Boarding did not have a clue what is an EU disability card

COmpared to my experience in the business class of other airlines the food variety and offerings were meager. They did not have any cookies or crackers for snacking! They were unable to offer some other items. This has never been my experience in other airlines.

I paid for reserved seats but didn't got them at all

First class payment but wife’s seat broken, would recline but not lay flat. On previous flight, delays and ground crew malfunctions connecting jetway made us miss flight to Houston. I asked twice for a cart to assist us getting across the massive Istanbul Airport, but was denied. We are both over 70.

Sadly, the plane was extremely old and uncomfortable. The entertainment system broke down completely. We couldn't even charge our phones. The seats were also very uncomfortable, with a very slim seat cushion. It must be the result of having 9 seats where there used to be 8.

M pretty much done with kayak and all other booking webs and apps. Scams all around my long trip.. Losing hundreds of $$ in extra charges and delays. Done with Turkish airline too. I will never use Kayak again for any of my bookings in the future!

Staff didnt want to work, had to get up to get food and ear plugs myself even after calling the attendant multiple times. Both bags were not recieved in Dubai, called the next day to confirm bags were recieved and had to go to airport to pick up the bags. Now coming back to LAX one bag made it and the other bag is still missing.

Business Class Service was unacceptable. 7 flight time changes and delays

You cancelled my flight by email then made it very difficult to get in contact with you. Then put me in a flight with a long layover in Mexico returning to the wrong airport in uk. Mind blowing my stressful. I missed see my grand dad because of you.

Our second leg to Jackson WY was unable to land due to weather. We were flown back to Dallas after stopping in SLC. We were given hotel rooms and vouchers. We were told that we would be back on the same plane in the morning. Instead we were given a different flight with different seats. Not a good experience. No one knew what was going on.

Overall it was good. The plane was small and the flight attendants on the Clt to gso route were not that friendly

The flight from Guadalajara to Dallas had mechanical issues, and was delayed every half hour for 4 hours until we were told to rebook. As it was during the busy holiday break, most flights were fully booked and travel that day was unavailable. The only saving grace for American Airlines was their ticketing staff that maintained their composure and did their best to accommodate all the disappointed and frustrated passengers.

Food was very average. And top up drinks offer was absent. For a 11 hour long flight that should be the minimum. The crew didn't want to be there. I understand it was new year day but given they had signed up for it

Had an hour delay due to mechanical/safety; so we missed our connection in Dallas. Got home later than planned but safely and that is appreciated.

American Air lines sucks! The changed our conection times in Phoenix less then 20 minutes to catch next flight toMexico city. Shut the gate door in our faces! Rude rude. The AA customer service representative even told me "American airlines sucks" Never again

Boarding was relatively fast and easy and the crew was attentive throughout.

As it was a very short flight, there was no food only drinks offered. And there was no entertainment. They had to use your own phone for entertainment.

The pretzels were ok, but a wider assortment of snack choices would be better.

A350 has great entertainment. Make sure to watch the plane's external tail and nose camera's on landing and take off. Seats were a little hard for a 10 hour flight. I am gluten intolerant, they had good alternative meals for me on the flight.

Great seats assigned and comfortable, movies are good, food is delicious, great experience. No delays and they prioritize boarding children with parents which is plus.

Horrible they wouldn’t let my wife and daughter board the plane. They stated there was an issue with her visa when she clearly showed them how to look it up online. This resulted in her missing her flight and having to buy a different airline ticket for the same day in which clearly there was no problem.

Everything was fine except that the ground personnel in Toronto wasn't able to operate the jet bridge, so that everybody was stuck in the plane after landing for 40 min, so I missed my connection.

Poor preparedness for wheelchair requiring passengers at Frankfurt. We were parked at a remote ramp requiring air stairs, this despite being 4 passengers who couldn’t take stairs down.

Selling food instead of offering it as complementary with the excessive price, is pure greed and not comptitive at all.

The flight was delayed and almost missed our flight to Chicago

Plane left 1 hour and 30 min late due to a faulty gate at the airport . they should have changed the gate immediately and minimize the delay. Due to this fact I lost my connection in Munich and ended up staying 12h in the airport . I got rebooked and for the troubles i got a 15 euro voucher witch is barely enough to buy a bottle of water in the airport . A bottle of water is 6 to 7 euros in the airport a sandwich is 12 to 20 euros . a sleep cabin is 17 to 20 an hour . their compensation is mediocre at least it has not changed the amount in the past 10 years , where the prices since then have . On top of this on my return they broke both of my check in bags another 500 USD damage
