Pros: "Qatar Airways are still flying, in the midst of Coronavirus, unlike their competitors. This is fantastic! Onboard, there was a full service and excellent crew, all through the night, unlike their competitors during the early days of Coronavirus, when I last flew. Thank you. Qatar Airways"

Pros: "Of all the flights and airlines I have used this was definitely the top of my list . The aircraft was clean , the crew were polite, curious, and attentive nothing was too much trouble. The food looked good tasted good and was plentiful. The pyjama were a nice added touch and very comfortable for the long flight. Flying into Cardiff airport was so good for my intended destination. I would certainly recommend them to others and many airlines could learn from their example.Well done and thank you"

Pros: "I really like the Qatar flight from Auckland to Manchester. But beware now that the Akl leg leaves 1 hour later the transit in Doha is officially 1.15hr. But since the first leg is always getting in and you have to bus to the terminal, transit time is about 30 mins. Although they are efficient and i made it this time, i wouldn't want to do this with kids."

Pros: "I liked their customer service, food, and the flight attendants were friendly. They have a very nice shopping mall at Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar."
Cons: "They have less space to move your feet and after a while your left knee begins to hurt because you have been sitting in the plane for a long time. Whenever I asked to get a drink of water or soft drinks, it took the flight attendant 10-15 minutes to arrive with my drink. I understand she was occupied with other duties, but she should have made me her priority."
Cons: "My seat would not go back. The food was all carbohydrates and quite cool instead of warm. There was only one tiny piece of chicken in chicken roll."

Cons: "Ground crews remain the downfall of this airline. Long line in Doha to re-clear security on international connection FROM USA! Fastidiously weighing and forcing mutiple repacks of carry-on bags even though well under total limit of checked & carry. (Doha agent told me dfferent rules appied for carrry on 2nd plane even though I asked specifically frm original agent who checked me thru to final dest--insisted I check main carry on even though there turned out to be plenty of overhead room on board). Poor coordination of checkin lines, security lanes, and flow of people -- all fixable with a little forethought, engineering, and better utilization of circulation space -- and much clearer communication!"

Cons: "Snacks and candy served we're of low quality. No prayer facilities inside the plane. They didn't allow me to pray though I got some empty spot to do so. They brought the issue of safety. While fasten seat belt sign was on I found people standing, walking, using toilet etc but air Crew did never brought up the issue of safety."

Cons: "Long flight on a 777-200. Crowded aircraft, crew not very attentive to call light, and food mediocre at best. Entertainment service was horrible, old movies and typical Qatar Airline selection of Bollywood films (Expected when flying from Doha, but not New Zealand!) Seat would not recline, but no option to move to another isle seat."
Pros: "Generally good experience at least as far as a very long flight with two children can go. Good food with plenty and quite healthy snacks for kids. Very friendly and attentive crew, comparably comfortable seats, clean and comfortable bathrooms (what not always has been my experience with other airlines)"
Cons: "Due to a misunderstanding at check-in we have been seated away from a baby bassinette (although booked) to sit together with my husband, nobody asked what my preference would be (sitting as a whole family or having a bassinette) and a 17-hour flight with a 9month old baby constantly on my lap was challenging. Also a very disappointing selection of films and documentaries for adults. I ended watching a kids movie with my older daughter and it was the only thing I found appealing. Kids section very good though, my 5-year old was glued to the screen and all the options had my approval :)"
Pros: "Wheelchair was assigned to me from terminal to inside plane. Crew was able to speak my local language. That was something awesome feel like home."

Cons: "Once we landed in Doha to board omthe connecting flight, ground staff was waiting right outside the hate to let us know that our flight was overbooked. We were then informed that we were put on the following flight arriving after midnight at our destination. Our compensation was going to be 250 USD and a free entry to the lounge. What a way to start our holidays."

Cons: "The screen of my seat and my mom ( sitting next to me) and the lady near the window stopped working after launching and we had to stair in the dark for eleven hours the flight attendant tried but couldn't fix it. The seat itself was broken and I had to put the bottom Cushing back every time I stand up.the cue to the rest room ( one off them has a broken lock so you can't lock it ) was very long and I had to wait for 25 minutes tell I got in ( the first time I waited too long standing in an air plane )"

Cons: "My first time on Qatar, I'd heard only good things. The food was surprisingly bad, tasteless or bad tasting. Sure I'd take Qatar over most other airlines, but it seems maybe there are cutting corners on their food."
Pros: "I loved the kind and friendly staff of Qatar airline. They were very organized and helpful. We missed our flight due to delays but they took great car of us and guided us through the process."
