Cons: "Again, If you allow people to choose tickets online and they pick the front row, at least don't put them in the back row. That is the opposite of what they requested. After a.long flight and the limited recline, I am very sore in my back. Probably the most uncomfortable flight to date in my travels."

Cons: "Laptop bags are not allowed at New Delhi Airport. Only one carry on is allowed with no laptop bag. These are not Emirates policies. New Delhi airport has its own policies. Highly frustrating at that moment because these are not the baggage allowances anywhere else in the world"

Cons: "The boarding process in ORT was a horrible fail. they didn't announce the boarding of first/business and by the time I arrived at my seat there was almost no overhead room left because people from economy put there bags in the business area. The bathroom was definitely not cleaned enough, I went twice where the floor was soaked, the seat was wet and the sink full of toothpaste. I understand that every passenger should be responsible enough to clean up after themselves, but it was not an enjoyable experience. The crew was friendly enough, but it didnt feel like the personalized service experience that is usually the case (where they introduce themselves, explain the do not disturb sticker etc). Also I think there was something wrong with my seat because it didnt "lay flat" all the way."
Pros: "Emirates leg was good. Easy checkin and I think slightly large than usual seats."
Cons: "I bought a return from Emirates with the returning flight from Australia to London as a code share with Qantas. Qantas does not honour the e-ticekts from Emirates and will NOT allow you to preselect seats online. You have to hope for a good seat at airport checkin. Too bad, as I would have been prepared to pay extra for a seat upgrade."

Cons: "No proper service of food or drinks. Never asked if we need any drinks like spirits. Mainly dissatisfied with food and drinks. Crew was not professional, their English was not good .. very hard to understand . they handled everything in hurry Always got response that non veg is over."

Cons: "One carryon and no personal item - inconvenient and irritating! Security staff disposed of manicure scissors that met printed guidelines. Checked baggage was damaged, will avoid Emirates because of this. Staff, comfort, and food were very good, but will still select other airlines"
Cons: "My original flight was delayed so I needed to book for a hotel in manila and need to rebook my connecting flight from christchurch to queenstown. Supposedly, the airline company should offer a reimbursement for all my additional expenses. Vey inconvenient on my part."
Cons: "Was not told that my luggage was on a weght system and not a piece system for a n international flight. I ended up paying $249 for my extra suitcase that weighted 25 lbs and it was only a 2.5 hour flighr!"

Cons: "Both flights to Athens and returning to New York were very delayed. As a result, passengers were annoyed and staff members looked obviously stressed as well. On the whole my impression is that this airline keeps up appearances very well but is in fact somewhat disorganized."

Why ask First and Business passengers to start boarding when all you are doing is getting them to leave their seats and stand up for fifteen minutes in front of the closed doors going out of the departure lounge?. This has happened three out of three flights and must be standard operating procedure."
Cons: "I've never flown Emirates and boarding section of the trip was very confusing. There was no audible instructions and they used flip-boards to indicate which group should be boarding. It was very difficult to see the flip-boards since the attendants holding them up were around 5'2". All was well once i got on the plane."

I was provided with the hotel voucher when I enquiried about the delay but the staff did not give me enough information how to get to the hotel. He seems so caught up with other stuff. I was standing there clueless. The sceen on entertainment unit was too dark and the buttons were not working properly on the screen."
