This was the first time traveling with China Airlines. The Crew, were all professional and bilingual. The aircraft was clean and comfortable. I upgraded to even more space; that process was simple and not super expensive. The meals served were adequate and tasty, and the choices were suitable. After experiencing long flights and being a passenger with China Airlines, I must say I will travel with them again Sincearly Anthony
We were not sat together for the longeset duration of our travel very uncomfortable didnt enjoy that they fed us at 2 am
The crew were professional and attentive. Blankets and pillows were on each seat which was appreciated. The food was served warm and had a balance of various nutritional options. As far as the monitor there were not enough English speaking choices and foreign shows did not offer English captions.
Everything was fine except the seats were quite compressed and hard for the 12 hour flight
The crew was very professional and friendly. Although there was a water leak from panel above, the crew was trying to mitigate the consequence. We are happy with its service and the value offered. We will definitely take China Airlines again.
Well, we upgraded and on a 14 hour flight not sure how we would tolerate it otherwise. The upgrades are ridiculously expensive and even with empty seats even in first class it was difficult to upgrade. Probably won’t fly China Air again due to this. The attendants tho were much better than the airlines in the states and there attentiveness and care for your comfort far exceeds other airlines in the states.
Flight attendants. Food, entertainment and most of all, be on time.

The flat bed full lying position is not comfortable at all, this could be improved, it is at an awkward position which i dont have the same issues with other airlines business class.
The flight was uneventful and the crew was kind and professional. Really appreciate the option to order a vegan meal for the flight!
Not up to their standard . After checking in my bag and having made a tight connection off NZ 29, they tried to bump me off the flight at the gate. In they end I argued myself onto the plane but my bag followed on a later plane. After over 24 hours of flying and despite being an Air NZ Platinum card holder being put in this position was unnaceptable
mechanical issue, so delayed take-off (hence the low boarding rating) and made a number of people miss their connecting flight. Also took a long time to get our checked baggage. I luckily made mine with 5 minutes to spare, but it was nerve-racking.
Great first time experience with Air New Zealand and loved it. The flight crew was extremely friendly and provided great service.
Needed more leg room. Leg rest and entertainment system box took up a lot of space and I'm not tall. Breakfast was good. Poor quality of the entertainment options.
A better selection of entertainment would have been nice. I found nothing that appealed to me as a middle-aged traveler. The flight attendants were gracious, helpful, and attentive. It also would have been nice to have more bathrooms as the flight was full and the plane was big.
Appreciated the ability to get an earlier flight home after flying in from in from Japan. No problem with boarding or crew service. The limited choice of snacks, compared to previous years. Aircraft seats seem to be getting harder and more uncomfortable all the time. Overall, happy to be home
The Premium Economy seats were very comfortable and the food was quite tasty. I did not use the entertainment system, but I was able to charge my phone and tablet with the seatback connection.
The seats are feeling very hard to sit on. All the padding is flat, like sitting on a park bench for over an hour
Nothing better than Air New Zealand. Top scores in every category.
Space between seats on Air New Zealand is generally tight. The crew on this flight was excellent! Very attentive and nice. You get free wine or beer and chips and of course the Air New Zealand candies. 1 hour and 35 min flight approximately.
Simplicity of boarding and corporate interactions were all totally positive and simple, brief, organized and clear. No regrets at all. I will favor flights with Cathay Pacific in the future.
No PA announcement was made about the start of boarding

I liked the service. The touch screen needs improvement as well as movie choices.
I wear hearing aids in both ears the infotainment system is hard to hear.
Crew on this flight dedicate their business class service to their high priority members. They would get priority service even the seats are behind me, and meals priority service and orders. I get the left over choices. I refused to eat because I felt discriminated, never booking this airline.
Paid a premium a have a shorter transit time in Hong Kong, but Cathay pacific rebooked me and ended up waiting for 10 hrs in Hong Hong airport.
Better. I took an aisle seat this time. Although the overheard compartment above the seat ahead of me kept opening up during flight.
From Chicago to Hong Kong was great., but from Hong Kong to manila we had hard time looking for the gate of our connecting flight. There wasn’t hardly any sign.
The staff were excellent considering it was a jam packed flight. We had to wait nearly an hour for our baggage to appear on the carousel. That was a real shame.
It we as a pleasant flight. Good helpful and happy cabin crew. Food was okay, not to write home about. Drinks good. Entertainment okay.. Seat space good , comfort acceptable

UA is ok. But check in was a very bad experience
Nothing to complain of, the only reason I am not giving better marks is that I am used to flying with ANA and they are the top.
Communication between the captain/crew and the passengers needs to be improved.
Food and service are good. Bathroom was lack of lotions and cleaning. That should be improved.

Chinese flight attendants didn't speak english well. They didn't care enough to remember that I (east asian who isn't Chinese) wasn't Chinese and spoke English. Announcement in english on board was poor and I find it very difficult to understand what was announced. Also, a cabin bag allows only 5kg!
Everything was not satisfactory - the flight was delayed, staffs were ok but they didn't speak English well. I am from east Asia (not Chinese) and they didn't care enough to remember that I wasn't Chinese but persistently spoke chinese to me. The flight announcement in english wasn't clear to understand.
It was good. Just a very long stay over in China to get the second leg to London
We were taking the flight MU 8649 from Shanghai to Osaka and the original boarding gate was 20 and we didn’t receive any notification or broadcast about gate changes, and by the time we missed the original boarding time we check thr electric board and realized the gate was changed to 208 Also the flight was delayed by almost an hour and the crew member didn’t provide any explanation, after we finally boarded the aircraft was very hot, the crew member told me the air conditioning was not working and tried to calm passages down by offering iced water, all of us sat in the aircraft for another 40 mins before it finally took off
Seats not comfortable. We had requested vegan meal and it wasn’t given.
I was denied boarding at the Brisbane airport and it seems like I won’t get any refunds from the airline
China Southern was not the problem. I booked my flight through Kayak and also received a booking reference and alert details regarding departure time and gate numbers… however Kayak NEVER actually booked my flight! We were stranded at the airport without a flight for a long awaited holiday!
Not good - chair back could not move back for premium economy. Not worth the price
It was great. The staff were so nice and helpful the food was great and they always made sure I was okay. As a foreigner I was worried about the language barrier but it was absolutely no issues. I highly recommend
Crew: Everybody was polite. People just need to get efficient and less reworking things. Entertainment: Could have move movies and games. The “music” section is a joke, only ONE available. Food: The food provided on the flights boarding in china needs a serious reworking. Too much oil, bad for your stomach, tastes too artificial and the eggs were a giant mass of green dough.
Quality flight from start to finish. Customer service is evidently very important to this company. The staff really exceeded expectations.
Traveling with the Chinese airlines , their service superior to the US Airlines , they are much more friendly and the seats are comfortable , In the past I flew with United , now ,United Airline will become history for me .
