We waited to takeoff for about 1 hour delay for a 20 min flight.

Packed in like sardines, very uncomfortable. Sitting the aisle my shoulder was rammed into numerous times by rushing flight attendants. Also flight was very cold.

Plane didn’t even make it off the ground. We all had to get off and walk to a different terminal (lots of confusion) to get on a different plane. Landed fairly late, connections missed.

This flight was a code share on Air New Zealand.

Wouldn’t let me check in said couldn’t find a ticket had to wait very long Time

Seats are way too snug for my hip to knee ratio and the recline on the seat in front of me made my experience worst. My legs had no room at all. Not a plane for people 6 ft or over unless you fly first class.

Everything was great, only problem was that flights were delayed

Our flight from Denver to Honolulu was delayed by close to 4 hrs. The only concession that was offered was a $15 food voucher to be used at the airport. They texted the vouchers after we boarded so there was now way to use them.the food they did serve was cold. I can’t recommend this airline.

temperature, temperature, temperature. it was hot as balls and everyone around me was complaining and constantly adjusting their vents

The best part was we weren’t too delayed. Seating space in economy is insulting and about as uncomfortable as one could expect before mutiny breaks out. Prep for landing happened well over 45 minutes before wheels down: no final garbage pickup and it interrupted those of us who needed tray tables down for dinner, etc.
