Cons: It has been the worst experience in my entire life. I went to Vienna for the weekend. On Friday night I arrived very late to the hotel as I attended the Ball in the Imperial Palace. At 9:00 in the morning on Saturday they started fixing the room next to ours. They were doing extremely loud noises with the repairs. I opened my room door as I could not believe it, and the room being repaired had the door open (literally next to ours). I called reception complaining really badly, as we needed to sleep. The only think they did was to close the door and to continue with the refurbishment. This was completely unacceptable. I have paid the full amount but I could not sleep or rest. We decided to leave the hotel as it was absolutely impossible to stay in the room and we had a horrible headache because of the noises.
