Pros: The place is family-owned and they very personable and reliable. I had a letter sent to them and they kept it well for me.
Cons: I booked a room for 3 people. We want to have 3 real beds, not a sofa bed. I was comparing for this one to a similar listing. Jaeger's listing says it has a double bed and a single bed, whereas the other listing has a double and a sofa. I picked this one because of its single bed over a sofa bed. When we arrived in the room it came with a sofa bed. When I reported to the owner she apologized and that was all. In my opnion there are much more she could have done for us. Afterall, it wasn't fair I deliberately pick their hotel for what they listed and it turns out otherwise.

Cons: Rooms small. No sound insulation at all - you could literally hear when someone received an sms next door. Room was called with poor quality interior, the walls and door frames were all damaged with holes and beaten. There were no day light curtains only thick black ones which means you were either entirely exposed or sitting in pitch black in the middle of the day. For a price of over £100 per night this was catastrophic. In Vienna I would compare the standard of this room to a hostel and not the advertised 4 stars. The floors were cheap and plastic no sort furnishing such as a rug or carpet. Whilst this may be convenient for hygiene purposes this is not to standard of a 4 star hotel. The matress was so awful I woke up stiff each morning. Cleanliness could be improved and there was no toilet brush in the bathroom.

Cons: I was in this hotel last February and I couldn’t be happier, this time I booked first for one night only, as I meant to travel to other country but due to personal problem I had to cancel my trip and stay extra 2 nights before flying back home, what surprised me that I was over charged for two nights where I could have paid half of the price with breakfast in other hotels, but I decided to stay because of the pool as my girls wanted to swim , the pool was frizzing cold so they couldn’t swim either

Cons: The magnetic door lock did not work well, one key did not work at all and the other only sometimes. The mattress protector used was out of a slippery type plastic and did not stay well on the mattress.

Cons: Our room number 1103 was rather noisy because of the passing traffic. The choice of programmes on the TV was rather limited. The breakfast choices were rather limited in relation to one cereal and one cold meat. The fruit juice was a very weak mixture. However, there was sufficient food to satisfy the appetite. We would use this accommodation again for a short visit.
