Cons: "The connection in Dubai was horrible. The 30 minute bus ride is so ridiculous. It's very difficult to even find the Business Class Lounge. No greeters. No signage. Terrible service. Even pajamas are not provided in Business Class --- unlike on Qatar Airways."

We had to wait for our neighbors to step out of their seat and take advantage to do the same. Felt very claustrophobic. Service was not good, we rang the bell several times to get some help and no one came to our assistance and we gave up after that. The crew told us they had run out of some juices that we would have liked."

Flying at night across the Tasman Sea it was as though we were stationary (apart from a little vibration as we crossed the Southern Alps). Besides, the Air Bus is so quiet (comparatively). Oh yes. One other thing: the fare."

Cons: "Hand baggage allowance below average I have a standard piece of hand luggage & a backpack laptop bag Emirates only allow 1 piece of hand baggage in economy, had to check my bag which took an hour to come off the carousel due to large # of bags and slow immigration (thanks Mr Trump!)"

Cons: "I was given boarding card at Karachi airport to go to terminal B at gate 29, and at eleventh hour informed that flight was scheduled at Teeminal A at gate 11. The ground staff was not supportive at all and screamed at me on part of their own error. It was an horrible experience and I might not take Emirates flight."
Pros: "The economy was just as well served as Business Class. There were 22 different countries represented in the crew on the flight. We were served a hot meal and a cocktail. Also, had more leg room than normal. Very efficient boarding system, as well."

Cons: "On disembarking I notice a various overhead compartments with bags full of blankets. Why was a deny a simple Blanket? This is unacceptable in an airline that praises itself to be one with the best customer services.......Bad, really bad...."
