Cons: Having boarded at SYD, during the Canberra stop, we were all required to disembarked. It was a loaded flight so the process was slow

Pros: The crew was great although I needed to ask them for my meal cause they passed by me. They thought I had my meal already which I didn’t. I don’t think they did it on purpose so it was just misunderstanding. My flight was on SQ 38 from Singapore to LAX on October 30 2019 Other than that. All is amazing. I will still highly recommend Singapore Airlines to other people.

Cons: I think I have nothing in mind about improvements because I can see they have been training very well. I would like to say keep up the good work

Pros: Entertainment system was new and easy to use. Seats in premium economy were quite comfortable.

Cons: A vegetarian / pescatarian option on the menu would have been nice but other than that, all good.

Cons: There was no entertainment. With a flight over three hours I would have thought there would be seatback mini-screens at least with a few movies to choose from. Also there was only one cart serving drinks which took forever because we had a seat towards the back and because it took so long we only had the one drink. It was so full of ice that really there was hardly any fluid and the ice pieces were too large to even chew them up. I felt very dehydrated during the flight. Since we can't bring our own water I feel like more should be provided.

Pros: Boarding was on time and ran smoothly. In flight crew was friendly and attentive.

Pros: checking in at Changi Airport is always a pleasure, helpful friendly staff

Cons: the food is disgusting

Pros: The crew was amazing. It was my first time flying so I was a little nervous but they made me feel safe and welcomed. The friendly crew was honestly what made the whole experience great.

Pros: I liked the size of the cups for drinks: smaller than usual.

Cons: You could train some of your crews to behave more polite to the customers like they do in the Japanese airlines. Male crews tended to be nicer than female crews.

Pros: Super good crew.
