The hotel offers the airport shuttle for an additional 5€ paid at the reception. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean, the breakfast was OK. There is a restaurant in the hotel that offers some dinner choices in case of late arrival. We had delicious and inexpensive pizza and wine. The service was very fast. The parking outside was gratis.

Cons: Nothing much to complain about, maybe only a small detail: we've ordered a TWIN room and got a one with a DOUBLE bed. This mistake was corrected; however, I had to go back to the reception and explicitly ask for it. The receptionist should have informed us what kind of room we were getting. It would have avoided us running down and up with the suitcases while changing the rooms.

Cons: The check in staff was not very attentive or friendly. The room was not clean, there were ants under my pillow and in my bed. Under the coffee table there were black pieces of stuff... It seemed like the place hadn't been cleaned in awhile. The bathroom was extremely uncomfortable. Door couldn't close, the shower setup door was poorly designed so that when u showered, all the water would go out into the bathroom.... The sink drain open and close mechanism broke which clogged the sink with water.... The toilet seat was abnormally high and uncomfortable. The overall stay was unpleasant I'm not sure how this place got such high ratings....

Cons: Service at the front desk was SLOW. We were excited to head off to Venice and the check-in process took longer than we hoped. Everything went off w/out a hitch, just wish they were less leisurely to check us in and check us out.

The great time in this hotel starts with kindness during the check-in and will go on with a perfect service, comfort, very clean rooms, great food, etc. Feels like being with family. Me and my family highly recomend this place. We suggest you leave your car in the parking lot and take their boat to the Islands. Last stop is Venice. It is worth each euro. We will return to this place for sure.

Cons: It was very loud. You can hear everything going on on the different floors from dogs barking to people coughing. I was not expecting to pay €20 to go 3 kilometers to the airport. I wish that that was laid out before booking.

Cons: The accommodation offers airport pick up facility, but requests that you call them once you have landed and have your luggage and then they will collect you. But it's not so easy to have telephone connectivity right after landing - it would be easier if they worked on the flight number and arrival time and arrange pick up based on that.
