Pros: "The seats are comfortable. I was fortunate to have a gap in the middle seat. On my flight there was a delay due to a person needing to disembark before the flight took off. The flight dealt with the person inconsiderately and explained to everyone the reason for the delay."

I need to come back another time. I went to another gate agent and she told be to go downstairs to the check in counter for help. That would have taken 2 hours. I called customer service and they answered my question quickly. I just wanted to know if I would be charged a fee to change my flight."

Great food and the friendliest airline crew ever. I also loved the safety video....it wasn't boring even though I knew to he information."

Cons: "Not enough good new release movie selection was very average/ poor. Your boarding from LAX could be improved. You have two signs about Premium and economy lines for boarding! These are not obvious . There needs to be a staff member or two checking people as they arrive in a line to check they're in the correct t line . Otherwise people don't trailer until they have been in the wrong line until the reach the top of the line . Leads to frustration even before the flight begins! Otherwise great job everyone ! Thank You !"
Pros: "We were allowed to check one bag for free...that's awesome. And we were provided with two full meals on the flight, more food than we could eat. And even a complimentary alcoholic drink! Great selection of movies. New Zealand Air is one of the best flying experiences I've had"

Unfortunately, we had an older flight attendant who seemed less than thrilled to be with us this flight."

My flight from Sydney to LA the headphones and the jack didn’t work. I informed the crew member it was an over 15 hour flight with no sound in entertainment. I asked if they had kosher or halal options in one of the flights to Brisbane, the crew member wasn’t pleasant in the reply. I took the vegetarian option that’s fine but surely the crew member can say no in a more pleasant way. Although I had a great time in Australia. Thank you

Flying business expected some service but had nothing and they smiled and said they rebooked me 16 days later. Other airlines would book you on different carriers but not PAL. Last time no matter what special deal they offer."

Food was not great but we we were not offered anything to drink not even water with the meal until we had finished eating. I know crew works hard but that seemed a time management problem. There is no service involved plonking down a tray. Water could be included."

Plenty of leg room on the flight and the cabin staff were fantastic, only thing that let it down was the food choice, but, as it was only a 3 hour flight this wasn;t really a problem. The staff was terribly accommodating and friendly. The entertainment was top notch! The flight was smooth and was as comfortable as a 12 hour flight can be. After the hellish experience I had at both O'hare and LAX, it was a lovely way to end/begin the trip."

Cons: "As a handicaped disabled not able to walk and should be using a wheel chair,as I know from my many previous travels with other companies like lufthanza, klm..etc, I used to be the first traveller to go to the air craft when loading it to take off and the last one who would be leaving it after landing. Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. But those seats were sold out long before we even got to LA! I contacted American Airlines Customer Relations about 1 month prior to my flight. I completed their online form detailing the problem and asked if there is any way I could buy extra leg room seats. But they never even bothered to respond. I got the automated email acknowledging receipt of my complaint and assuring me I would be contacted soon. NOT!!"
Pros: "The Boeing 787 from LAX to Auckland was noticeably more comfortable than the Airbus 321 I flew to LAX to start the trip. Food was actually good!"
Cons: "For an obviously new aircraft the space between rows was horrendous. I am 5ft4in tall and when I sat down my knees touched the seat in front of me. When the passenger in front of me tilted his seat back I couldn’t even cross my legs! I like Qantas but I have learned to abhor American Airlines (which operated this flight), next time I will probably use Air New Zealand purely because of the seat situation."

After that, the person in the aisle seat next to my husband was willing to swap her aisle seat for my new-found aisle seat. But on long flights, greater efforts should be made to seat couples together."

Cons: "Seat pitch on the plane unbelievably cramped. When seats are so close that if you drop something on the floor you have to be a contortionist to get it, you know it's a problem NEVER fly the 787-900 economy."

We normally fly the 777 with Air NZ, after this we will go back to them. The staff, as always were helpfull and pleasant, the plane was quiet but the seats....."

Cons: "We had already pulled out of the gate to leave when the captain informed us the plane had maintenance issues and we had to wait for a gate. We waited. When we got to the gate he announced the crew had timed out and that we should take our things and get down to wait for more information. Once at the gate we were told they were trying to put a new crew together for us, including the pilot. While we waited they did provide good quality deli food for us. I appreciate the food but the 5 hour delay, I did not appreciate."

Cons: "The bathroom on the flight from Denver to Santa Barbara was the WORST EVER! I doubt it has ever been cleaned and the poor people that had seats near or at the rear of the plane should have been refunded their money having been subjected to the smell of an “indoor outhouse!” Shameful!!"
Pros: "The range of 'free' food and beverages (including beer, wine, and liquor was phenomenal, and the functionality of the 777 touch-screen was outstanding. Seating was also more comfortable than comparable flights on AA."
Cons: "To actually be on it would’ve been awesome"

I don’t know how many times I could explain my situation, and my English is not poor and I thought I was explaining myself clearly. Pros: "Crew were great, especially considering we had a couple of mishaps travelling with a five year old and five month old. Despite being a mega long flight it was comfortable and we were well looked after."
Cons: "Seats are a little narrow on the exit rows and bulkhead as the armrests accommodate the TV and tables. This also means they can’t be moved. Not unique to Air NZ though."

Cons: "Because of the late plane and possible missed connection, I was re-booked for the next day without any compensation."

Cons: "Entertainment didn’t work. Woman next to me sat cross legged and the bottom of her foot as resting on me. When I politely asked that she not out the bottom of her dirt against me she swore at me and was confrontational and crazy. Flight attendants did nothing"

Pros: "Very pleasant attentive crew and ground staff. An aborted takeoff on tarmac meant a return to the departure gate and the plane taken to maintenance. The ground staff were superb in dealing with a full plane load of passengers many of whom had onward connections. This meant we had to stay overnight and fly first thing the next morning. Full marks to United for dealing with a potentially dangerous situation and then assisting everyone back in the terminal."

Cons: "Check in clerk was mean nasty and said several times we could not fly because we didn’t have our tickets rather then helping us use the airport printer to print our tickets she said you can’t print you ticket until you show me your ticket. When I asked if there was another flight I could get on, they told me the upgrade would be over $1000, and that it wasn't their problem. Rudest customer service I think I have ever dealt with! I won't ever fly united again!"

Cons: "That a bunch of travelers including myself missed our connecting flight in Chicago after united chamged our arrival gate but didn't have any crew to man the jet way. We sat for 20 mins right in front of our gate. From 1 pm to 10 on my flight to Asheville from Chicago was delayed many many times waiting for our airplane to arrive. Upsetting that we missed our connection due to United's poor planning, they didn't hold our connecting flight for us but we had to wait all night for other flights."

Sat on tarmac for an hour or more, finally took off but missed connecting flight mid afternoon and no other acceptable flights until 11 pm getting into Fort Lauderdale at 730 am. (originally was supposed to be getting to Fort Lauderdale at 10 pm). Also, the aisle seats on the plane had a narrower underseat space that my little boxy carryon wouldn't fit into--and it usually fits under any underseat storage...Luckily the passenger in the middle was willing to swap places."

U put me @ the back of the plane 90% of the time which means I have to wait for the people that are moving their whole house,making me miss my schedule, I have to spend night @ airport for next schedule."

Cons: "Flight was ok. I was disturbed by the rudeness of flight attendant toward a service dog. This dog was the owners eyes and she seemed disgusted it was there. We had to let her know in front of other passengers so she would be put on the spot and change her attitude."
Pros: "Not only do I get the best price. The fact that you told me what carousel to get my bag from was new to me. I alway check kyak first but now I love u guys. I know my travel site and its kayak"
