Pros: "I was very impressed with the older Japanese attendant’s attitude in helping everyone onboard. A family sitting 2 seats in front moved around a lot while putting their baby and toddler to sleep for the night flight. The attendant discreetly gave those of us earplugs and eye masks to help us shut out the noise. Also, her smile and pleasant attitude made it an enjoyable flight."

Cons: "For some unknown reason, I can not lower my seat when I wanted to get some sleep. As the air plane took off at 11:55pm, I was really sleep. After 10 minutes of maneuver, I decided to ask a flight attendant to help me figure out what happened to my seat. I pressed the button asking for attendant and waited for 5 minutes, no response. So I pressed the button again. IT showed that I had already pressed the button. So I kept waiting. But then no one ever came for me the 9 hours until it was time for the meal before getting off. Sitting straight sleeping was a really terrible experience!"

Cons: "I was issued a ticket with a window seat as I had requested. However, when I boarded and sat in the seat I was assigned, I was moved because it turned out that the couple that was sitting next to me had purchased the seat so they could lay down. I was seated at another window seat, but it turned out the couple in that row had paid extra to have that seat empty as well. I was not only re-seated before the plane took off, but then I was re-seated THREE more times until finally being put in a middle seat after the flight was in flight. To top it all off, the plane was so delayed I missed my connecting flight to my final destination."

There wasn't, so it was a waste of $100 each way for the two of us. We had much more leg room on our US domestic flight. Flight attendants don't appear to like their jobs very much. They were overly stern and impatient with passengers. Reminded me of the nuns in Catholic school growing up. Do they have any idea how uncomfortable the passengers are when we are packed in like sardines? Finally, the food isn't anything like they described and they served diet portions it seemed. I'm at a loss for why this airline was rated so highly"

Felt like steerage class. After they rebooted their system we were able to finally order and pay for food and drinks. Never been treated this poorly on an Air New Zealand flight."

Pros: "Ive flown domestically countless times and I love flying but when coming home from vacation in NZ I was all about Air New Zealand! This was my first long haul flight so I have nothing to compare to. The staff was wonderful, the flight was uneventful allowing me to enjoy my in flight entertainment, which was varied enough to keep me entertained. Staff was responsive during my flight to and from and seats were reasonably comfortable. Seats were prepped with blanket pillow and headphones. I loved the seat to seat messaging. Food was forgettable. Mostly I snacked on protein bars so I didnt eat much but there was ice cream at one point!"

United's partner had no other planes in Denver so we had to sleep there after sitting in the airport for almost 4 hours."

It wasn't enough for dinner and breakfast. Since my flight was delayed I missed and lost money to the circus. 1 had purchased tickets for my 5 children my husband and I for a total of $400. The show was at 11 am and I arrived at Richmond at that time. Your airline sucks. To make it worst on my way to Aguascalientes I got stuck in Houston for the night and half a day because yall delayed flights due to snow that never happened. I had to before for food vouchers because I had already gone over my budget with the delay. Overall it was a horrible experience."

We were referred to one person after the other only to finally end up in a 3hour line at customer service where we were told we miss the ground transportation and would have to find our own way home.
