Cons: "I flown KAL business class a number of times and it’s ok this was first back of the bus experience and it’s awful. I could give ten things I did not like about this flight but I’ll sum it up with one. I brought my own inflatable sleep pillow onboard and after using for about an hour I was woken up and told it was against company regulation to use your own pillow."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 24hrs which is not the fault of Korean airlines however Boarding was so disorgainsed with no information on the process, almost no priority boarding. We were told that people with boarding passes of the original flight date had to wait for more recent passes. This led many to think that they would be kicked off the flight after waiting 24hrs. Once we did finally board we found that they had made a mistake and had to deboard a passenger resulting in an extra hour delay"
Pros: "Disclaimer: we flew business class. Regardless, our check-in was seamless, Incheon is a beautiful and easy airport, all the flight crew were responsive and pleasant. We flew China Eastern and dealt with Shanghai airport on our flight out and I would avoid doing that again at great cost!"

Actually, on the way back, we got in early by 35 Mnts. Will Definitely Book Again With Korean Airlines. No Regrets !"

In general it would be nice if passengers could pre-order from a set selection of foods online what they would like on their tray. This would hopefully lower the amount of food that sadly goes to waste. Also it would be nice to have gluten free snacks on board. Flying with celiac disease is not easy."

Pros: "The service from the Singapore Airlines is always impeccable. The food is delicious. The business class seat is spacious and wider than all the US airlines. There are plenty storage space in your seat space. The entertainment system has many choices and has a lot new release movies and shows."
Cons: "Unfortunately, the ride on Boeing 777 is not as smooth as the Airbus'. The noise in the cabin is louder. The seat is comfortable but the bed is not. First, the flat bed is not transformed by a button and it needs a physical person to flip it over. The mat is thin and I can feel some hard edges while lying down. The noise from the engine transmits to the bed and it is hard to sleep even with the noise cancellation headphone."

Cons: "I purchased this ticket without realizing that the law stipulated 6-month validity remaining on one's US passport to enter singapore. The Singapore Airways website does not state this anywhere, and it was not until I arrived at the airport that I was informed that I wouldn't be able to check in, but nor could I refund or transfer the ticket. The booker should be obliged, when one enters the passport information upon purchasing the ticket, to make note if the passport expiration time is not valid for the flight. Spent $600+ on the flight, and the customer service person I spoke to from the airport was very abrasive and not interested in helping me figure out an alternative."

I am usually very quite and light on demands as i hardly hit call button on the seat to get any assistance, but during meal, I was asked about drink and I opted for Ginger ale. Crew said, she will get back to me and I did not hear from her for another 10 mins, then there was repeat serve of drinks and I was asked if i needed any thing and asked the same drink, but then I was asked to wait. After I had finished off my meal and ready to go to sleep, someone was bringing my drink out and I then respectfully say no to it as it was bit late after the meal and asked for water instead and did not like the look on the face of the crew member. I saw it happening with other passengers as well and was under the impression, the whole crew performance was pretty poor and SIA was not up to its high-standards as I always like to fly with them. I will look for different option next time"

I was placed in the back row all the way to my destination and all the way home. I vomited 8 times and felt very sick. I did notice that there were many seats available in the front of the plane but they are never given out as women with babies and children always get them and then single travellers like myself are made sit in the back. I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

We arrived hongkong and was informed that our flight has been rebooked even though we can see that the plane was still there and staffs are still at the gate. We were transferred to a layover flight from HongKong to Aussie then Aussie to Auckland instead of going straight. Seats was set far apart with no competitions at all. Sorry is not enough for this big hassle."

When I did not comply to what she was asking she very rudely did what she was asking me to do yet I could not hear or understand her. She even rolled her eyes. Very uncalled for and rude."

Food is EXACTLY SAME as economy. In LAX had to REMIND them that Premium Economy has priority boarding. There is no champagne on arrival at your seat...you have to ASK for it. Crew is always HURRIED. When you ask for a beverage or a snack, hostess and stewards have ATTITUDE. it's like they are doing a big FAVOR. Really??? we spent lots of EXTRA MONEY to be in this class. Restroom was difficult to access. Overall MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT"

Pier Business class lounge breathtaking, with several large rooms with different food options, served to you - the fresh made noodles a must - and a staffed, well stocked bar. Absolutely gorgeous space."

Pros: "The check in staff were only doing their job, by insisting that I had an onward ticket before they checked me in, as per Thai immigration ruling. Otherwise, if I did not have an onward ticket, they stated they could not check me in, and would refund my ticket. The problem is there are many ways of travelling out of Thailand, and I frequently visit Cambodia and Thailand via bus. How could I produce a bus ticket which I usually buy only a week before departure?"
Cons: "That was a bit of a rude shock, as I had never encountered such obstacles before, and most fortunately I did indeed have a reservation for a BKK-GVA ticket, or I would have been refused boarding. Apparently the Thai immigration authorities have a condition for Swiss citizens to possess an onward ticket before they can enter Thailand, but this is the first time an airline has applied this as strictly, and has been as insistent, as Cathay Pacific. I have been in & out of BKK hundreds of times, and this is the first time ever an airline has applied this rule to the letter. So, bottom line, never again will I fly Cathay Pacific."

Even though easily +90% of the passengers were Americans, Australians, New Zealanders and Europeans, and that the flight was between 2 English speaking countries, we were addressed in Mandarin Chinese. Reminds me a bit of Air Canada with their often French bias."

Cons: "Food and seats were mediocre at best. Two of the flight attendants that we had the displeasure to experience appeared irritated and when asked for a glass of water we had to wait 30 minutes (after asking three times). On top of that, once we arrived to Tokyo they lost our luggage. We kept phoning the Tokyo desk, but then the airline went on strike and our calls were left unanswered. Japan Airlines, which handles all baggage for all carriers in and out of Narita couldn't do anything either. When they were finally operational I phoned again for two more days with no offer of compensation for additional clothing that we had to buy. Finally on the 7th day they indicated they found the luggage and it never left SF!"

Cons: "Something must be done about how far a person can recline their seats. I'm a '6 with long legs, the flight to Taipei was 13 hours. The guy in front of me reclined his seat all the way down. Flight crew was helpless."
I’m a frequent Traveler on all types of airlines, including budget. This was the worst flight experience I’ve ever had. Something was wrong with AirAsia’s systems and we were the whole flight was rescheduled to the following day, the third flight it happened to. Apart from an email which gave the new date the web and app said the original flight date which meant that there were hundreds of people queueing at the airport to try and find out what was going on. People waited six hours to talk to customer service who gave advice that didn’t match the web or app. Nightmare. just advertising for spending the extra hundred dollars I’ve ever seen.

Pros: "Flight boarded a few minutes early and arrived in Honolulu 40 minutes ahead of schedule. I upgraded to the "quiet zone" area which was perfect, very minimal disturbance from the flight crew."

Pros: "Cost can't be beat, friendly service, reminded me of flights back in the 80's - 90's with no frills. A solid air service that most would find not up to par to their own personal standards. Travelers have been accustomed to getting things as standard over the decades of flying services offered in the past, so not getting them with this airline for free can be frustrating. However, for travelers that are very flexible and don't require much comforts, this airline provides exactly what you need..a cheap flight to your destination."

Passengers can be grumpy because they expect more from the airline, not an airline for most who expect comfort and freebies."

One man was on the verge of tears because he was about to miss his flight. The employee even asked me for my visa for my arrival in Kuala Lumpur, for which none was required. When he realised his mistake, he seemed all the more confused. All in all, I have waited one hour in a line with five people ahead of me."
