Cons: Not being scammed on bag charges.

Pros: Staff friendly and helpful

Cons: My seat 57E could not be adjusted but half way through the flight was given another seat and managed to get some sleep. In our experience Air New Zealand is tops.

Cons: The snack were very simple. They don't communicate properly all the different snack options.

Pros: Got an aisle seat. Got all the meals. Overall a good flight.

Cons: Tim Tams out for self service

Pros: Short flight, but they fed us great food, great service, even good wine.

Cons: The food was terrible. Why can’t you just serve a regular plain meal. Why try to be fancy with all these nasty sauces. Give me a regular sandwich for lunch and some simple pasta or something. The only things edible was the fruit.

Pros: The crews were very polite and efficient.

Cons: The seats were excellent, but the storage and configuration below the Airbus equivalents.

Pros: The crew was wonderful, very hospitable and friendly.

Cons: The seating in economy class is abysmal. The seats are extremely small and the rows are to close together. There is no leg room. The seat cushioning is almost nonexistent. It's like sitting and leaning back on a board. On this last trip I had a window seat. I'm 5'4" and 115 lbs.

Pros: The food in Premium Economy was good and there are plenty of movies to choose from. The staff were lovely.

Cons: I had paid for Premium Economy and was seated in Row 30. The passengers were boarded up to row 28, then from to back of the plane forward then I was boarded with the last remaining passengers. That was not what I feel should have happened. I did not like the footrest on the seats.

Pros: Crew were very helpful

Cons: First time travelling with the airline and wasn't aware of having to book things like food and entertainment. These things come standard with all other airlines I have flow with so was very surprised when finding out about it mid flight. Can't say I was very pleased but must say crew were very good

Pros: Business class lay-flat seats and a private cubby.

Cons: Boarding required a bus ride to a distant terminal rather than direct boarding from the terminal.

Pros: Entertainment and service was outstanding.

Cons: I could have used more leg room.

Pros: Crew was excellent; responsive, cheery. The safety video was unique enough to have passengers pay attention (seldom seen onother airlines). We were impressed and will fly "Air All Blacks" again soon.

Cons: Online checkin presented problems, as did the kiosk checkin. Breakfast could have been served a little earlier -- I realize they wanted to give passengers sleep time and turbulence may have delayed service somewhat, too. Otherwise good.

Pros: crew were fantastic. stewardess called Stacy was wonderful; had to time to chat and sort out my diet problem (gluten free) in time for the return flight. i've flow on a variety of airlines over the years and, frankly, ANZ is by far the best for friendliness, efficiency and understanding. Big Thanks

Cons: Entertainment screen is too small, and touch panel reaction is so late.

Pros: It was our first time flying on Qantas. everything was above expectations.

Pros: Fantastic crew members who were very helpful with our infant.

Cons: Airlines waste a lot of time and money preparing food that is mediocre at best. Just offering simple orange juice , tea coffee and a muffin to keep people going would be better as it's such a short flight.
