Had a free upgrade
Pros: Everything about the car. Was good and spacious.
Cons: I was 1 hr late as I didn't know how to get back to the drop off point as Kuwait Airport is so complicated. Therefore making me late to drop off. I had to pay a whole day's rental just because of that.

Pros: Despite I bought an insurance online through kayak but they imposed on me another one by Thrifty Kuwait for 12.5 KD which wasn't mentioned when I booked the car and also they blocked an amount of 150 KD. on my AMEX card as garrantee
Cons: The approach of their representatives and the lack of clarity about terms and conditions

Cons: Faik company 100% I booked online and received the confirmation by email when I asked the office which was located in the airport they told me we don't have available care which was unbleviable how that happen with out any anowsment my first and last time dealing with such company
