Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, it is close to shops, public transport, and museums without the noise and busy feel of the inner city. Staff, especially Philip, was helpful and responsive via e-mail too. Beautiful mix of artwork in every corner of the hotel is a plus, very fitting to its artsy location. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Pros: The location is very good, close to the museums and a part of the city with a lot of cultural activity. The hotel is very well kept, good design, a nice selection of art in the common areas and the rooms. Having complementary internet in the room is very nice, particularly if considering that some hotels charge a lot for this service, which should be standard by now. The breakfast had a good selection of high-quality food.

Pros: A friendly and very clean small hotel in a convenient location for seeing the sights of Vienna. Despite being on one of the main shopping streets of the city our room was quiet, and most comfortable. This is an excellent hotel, and we will be going back in the future. A most comprehensive breakfast, and the bread was especially good.

Pros: The Spa and a Breakfast were exceptionally good.
Cons: The staff, although friendly at checkin made a terrible impression when an issue with the shower was reported and not addressed correctly. Infact they made me (the client) feel ridiculed for reporting this problem as if I was making this up. A note to the hotel that in a similar situation the clients issue should be respected and addressed more professionally.

Pros: Staff were very welcoming and upgraded me to a better room upon my arrival. I loved the fabulous breakfast and the offer of "tea time" in the afternoon. The location was perfect for walking around the historic parts of Vienna and if needed, the underground was close by. The room was comfortable and quiet. There was a lovely terrace to sit and relax with a drink.

Pros: We stayed 2 night at this great hotel - truly recommend it. If ever back in Vienna, definitely it will be my first choice. Very warm, trendy rooms, nice bathroom (we stayed in a standard room with a bath tube). Staff - amazingly friendly. Breakfast fresh and tasty, lots of gluten free options.

Cons: Although I knew my room would be small, as the only single in the hotel, I was hoping that it would live up or near the design standards of the rest of the hotel. It did not. In addition to be small, the furniture and atmosphere were that of a barely average three star hotel. And although the concierge was generally very helpful, she failed to book the dinner reservation I emailed about ahead of time so I didn't get the booking. The restaurant I ended up at was not great at all!

The hotel, despite being on a pretty busy street full off people, tourists, once you are in the room, if feels so comfortable its like you're at home. Completely relaxed, quiet and comfortable. The size of the rooms are more than enough. All facilities designed well and working better than I would have assumed before going in. All staff we encountered went out of their way to help us, to make sure our stay was as good as it could possibly be. There was an Italian bloke at the breakfast who was just so nice to us, he remembered what we liked after our first breakfast, and continued to deliver perfect service every day of our stay. I didn't get his name, but he was awesome. Someone also hand wrote a note, with little drawings, greeting us and congratulating us on our wedding, since we traveled for our honeymoon. There was some little snacks and some champagne. I want to say thank you for this. really made our stay here. :)

Cons: I would like to offer something constructive here, but there was really nothing much to complain about. Perhaps just the idea of having two single blankets on the double bed. Is that so that couples dont fight over the one blanket? Seems strange. I don't know what the idea is there.

We like the room because is large, enough space for luggages, with a good mini fridge, with coffee machine. Quite comfortable bed, silence for relax. It is very good that there is an underground garage but paid separately
Cons: It was quite cold in the room in February, the central heating was running only a little, we received a heating device from reception. It is a single elevator used by maintenance people, breakfast level, etc...….thus, you can spend some time to wait. This time we had not breakfast because we used this in the past and the price is high. Also, the hotel price is quite much.

Cons: Hotel is conveniently situated, but is not adequate to 4* category. Room was dirty, especilly carpet and bathroom. I am not sure that bathroom was cleaned after previous guest: there were somebody's hairs in the bathtube. We spent 2 nights at the hotel, and cleaner, seems, just visited our room but didn't clean anything. Even papers were not gathered from the floor. Elevators and walls are scratched. We were in Austria 50 or more times, and that was the first time, when hotel was so dirty. Definitely, inspite of its good location, I will never choose that hotel.
