 flights on this trip and it would be this last one that my luggage cover was lost, and it wasn't a cheap one.

Cons: The food service was not great. They should increase the frequency of meals. Got the worst seats both time. The seats are old and recliner doesn’t come forward as it should

Pros: Pretty much self serving at the back of the plane ( like it)

Cons: Those seats were not comfortable; each row was too narrow, felt like a Sardine fish packed in the can. After back home, swear not fly with Qantas again.

Pros: Everything was marvelous. The staff, food, and entertainment were excellent just like on our flight with Qantas from Vancouver to Sydney.

Cons: Airlines waste a lot of time and money preparing food that is mediocre at best. Just offering simple orange juice , tea coffee and a muffin to keep people going would be better as it's such a short flight.

Pros: Crew and beverage options were great.

Cons: Seats could have been more comfortable. And slightly more leg room would have been preferred for a 14hr flight.

Pros: The crews were very polite and efficient.

Cons: The seats were excellent, but the storage and configuration below the Airbus equivalents.
