The boarding agents appeared to do the minimum customer service. They did not appear to try to find solutions to problems.
Gate agent was a terrible person out to make people miserable
Pros: "Crew was professional and understanding/empathetic given the circumstances. We were delayed 4 hrs."
Cons: "While the weather delay was out of everyone’s control and it was obvious the pilot was doing everything he could to get the pale airborne... i feel their could have been better communication from the ground as to our take off time. They kept changing our time and thus we were trapped on the tarmac for 4 hrs. Had we known, some of us could have gotten off the plane and rerouted so as not to miss our connecting flight. We and others were stuck in Atlanta, had t okay for a hotel....and missed a day of vacation....☹️"

Pros: "I was rerouted through Detroit after it was apparent I would miss my connecting flight. The flight was good and I have no complaints."
After Qantas staff asked us we have the option to book our hotel and then email per written letter. I was denied my right for a $300 voucher after the flight was delayed 24h. Wael Idriss On Nov 22
We were seated in the furthest back row of the plane. Our seats seemed to be the only ones that didn't recline, and our seat row was also closer to the seats in front of us than any other route. I'm a tall man, and this made the long overnight flight extremely uncomfortable and near impossible to sleep on. There was nothing indicated in booking that this row was tighter than the others.
We were downgraded from business class to premium economy with no advance notice. The staff at the gate were extremely rude, the crew on board not very interested in our comfort, mostly stood in the galley and talked with each other. The food was about the worst I have had and the portions were small ( and I am not a big eater). altogether sbout as disappointing an experience as is possible
Polite staff but incompetent staff. They changed my window seat to isle seat and then lied saying the seat was broken, yet I see someone else sitting there! They lost my luggage. Their standards have dropped a lot compared to pre-pandemic.
My flight from Sydney to LA the headphones and the jack didn’t work. I informed the crew member it was an over 15 hour flight with no sound in entertainment. I asked if they had kosher or halal options in one of the flights to Brisbane, the crew member wasn’t pleasant in the reply. I took the vegetarian option that’s fine but surely the crew member can say no in a more pleasant way. Although I had a great time in Australia. Thank you

Pros: "Food was surprisingly tasty for airplane food, vote would be lovely if someone could figure out how to produce a hash brown at the passenger seat without having it be limp"
Cons: "I’m guessing that a great many passengers would happily pay 10% more on their fair to have 10% fewer seats on board so that was actually possible to achieve a state of modest comfort while flying in a 12 hour flight."

Cons: "As usual with PHL, lots of delays and issues. Had to switch planes after delayed boarding for a SECOND maintenance issue. After arriving at AVP, I noticed that both my valeted carry-on and my checked-in suitcase were drenched. My bags were clearly mishandled, and all of my clothing and devices are now wet. Beyond disappointed."

Cons: "United really seems to have issues with their planes. Problems on Wednesday then again today. On Wednesday we boarded late and pushed people’s flights back because the cleaners didn’t show up at boarding time and at landing time we had to go back up when the prior flight was still on the runway."

Cons: "I upgraded to first class in order to have a couple adult beverages but the flight attendant decided to hide and eat her meal before serving the passengers. We were more then Hal way before she made her rounds with drinks. Not a pleasant experience at all."
Pros: "Crew were great, especially considering we had a couple of mishaps travelling with a five year old and five month old. Despite being a mega long flight it was comfortable and we were well looked after."
Cons: "Seats are a little narrow on the exit rows and bulkhead as the armrests accommodate the TV and tables. This also means they can’t be moved. Not unique to Air NZ though."
Cons: "Asked which sandwich was most popular, burger or chicken, and flight attendant told me she was a vegetarian. Diet Coke had one small ice cube."
Pros: "Check-in at Narita was great!!! The entire process from obtaining boarding pass to dropping off luggage took less than 3 minutes."
