Cons: "Time to renew the aircraft 777-300"
Pros: "The crew was great although I needed to ask them for my meal cause they passed by me. They thought I had my meal already which I didn’t. I don’t think they did it on purpose so it was just misunderstanding. My flight was on SQ 38 from Singapore to LAX on October 30 2019 Other than that. All is amazing. I will still highly recommend Singapore Airlines to other people."
Cons: "I think I have nothing in mind about improvements because I can see they have been training very well. I would like to say keep up the good work"
Pros: "The crew was friendly"
Cons: "In this fairly new plane, the rows of seats are so close together, the leg room is minimal. When the tray is lowered, you feel completely squashed in the seat. The food trays are not picked up quickly after eating."

Cons: "We had to go through security after coming in from international and I went through a biometric scanner which I’ve done 100’s of Times I was very unnecessarily felt up for 10 minutes. I had shorts and a T-shirt on, and was pretty sure after the 1st round of groping that there was nothing there"
Cons: "5 crying babies on a red eye. Don’t know if that can be prevented."
Cons: "The layover in Singapore was a nightmare with insufficient hotel accommodation, nothing but Asian food and overly officious security staff."
Pros: "Crew was very helpful and courteous Entertainment system was pretty good Food was good. They could have given water bottles instead of asking for water."
Cons: "Seat comfort in Economy was just ok. Since this was a long haul flight, seats could have been better."

Pros: "I have tall family members and they had enough legroom even at the back of the plane. Service was excellent. Snacks and drinks were regular on offer even between meal. Very nice, professional staff even after 13 hours of flight. Just excellent. Thank you for this very pleasant experience. Will definitely fly Singapore Airlines again."
Cons: "There is room for improvement with the special meals. The non gluten brun was very hard. In general it would be nice if passengers could pre-order from a set selection of foods online what they would like on their tray. This would hopefully lower the amount of food that sadly goes to waste. Also it would be nice to have gluten free snacks on board. Flying with celiac disease is not easy."

Cons: "The entertainment system was soooo old. In our seats it was non-functional. The plane wasn't too full and so I scooted over to the isle seat next to mine but again the resolution on the screen was so bad I couldn't read the intro comments to the movie, etc. They desperately need to update the entertainment system on that plane."

Cons: "Food was terrible , crew were rude, there were delays due to airline problems at both ends of the flight, there was a complete lack of communication about the problems and how long the delays were going to be. Handling of missed connections was abysmal... Overall extremely disappointing."

Cons: "The business class seats were smaller than I thought and not so comfortable as the 777. The seats are hard and ungiving and when you sleep on them you really feel it. Plus the flatbed lay out meant you were basically lying in a question mark position, not so goof for tall people like my husband. The food was good but uninteresting and I think for an overnight flight there should be more smaller,lighter, non spicy options offered rather that full dinners."

Cons: "My first flight of JetBlue from Olandor to New York was delayed that leading to my connecting flights to my destination were missed. Now, my suitcases have been missed, too."

Pros: "It's not the cheapest way to fly but it's a great way to cross the Atlantic. Seats are big enough for 2, really. Lay flat beds make the night crossing east tolerable. You really can get several hours sleep. The cabin crew is outstanding, patient, and extremely responsive to requests. Two meals served were excellent. Entertainment choices were complete. After a number of flights in Economy on other airlines I'm spoiled by Singapore Airlines and also by Business Class. And their fares seemed much less than others for the JFK to FRA route. Had no idea this level of luxury existed on an airplane."
Cons: "My seat assignment was moved without explanation on our return flight, FRA to JFK. That was disappointing. The gate folks were apologetic but no real explanation given."
Pros: "Everything SIA stood for, we experienced it, despite the unfortunate delay which the ground crew couldn't have done much about."
Cons: "Unfortunate delay caused by technical issues. I'm just glad we found it on the ground, instead of in the air. But the delay was REALLY long."

Pros: "I’ve flown with a lot of airlines in every class. This was an economy class flight and still the food was better than I’ve received in business class on American. The seat was comfortable, the entertainment options varied and extensive and the cabin team were amazing. They clean the bathrooms between uses. Seriously how do other airlines still exist?"
Cons: "No free upgrade? ;-). But that’s unreasonable. I love this airline having not flown with them for 4 years I don’t understand why!"

Pros: "Delayed flight from Shanghai due to air traffic issues, so I had a 10 minute window to make my connection in Singapore. Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

Cons: "We had the staff come to us twice to keep the "noise" down (we were travelling with a 2.5 yrs old). Now we travelled on other legs with Singapore airlines, with the same toddlers and same "noise" levels, but no one came to us to request to keep the noise level down... I am guessing that premium economy has a different (lower) threshold for toddler "noises" !! :)"
