Generally, they have on-board WiFi Internet, however for my return route of 21 hours both flights had no wifi which was disappointing. This is unprofessional because if you are planning on having WiFi to respond to work emails and it is not available once you are already in the air there is nothing you could do but get stuck. Never does this happen with Lufthansa, Turkish, Etihad. Disappointing."

Cons: "I had a terrible experience on my flight from BLR to LAX on 12/30/2016. My flight from BLR was delayed for 3 hours because of fog. I had a connection flight from Dubai at 3:15 pm the same day and I was going to miss it. I had a flight from LAX to SFO(I had booked this separately via a domestic airlines) on the 31st at 10 am. The ground staff at BLR told me that they would put me on the 8:30 am flight to LAX on 31st. That would mean more than a 12 hour wait at Dubai airport and they informed me that accommodation would be provided. Based on this I rebooked my LAX to SFO(I paid extra for this) for the next day. On reaching Dubai I was told that I will be put on the 3:30 pm flight on 31st instead of the 8:30 am flight. That would mean a 20 hour wait at the airport. I was also given a SINGLE food voucher and told that no hotel accommodation would be provided. I was also going to miss the LAX to SFO flight which I had rebooked. I requested the ground staff to try and put me on a direct flight to SFO instead. After begging them for a while they put me on a stand by status on the 7:30 am flight the next day. I spent 12 hours in the airport. That flight was further delayed by 3 hours. When my husband contacted the customer service on 31st morning, they told him that accommodation would be provided and sent me an email confirming that. This was in the morning after I had spent 12 hours in the airport. If accommodation was available why was I told by the ground staff that all rooms were full? I also saw them hand out hotel vouchers to other passengers with shorter wait times than mine. Was it based on their nationality(I sincerely hope not but the reviews I am reading of Emirates online suggest otherwise). Fog and other weather conditions are completely understandable but the discriminatory behaviour of the ground staff in Dubai was really disappointing. This new year weekend was my honeymoon and it was completely ruined because of this trip."

United airlines ground staff at Indira Gandhi International airport New Delhi didn't let me board the flight. I am a Candian citizen returninv to canada got my covid-19 rt pcr test done less than 72 hours from my flight from newark to toronto as per the regulations of Canadian Government and also the united airlines app, also uploaded all the documentation and were approved by travel ready centre of united airlines app , my wife talk to one of the representatives over the phone in Canada he said the same that I can board the flight and there will be no problem as I had enough time to get my prc test done at Liberty international airport if required by staff at Newark airport, yet the ground staff ignored all this and didn't let me board the flight and told me to catch a direct flight of some other airline. They themselves are not aware of the rules properly. I had to go back soon as my wife and new born son is alone and nobody to take care of them but United airlines gave me this hassle for no reason and have to come back all the way from New Delhi to Chandigarh make fresh arrangements for travel and have to go to dubai and do all the tests over again. I wish I could rate the experience in negative.

United knew we were coming and they closed the door anyway. The next flight out to Liberia, Costa Rica wasn’t for two more days. They ended up rebooking us on a flight to Panama which had a connection to San Jose, Costa Rica. Much farther of a drive from that airport. Very disappointed in how United handled this situation, we were told if it was a bigger group they would have held the plane for us. I will never fly United again but I know it has nothing to do with Kayak. Kayak has always been great and is my go to for booking plane tickets."

It took an hour before we could get to the X-ray line. At this point we had already missed the original time of our flight. Luckily the flight was delayed 30 minutes. After going through the x-ray machines we ran to our gate only to find out it had been changed and delayed again. We made it to our flight which was now rescheduled to depart at 7:23pm. After sitting in the plane for 45 minutes we did not depart until 8pm making our landing 2 hours after the original time."
