Especially they treat every passenger equally or all the same with given out for any extra cost e.g. food, drinks, entertainement any thing we need while we are up in the air needs. Different from the first class section service in special airfare cost. Love to fly every time when I want to visit my families around the world. Keep it up the good work LATAM Fika Maiava - Sydney"

Cons: "Overbooked flight we had to wait with baby and 4 years old kid till last minute to know if we could get on board or not. Latam wanted us to fly in three different seats we told them that we were happy to flight next day but they pushed till last minute waiting. When that said yes you're flying they forced us to move faster otherwise the fly would be delayed. Mdvela@gmail.com or 0064212154973 if you want to known more ( there is more). Will fly airnz only from now on and will advise everybody to do so."

Cons: "El despegue se atrasó unos 20 minutos, no funcionaba el centro de entretenimiento (que fue anunciado) y pese a que eran las 6.3 am no nos convidaton ni una galletita"

El espacio es muy pequeño y chocan los brazos cuando ofrecen bebida ; o el de adelante se mueve y bota todo encima ... un desastre, cero comodidad , la silla más dura que nunca y el espacio para las piernas, o sea, yo mido 1.74 y voy justa, que será para el resto de la población.. no por incluir una fila más hagan que todos vayamos incómodos ; y de la tripulación, nada que decir, solo me pasaron servilletas y me desearon suerte .. me gustaría algún tipo de compensación, porque , para más remate, llegamos más tarde de lo estimado."

Cons: "Had to wait more than 2 hours in the Que to get the boarding pass. Had to come in air new Zealand and same issues when went to brisbane. More than 8 hours wait before flying to brisbane. Thanks."

Cons: "My original flight was supposed to land at 8:55pm but I was notified that it had been changed to land closer to midnight which was a problem because my hotel closed at midnight. After talking to the customer service agent at the airport he told me the reason my flight had changed was because my original airplane was flying out of another airport and the only way to make the flight that I had booked was to take a cab ride to the other airport. What he didn't explain was that its a 45+ minute drive between the two airports and I only had about 1.5 hours to get my bag, get on the taxi, check in at the other airport, clear security AND customs. Somehow by the grace of god it all came together but it was certainly a harrowing experience, not to mention the $45 I lost in cab fares. I cannot recommend LAN/LATAM."
Pros: "Dreamliner was great for our 11 hour flight to santiago"
Cons: "The ground personne in Iguazul were terrific. Flight got cancelled after check in. We were in waiting area. Staff remembered who we were, found us, had us hurry bavk to check-in. Got our luggage, got it retagged, and got us on another flight leaving almost immediately. We got to BA with no problems as did our luggage. Yay for your smart, resourceful, thoughtful and efficient ground crew in Iguazu. They deserve a special thanks."

Pros: "Service was prompt, smooth boarding and the aircraft was modern. there was an entertainment option if you had downloaded their app before the flight - I hadn't downloaded it, so can't comment on the entertainment. Other than that - all in all great service."
Cons: "Snacks were crackers and 2 sweet biscuits. Would have been nice to have had something a little more savoury, but this is realistically already more than I would expect from European carriers, so can't complain."
Cons: "Latam Flight was delayed for maintenance and notice was not given via email/text or call. Desk agent pointed at paper taped on desk and asked us to read about the delay vs telling us what to expect."

Cons: "Food was average. I got a chicken sandwich. It was cold (meant to be a cold sandwich) and not particularly tasty. Also, there was limited range of drinks. I asked for tomato juice and this was not available."

Cons: "No snacks or anything - boarding took long, they had the passengers line up and then after 15 mins tell us to sit for 15 mins because of something with the plane. I requested a seat but was placed in another seat in a different row and number."
