Pros: Fantastic and friendly staff! Great location for seeing the sites on a short visit, comfortable beds as well. Couldn't ask for better hotel for the money, paid much more for less throughout Europe.
Cons: No real view out of the window, but if you plan to be out and about, this shouldn't be an issue.

Pros: Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The price was quite reasonable.
Cons: The street noise late at night was very bothersome. I am a very sound sleeper and eventually I got to bed, but I could see it really being a problem for some people. My room was tiny. Again, this didn't bother me THAT much, b/c "cozy" is OK for me, but this was on the edge of that and I think some would be more bothered.

Pros: the atmosphere is great to meet people and the bar is a must stop.
Cons: wifi was extremely low and the stuff were not nice at all which was understandable bc they were dealing with a lot of guests. check in was a disaster. long queues and one person to handle it all.

Pros: The staff were so helpful to me in learning how to navigate the city. The onsite parking facilities were convenient, the breakfast was good, and the location for sight-seeing was perfect.

Cons: We would have loved to have had a coffee/tea maker in our room but none was provided. Also, there were no English -language TV channels, such as CNN, BBC, or 24.

Pros: Our room was very quiet and extremely clean. Wifi was free and never had any problems with it. Breakfast was wonderful and atmosphere was very relaxed with friendly staff. Location was 1/2 a block from the subway which was so convenient for taking the U1 straight to the downtown attractions. St. Stephen's Cathedral is a must visit!!!

Pros: We liked how close this was tot he train statin . it was one stop on OBB from the airport and a block from the U1 to the city.
Cons: Lots of construction in the area made it a little hard to get to it. but once we learned the location of the hotel we could navigate through it easily.

Pros: Location across from Vienna Hauptbahnhof. Good desk staff. Nice lobby, nice breakfast. Good air conditioning.
Cons: Kayak/ Get a Room advertise "Laundry Facilities' for this hotel. On arrival you are informed that this includes only an iron. There are NO laundry facilities and the hotel description needs to get real. The desk clerk came to our rescue by identifying a Laundromat about a 15 min walk away and open till 10pm. At first she refused to make change but then relented. In general, how primitive Europe remains when it comes to self-service laundry. In Japan EVERY hotel has a couple washers & driers. Bartender also refused to provide ice. Said he had none. Sure.

Pros: Very nice hotel within walking distance o the old-town Vienna (Wien) and subway system. Hotel staff were very helpful in providing suggestions for nearby restaurants, what to see, and arranging for transportation to the airport (at a very early hour). The room was clean and comfortable - the view from our room was terrific. The lobby had coffee/tea available throughout the day along with a very tasty cake. The breakfast buffet was well done with plenty of choices.
Cons: Since the hotel was booked through Kayak.com, the hotel staff was not able to change the way the method of billing. I wanted to use my excess Euros to pay for part of the bill (to avoid the currency exchange fees), and pay the remainder on a credit card. I also wanted a paper receipt for my stay, but that was not provided either. Overall, minor issues.
