The location is good. Just few minutes away from subway and shopping street. A supermarket is downstairs, very convenient.
The person who did the house keeping job was very sloppy. The sink was still with stains and the bed was not properly made, even though he or she took the tip.

The way the room was arranged, simple but comfortable and excellent for the short, 2-3 days staying. The location is quite convenient as regards the transfer to/from the airport. In addition, the distance to the downtown (main tourist attractions) is also reasonable.

great, stylish hotel, friendly staff, easy self-checkin and comfy rooms with AC and windows. perfectly located in the heart of Vienna. love it!
it's hard to find anything, beer prices at the bar are with EUR 5 for a small beer a little steep.

Location really convenient - right on mariahilferstrasse, easy walk to “everything”, supermarket underneath if you need it, airport bus only 5mins walk away at westbanhopf station. Easy self check in, room was spacious and nice design
Pillows Breakfast - staff indifferent, didn’t explain what was on offer & where to find everything eg. Coffee & tea we’re not near the buffet
