Boarding was unorganized. They expected passengers to ask people to move their assigned seat they paid for in order to sit together. The seats even in comfort are smaller than other airlines and the flight attendants appeared not to be well prepared
they made me check my carryon. There was space in the overhead bins.
Trip was smooth bumpy from the wind but no issues at all the crew attendant was very pleasant and had great customer service
The crews are great.. Easy boarding. Inflight entertainment ok. Food is a disappointment.
This flight was a code share on Air New Zealand.
Our flight from Denver to Honolulu was delayed by close to 4 hrs. The only concession that was offered was a $15 food voucher to be used at the airport. They texted the vouchers after we boarded so there was now way to use them.the food they did serve was cold. I can’t recommend this airline.

The only thing concerning was the delay. Otherwise, it was ok.
Again a nearly five hour flight and pretzels is all the food you get and all you can drink water. No electric plugs in economy. Staff was totally not caring. Delta next time
Delays!!! Maintain your planes so your customers don’t have to sit on their assess for over an hour on the tarmac!! Also, United app is buggy. Videos did not load. Overall a miserable experience. Flight crew was awesome though.
