There’s lots of problem I faced from Bom to Doha that experience was worst I never faced before like this

This is my first and last flight with Qatar because when we go for boarding pass in Delhi airport the team asked for money charging me for hand baggage which is technically including with my ticket so also we get one our temple pics I ask them to checking in but they tell me I have to pay $500 dollars for that additional which is not make sense than I diseased to throw away because I can’t take with us . For carry in beg also I pay some Indian n currency for the guy who help I already pay 6 passengers ticket cost me $8000 so really I’m not happy . PLUS MY 6 checked baggage was damaged I already claim for four beg at airport but now I’m worried about my stuff inside maybe broken too which is more expensive stuff me really bad experience

The crew was fantastic and the over flight was perfect as well.

Too many boarding protocols. Never experienced with other international flights.

Terrible. The website insisted that I wasn't logging in correctly to confirm my flight. It also wouldn't let me register as a member. I was unable to get a boarding pass until 4 hours before the flight so I couldn't get through security and had to wait. It was unlike anything I've experienced in decades.

There was not enough staff during boarding which had created big problems . Another thing once you enter gate area there’s no way to use bathroom and you have to be in that area 2 hours before boarding which is too much.

Food could be much better. Entertainment needs lot of improvement. The luggage came out open with broken bags. The flight landed at 3:15 PM in US and by the time bags came out it was 5:15 PM or so. Staff at airport was aggressive and not polite.

The plane from Dublin to Doha was quite comfortable. I was in economy and the seats and rows were very tight. The man in front of me reclined his seat and it made my screen incredibly close to my face and I wasn’t able to take my tray down and my knees were pressed against the seat. I had to ask three times for him to pull his seat up but in his defence he hadn’t even reclined it far, the rows were just too close. I had a pain in my side by the end of the flight from the chairs which were quite worn and not very padded or supportive. It was a significantly inferior plane to the plane from Doha to Sydney and vice versa.

Transit , Too long for terminal change, for a moment I thought Qatar airlines going to Los Angeles by bus. Please make transit convenient and quick.

It was confusing because I got a notification that my gate was changed when in reality it wasn’t

Everthing ok , crew very nice but but we had a bad experience with the wheel chair we had to wait too much for the chair, my husband couldn’t walk and he was in lot of pain , LATAM has to take care of that

It’s been some time since I saw the plane and the cabin that old and worn out.

Flight was great Customer service was questionable until we found someone at checkin to help us. One young lady took all our passports disappeared for 15 minutes, came back with nothing done, handed to someone else and left for lunch. Very complacent. Baggage was very expensive until we went to the service counter and a separate person helped us. Even with platinum status they wouldn’t allow free bags. We will continue to fly Delta as our preferred carrier but will avoid checking in with Latam. Dr. Armand Radke

Liked check in process To improve: food and beverages. Not second round was offered and meal had no salad.

Very unprofessional staff in the checking and boarding. There was no space for my carry-on bag, which is understandable for a full flight. However, the rudeness in answering my questions about my bag were unnecessary. Shaming and threatening a passenger to be left behind was something I had never experienced (I am 57 years old and a Skymiles member) before. At a minimum, the boarding staff (Krystal Mejia and her manager Dee) should undergo further training on cultural sensitivity and professional skills on speaking with passengers. Krystal, just because I have dark hair and “look Latina” does not mean I can speak Spanish. Your assumption and threatening words until the very ending of my boarding (door of the airplane) were not only unnecessary and stressful but something that a passenger should not experience before boarding.

The flight was overbooked and the solution gave was unrespctful. I arrived 4 hour in advance in the airport and only after 2hous was possible suggest a different ticket with another company LATAM, I have accepted, but when I was checking in at LATAM the tickets was issued without luggage, what it is absurd since I have bought my tickets including it since the beginning. Due to the timing for the next flight was not possible return to Avianca to claim due to the distance between Both companies Avianca and Latam since were located in different terminals. I have insiste to the crew of Latam to call Avianca to solve it, but they could help they were alleging that only paying a thousand pesos Mexicans ($1,000 MXN) to dispatch my luggage would be accepted and I have no money at all. So I had to beg for others passagens, it was an humiliating to exchange luggage with who was platinum in order to return back the luggage in the connection airport in Brazil (GRU). I have no clue that a judicial process would be taken from my side due the lots of stress in sequence by the non professional treatment with a passenger that was just following everything said by Avianca.. Long hours of waiting until next flight and only arrive at final destine in 6hs later..

As usual, LATAM tried to rip me off as a Gringo. They ignored the fact that having paid for my assigned seats, I was entitled to one free luggage per person, up to 10kg, and tried to charge me USD40 per item. While they ripped me off by $160 on my outbound flight (4 luggage pieces, which should have been free), I vehemently protested this time around. Note that they only request this from gringos, not from Spanish speakers. LATAM behaves like a racist extortion organization.

Very courteous crew, the food was good and the flight was on time.

The flight was delayed due to weather issue…WiFi did not work and even though I wanted to pay for WiFi I couldn’t buy it. Overall very disappointing even though I paid and reserved Business class

The real big issue with this flight was that it was 3 hours delayed. Other than that, no big praises or complaints.

Unfortunately this is not a happy ending comment. Positive: flown United before no issue Negative: it only takes one bad experience to not plan future travel with United Cancún departure was delayed by 1h20 minutes, connection in Chicago was 1h30 minutes. Flight departure time 6:08 Miraculously 7 of us ran 4 kilometres through Chicago to arrive at 6:00 to be told very rudely by the 2 unprofessional United attendants you missed your flight and that we should of arrived early. Did I mention that reason I was flying? I received a call that my brother was dying and to get home. They provided no assistance would not answer any of our questions, ignorantly walked away. Deplorable

This flight was a code share on Air New Zealand.

Other than the two hour delay, it was fine. Of course they were very professional and kept us informed throughout the whole delay..

Honestly, best experience I've had with an airline in recent memory. Flight was on time, comfortable seats, snacks and entertainment was top notch.

It was spectacular. I had basic Economy and was given so much space and their seats lean back so far. Staff was superb, food was superb, everything was superb, Finnair is Fantastic.

The agents at the gate were rude. The stwards were pleasant. The seats were comfortable. The tray table had crumbs on it. A passenger talked constantlt and very loudly for the entire flight annoying many passengers. The stewards did not ask her to speak in a lower voice but my travel partner did.

Horrible costumer service i was treated very bad the crew were rude 😟 didn’t get my wheelchair that I requested I was the last one the get in because no seat was assigned and after my 2 stroke I cannot be on my feet for too long but they didn’t care didn’t take my medicine on time because all the complications and delays when my bag was sent already I hope yall can train your crew better.

Once again my complaint is how close the seats are together. Also, the bathrooms were not very clean by the second half of the flight.

It was fine. The seating was tight. My husband is 6' 2", so we were glad to get seats with no one in front of him. I was glad that the plane wasn't packed so I could spread out.

Announcements were to loud, too insistent and too often. The same messages can be made in a nice relaxed, yet efficient manner. There is no need to "talk down" as if on a mild power trip. It's immature and unnecessary. This is a constant irritant especially with Air Canada. Learn from your European competitors to have a bit of class.

Plane was a Rouge vacation flyer for some reason. No legroom and entertainment. People were desperately looking for USB ports and such. And then there is this notorious and unsolved space problem where not all carry-on fits in the cabin….

My flight has been canceled and I had to cancel entire trip.

I didn't realise we wouldn't get food. Not that I was particularly hungry and it was a night flight, but it wasn't clear that wasn't included. I've never had an international flight without food. Air New Zealand provided food for a similar length of night flight but not Air Canada. The Boeing 737 isn't ideal for 6 hours. It felt more cramped than a larger jet. Lots of films and entertainment but nothing worth watching. Air Canada has an annoying habit of putting just two episodes of a series on the entertainment system which means you are left hanging. The crew didn't seem to do much. They didn't clear up empty drinks for hours.

Very squishy seating, the guy in the window seat was way too large for the row and should have been in an exit row or higher cabin with more space. No entertainment, internet only worked for about 1/2 an hour after notifying flight attendant about it. Harassed multiple times about carryon bag being too big, even though it fit perfectly into the size checker.

The crew was very nice and accommodating. The food needs work. My reservation was changed several times which was not comforting.

Professional service. Comfy seats. Very comfy, actually. Food gets 4.5 out of 5 stars. For premium economy they could have surprised us. Nevertheless, it was solid. Can't complain. Highly recommended.

Everything was good for a short flight. Onboard entertainment would have been nice.
