This flight was a code share on Air New Zealand.
There was no lounge for passengers waiting before boarding the aircraft at F65, so passengers are just sitting on the floor or just spread everywhere the premises before boarding.
The flight was delayed by 4 hours !!!!! It was very uncomfortable , and they told us only one our before departure

Nothing went smooth. From being threatened to pay $400 for omitting my middle name by agents in India or somewhere. In addition, I couldn't get an answer on how much a third bag would cost despite numerous calls to Lufthansa. Then I couldn't check in online because they wanted evidence of residency. I told them I have dual citizenship but that didn't help. Last but not least, my luggage didn't make it to my destination. I had Christmas presents that didn't get to family members on time. I also had to wait the entire day to have it delivered. I have never had such a bad experience with an airline. This is how you loose customers
Wifi did not work. Cut off on and off every 10 min
Checking in and boarding was not good The staff at the gate were not helpful and targeted the customer and delayed the customers boarding unnecessarily The flight was delayed for about two hours and later for a change of boarding gate The waiting area was overcrowded with no seats available for passengers and lots were left standing for a long period of time
Why does United insist on having passengers take a bus quite a distance to the plane instead of having us board at a gate?
The crew was not friendly . Service was poor. Food was not great. It was also an older plane that ha some equipment issue.
I received an upgrade to business class because I was on the waiting list. That made the flight much nicer. The staff was excellent.
