Pros: PLane was clean, boarding went fast, meals and snacks were decent.

Cons: The sound system was turned up too loud. Did not appreciate being bombarded with advertising on the entertainment system, on the Loud speakers as cabin crew hawked the company credit card etc

Pros: The food, seat comfort, entertainment system and departure on time with an early arrival. I had lost my family heirloom money clip in the seat. The crew sent the flight agent Justin back to meet me at the gate and he went in and looked twice finding it on the second trip in.

Pros: The plane was new and clean. The crew was so friendly and welcoming. Anything we needed on our flight they were more than happy to oblige and always did it with a smile

Cons: Boarding was delayed with no explanation, we sat once boarded waiting to take off not knowing what the further delay was, ended up arriving and clearing customs an hour behind schedule. This is becoming more common with my flights with Virgin Australia.

Pros: Departed on time and arrived on time.

Pros: Neat in flight entertainment app that lets you watch, read, listen while you fly, right on your own device. Very nice touch.

Cons: The check in process. No one got there right when the airport opened at 0400 and they took their time getting the check in counters clean and ready for the day, having us all stand in line waiting to be checked in.

Pros: everything from the boarding and check-in process to in flight comfort.

Cons: Seats are cramped

Cons: The flight was more than 4 hours late making us miss our connections

Cons: Plane was late taking off. Crew did not provide water when requested. They were busy with beverages that they could sell at a cost.

Pros: We loved the snacks, the hot towels, the timely beverage service, and great selection of video options.

Pros: Nothing I couldn’t get this flight because of the delay of the previous one

Cons: The company could have hold it knowing there were travellers on connection. If not, knowing that they were no flight before the next day they could have prepare hotel booking for us because all hotels were full at midnight when we finally could get there.

Pros: Crew were very conciliatory given a 45min flight delay

Cons: On time boarding and availability of inflight entertainment.

Pros: Virgin lounge staff were super friendly and helpful - getting me on an earlier flight and giving me a spare seat next to me!

Pros: The crew was SO polite, hospitable, professional the helpful. They were so kind when someone (us!) had a screaming four year old we were trying to calm down. They offered her a hot chocolate.... so kind and helped immensely. We were very impressed and will look to fly internationally with Virgin AU.

Cons: Airline food is always a bit rough. This was definitely on the 'better' side, but we were travelling with three small children, (ages 4, 5, and 7) and they didn't like any of the options. Luckily we had snack food for them to get through the flight.
