Cons: All was wonderful!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: We needed to stay one night at a place close to the airport and this was perfect for it. Lucia was great with communication for check in and she helped us book an early taxi to the airport. Was easy to take the bus back to Venice as needed. Would recommend staying here!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location. It provides easy access to Venice bus and railway station as well as to Airport by bus.
Cons: Italians have a sweet tooth. Their breakfast is a classic example.
Good 7.1
Pros: Transport links bus no 5 straight to airport 10mins bus 19 to port 15 mins.
Cons: Was a bit disappointed, no english tv channels no one at premises if anything goes wrong. Location very good transport although area nothing to do.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Excellent room, very clean and spacious! My wife and I were traveling in Italy and stayed for one night at Villa Erica before we flew to Amsterdam. This place was a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend the wine bar down the street as well! :)
Cons: Everything was fantastic.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lucia, the vivacious owner, literally welcomed us with open arms. Comprehensive breakfast for just 2 people was outstanding. Very comfortable large room with modern decor. Convenient off-street parking and only a seven minute drive to Marco Polo airport. We will be back next year!
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Good communications with the host.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, modern, comfy bed
Cons: Breakfast choices
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good Location with easy public transport to the old city. Nice breakfast. We appreciated free parking.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is very good, near bus stops to the airport and Venice. The place is very smart and shiny and clean. Beautiful bathroom, very nice bedroom with good bed, comfortable duvet and choice of pillow. Plenty of space and a fridge and dining area in a shared room nearby. The owner is very friendly and helpful
Cons: Although nice to get breakfast included, the selection wasn't great. Lots of dried packaged biscuits, white bread and unhealthy cakes and cereals. The yogurt, fruit juice and coffee was good but there could have been some better breads and cereals

Pros: The personel was so nice and helpful. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was really good. I reccomend if you have to stay near the airport.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The B&B people came to fetch me after I was misdirected by the airport's public transport desk. I had a 6 am flight so the B&B's owner offered to take me to the airport at 4:15 am (for 20 euro) and provided coffee & croissants for me.
Cons: At the Venice airport I asked for directions to get to La Noghera at the public transport desk. The clerk gave me the name & number of the bus & told me to get off at the last stop, then charged me 8 euro for the bus ticket that costs 1.5 euro outside the door. Took the bus as directed, got off at the last stop & knew I was MUCH further than 3 km from the airport. Asked for help at a gelato place; the proprietor phoned La Noghera (their phone number is not on the printout). The B&B people came to fetch me. The free airport shuttle is available only 8-11 AM.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were very helpful
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Perfectly located for an early flight, airport is only 5 minutes drive.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Charming. Unique. Homey. Beautifully decorated and coordinated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Grounds are in a rural setting, but, surprisingly, only 5 minutes from the airport! Wish I’d been able to stay longer.
Cons: Can’t think of a thing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I had a very good experience at this charming and cozy bed and breakfast. My room and the bathroom were both clean and comfortable. Cinzia was so nice during my stay, and even personally drove me to the airport the next morning. The property is located in a quiet and peaceful area, and I had a good night's rest there. (I've read reviews complaining about the noise of airplanes flying nearby, but I actually only heard one, maybe two at most planes during my stay). For my first three nights in Venice I had stayed very close to Piazza de San Marco, but for my last night I wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport and this lovely B&B turned out to be perfect for what I needed!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Easy check in, comfortable, clean room. Friendly owner.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: La Noghera was amazing! Would definitely stay there again. The staff was very friendly and even gave me a ride to the airport!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Very friendly. Free lift to airport. Very clean and tidy. Altogether good value and I would happily recommend this place.

Excellent 9.2
Pros: Location was very good. Staff very helpful. Reception arranged a tour to Murano and a night visit around the island. Both were good value and I would really recommend. Reception very knowledgable and can guide you. Quiet location with restaurants and bars one canal across.
Cons: The only thing I can come up with is the fact that rooms don't have tea / coffee making facilities, however a lot of European hotels don't offer this. Nothing else!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is really good in a nice quiet area of Venice with lots of good, "local" places to eat. The hotel is lovely and the breakfasts were very good.
Cons: The shower didn't drain quickly enough.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Cozy and well arranged rooms and excellent breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Helpful staff. Room excellent. Breakfast very good. Great location for water transport and close to restaurants and heart of Venice.
Cons: Nothing!
Good 7.9
Pros: The room was beautiful & bed was comfortable
Cons: The only thing I didn’t like about this property was the location. It’s a bit of a hike to everywhere
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is located in the "ghetto area" of Venice which is beautiful! The streets are not so busy and there are many cozy bars, restaurants in the area. One of the oldest Casinos in the world is located just a few minutes from the hotel and it is for sure worth a visit. San Marco square is a 20 minute walk away but when we arrived the reception staff suggested that we take a taxi boat tour around the city so that we could see as much as possible. We paid 35 euros pp. for an hour trip and it was just perfect! The boat picked us up right in front of the hotel! The rooms are beautiful and large with Venetian design. The service was great!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was an amazing hotel
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Situated in a more residential part of town - but only 10 - 15 min walk to all main attractions this hotel was awesome. Staff were ridiculously friendly. Place is like a 5 star hotel. Completely renovated - all high tech switches in the rooms. Extremely cheap for what you get. Will be only place I stay in Venice from now on!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent service by very professional staff who were extremely helpful with all our needs. We had special religious needs on Saturday and the staff was very cooperative. The atmosphere was very special in this boutique hotel in Cannareggio area of Venice on the canal. Absolutely peaceful and serene atmosphere that made us forget all everyday concerns. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely stay here again this summer when we return to visit Venice.
Good 7.9
Pros: The location of the hotel is great - it’s very close to the busy streets and restaurants yet two lovely bridges and small passageways away to be calm and peaceful enough. It’s also very easy to get to from the airport (about 25 mins) by taking the water transport. The room is spacious, clean, with attention to detail, and the bed is very comfortable. We even had a small balcony. The breakfast offers a good variety.
Cons: Unfortunately the air conditioning only seemed to allow for the room to be freezing, another setting didn’t seem to be working. The breakfast can be eaten outside in a small area which however will be interrupted by some cheeky pigeons. We wondered if a better fence might help to keep them away so breakfast could be more enjoyable outside. The staff was helpful and friendly but we sometimes missed the service-with-a-smile or just a little bit of chitchat.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Really relaxing environment, friendly staff and clean rooms/surroundings :)
Cons: Bar drinks a little pricey.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: I love the Ornamented oriental Rooms, The Quality Service, The location quite next to Madonna dell Orto boat station
Cons: Missing a Restaurant in the Hotel

Excellent 10.0
Pros: All three of us are vegans and we absolutely loved the breakfast. The rooms were very clean and we loved the stay. Would look forward to stay here again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautifully cozy hotel with home-cooked breakfasts situated in a quiet district which you could reach on foot if you arrive to Piazzale Roma or Santa Lucia station. Special thanks to the kind lady who was in charge at the dinning room - everything was re-filled timely, every day she treated us with home-made cake. Really, really fabulous breakfast. Rooms facing the Canal could be loud at night as there is a café in front of the hotel on the opposite side of the Canal. However we wanted exactly that room as we were eager to dive into the city atmosphere, and the room facing the Canal was perfect for this. Moreover there are wooden blinds, like everywhere in Venice, when you shut windows and the blinds - the room is dark and quiet. Also there is a number of rooms facing the square. Children play ball there during daytime, at nights it is perfectly quiet. Also It looks like we were given a bigger room than we ordered, as we booked a 2 person room, and at our apartment there was an additional bed giving us some extra space for our stuff, that was a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay at Giardino Dei Melograni, and we are sending warm wishes to everyone we met there.
Cons: We spent some time finding the entrance to the Hotel, we even entered some restaurant instead, as the English version of the hotel name is written in small letters and hardly noticeable, whereas there are a lot of other doors from other buildings facing the square and you wondering which one is yours. It would help if the sign was bigger. Another thing - the hook at the outside wall for fastening wooden blinders were broken, so on windy days we could not leave our blinders open, as wind would bump them against the wall with loud and disturbing sound, so we had to always shut them. However we did not come to Venice to sit in the room the whole day, and we anyway shut the blinders at night, so this was minor.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My wife and I stayed in the Kosher Hotel as part of our 30th Wedding anniversary celebrations. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a room on the second floor overlooking the canal. The Kosher House “Giardino dei Melograni”, is located in the Jewish Ghetto which was in the square as the same location as the Jewish Museum. A quiet spot away from the main tourist areas. It was only about ten minutes walk from the railway station and the bus station. Infact we took the no 5 bus from the airport to the bus station in Venice about 47 minutes and after that it was a more or less a straight walk through a line of shops and over the bridge before a five minute walk to the hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful. They gave us a street map and showed some of the recommended eating places as well as how to get to St Mark's Square. That was a half hour walk! If you wanted travel along the Grand Canal on the Waterbus no 1, that was on the waterway again just five-ten minutes walkaway. We were given a key bundle which included a key to the front door (reception closes at 8.00 in the evening), a key for the inner door, one for the room and a key to the safe in the room. We were delighted with the room which had all the facilities we needed including an empty fridge which prove to be quite useful and a key locked safe. Wi fi reception had an excellent coverage. Loved the shower. The room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was mainly a cold continental breakfast which offered fruit, three types of cereals (corn flakes, snap and pop, brand flakes), bread and rolls, small potatoes and salads. Being a Jewish hotel, there was no meats of any sorts. Plenty of tea and coffee plus toast making machine. The breakfast room was quite small but this provided an opportunity to interact with other guests. Apart from that the hotel didn't have any other facilities such as a gym, bar or restaurant, swimming pool.
Cons: Breakfast was mainly a cold continental breakfast which offered fruit, three types of cereals (corn flakes, snap and pop, brand flakes), bread and rolls, small potatoes and salads. Being a Jewish hotel, there was no meats of any sorts being served. Very limited range of refreshments available in the room mainly tea bags and no milk sachets
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great place! Grat breakfast, excellent attention, Nice and comfortable room
Excellent 9.6
Pros: I can say I liked everything about this place: the location, the safety, the room, the design, the staff, the breakfast. I was lucky enough to receive an upgrade for a superior room and I really appreciated this. The location is convenient, about 10 minutes away from the station and 15 minutes to Rialto. Everybody, starting with people making the check in, responsible for cleaning or for breakfast, was extremely nice and helpfull.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Kosher House Giardino Dei Melograni is located in a more quiet part of Venice, but still with lots of places to eat out and have a drink at reasonable prices. All the sights of Cannaregio are within walking distance, and so is Santa Luzia train station. The vaporetto from Guglie or Marcuola takes you wherever you want to go in Venice. The Campo di Ghetto Nuovo in front of the hotel is rather quiet, whereas the restaurants and cafes along the Rio della Misericordia might be open until and after midnight. Walking the quiet streets at sunrise is an experience not to be missed. The Kosher breakfast comes with a good choice of fruit and vegetables.
Cons: The coffee is much better in the cafes along the canal. I recommend the Profondo Rosso.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had an excellent stay at Venice thanks to the Kosher House GDM. It is located at 10 minutes walking distance from the Venezia Santa Lucia train station on the main island. The best part was not having to lug our suitcases across the so many tiny bridges of Venice at the time of check-in and check-out. Anna from Kosher House GDM was most helpful when we arrived. She pointed out the quickest routes to get around Venice, including all the attractions and gave us a quick overview of the city. Trust me this helps in Venice where even following Google Maps may get confusing at times because of the sheer number of narrow alleys. They gave us a room upgrade (without us requesting one) and we were so grateful to have a nice view of the canal right from our room. The room was very clean, quite spacious (by Italian standards!) with a huge bathroom (rare in Italy!). The breakfast spread was quite decent. Anna knew that we had an early check out on our last day (we had to take an early train to Naples) and they arranged breakfast goody bags for us the previous evening, which we thought was very kind and really appreciated it. The place felt quite safe to us even when we returned late in the evenings. Venice attractions aren't too far away, with the Rialto bridge at a 15-20 minutes walk and St, Mark's a further 10 minutes walk away. Gondola rides and ferry stops are also located nearby and so are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores. We would definitely like staying here again if visit Venice in future.
Good 7.5
Pros: The room is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel staff is very helpful especially preparing the breakfast packs for us since we'll have to check-out earlier than the breakfast time. The overall stay in this hotel is very good.
Cons: It's about 10-12 mins walk to the train station. Though not far, it's a bit tough if you are carrying with heavy luggages. The hotel itself is good but the travel experience in Venice is bad so many traps for tourists. A city I will never put my foot upon.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Quiet, central location within an easy, short walking distance on the Alilaguna water bus stop at Puglie. Staff were very charming and made us feel very welcome.
Cons: Can't really thing of anything, the hotel suited us just fine as we only had one day in Venice.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Overlooking the canal. Staff very helpful. Not far from the railway station. Clean and spacious.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The host is friendly and loves to share his knowledge to offer you the best possible break you can have. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and facilities are the same as you find in most great accommodations. Easy to find, close to all amenities and transport into Venice itself. We will return
Cons: There is nothing about this property that we didn’t like.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Christiano was an absolute legend. Very helpful and friendly. Un bravo uomo
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Host, garden, space
Cons: The host is a very charming and warm person! His hospitality is outstanding. The rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious. It will take 20 mins to Venice by bus / tram from here. There are fantastic restaurants nearby, as well as super shops. Recommend.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The owner Christian, was fabulous from the moment we arrived, entertained us and gave us refreshments as soon as we arrived. Our rooms were nice and spacious, we only stayed for one night, but our host made it perfect! Close to airport and Christian personally drove us first thing in the morning. Great host and comfortable villa.
Cons: There were limited facilities for breakfast!
Excellent 9.2
Pros: We need to spend two nights near Venice. Nice location, tram and bus directly to Venice, parking near on public parking place. Rooms clear and perfectly prepared. Owner very friendly, helping us with all we needed. Great pizzeria is nearby!
Cons: Nothing to complain.

Pros: We stayed 2 nights in the guesthouse and have been welcomed warmly, openly and helpful by Christian ( Host ). From him we received good tips for Venice and its surroundings. The guesthouse is located in a quiet residential area. Tram and bus station to Mestre and Venice, as well as supermarket, bakery and tobacco shop for purchase of tickets (bus, train, vaporetto) are in walking distance. Our room was clean and big enough for 3 adults. Water heater and fridge also available. We come back and we highly recommended. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti! Grazie mille
Cons: None
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Chris and his brother are great hosts and run their facility very well. They are kind, reliable and are great problem solvers. They offer transportation and the rooms are really clean.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: It’s very convenient to go to the airport. Free shuttle between hotel and airport. Breakfast begins at 4 o’clock.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Room was comfortable, clean, great bed. Shuttle to airport. This is a perfect hotel if you are looking for a place for an early flight
Cons: Check in was at 1. We arrived at 12:50 and head to wait 10 min.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We were there for one night The staff was friendly and very helpful Free shuttle to and from Airport was a bonus
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Hotel close to airpot
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Room was really clean and comfortable. The garden was beautiful, specially at night.
Cons: Probably because there aren’t many restaurants and places to eat near the hotel, the dinner is on the expensive side and they didn’t have a few items on the menu. The hotel is great for a quick night before a fight at Marco Polo airport.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Walk to the airport yet if you have a room on the back side of the far building there is a lovely terrace with a view across the farm fields. You could be out in the countryside. Breakfast was superb, like a midday meal. At 10 euros it is a very fair price.
Cons: The dining room is a bit generic. Not the most atmospheric setting for dinner but just fine.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Close to the airport. Friendly staff. Dinner was good.
Cons: A little bit far from Venice if you plan to visit Venice. It is great place to stay if you have a plane to catch.
Good 7.5
Pros: Very close to the airport with a free shuttle provided by the Hotel. We left a car for a few days and were charged only EUR 5 per day, while they picked us up at the airport on our return, with a shuttle for no extra charge. Very well organized
Cons: We came in the first week of October and the room was really cold as they still did not start the heating, which is why we found it uncomfortable although it was very clean and the bed was good. Other than that, we found it very expensive compared to other deals - but very convenient if you have to leave the car for the flight
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The bed and the beautiful gardens
Cons: Shuttle transport
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was clean, modern, quiet and had an extremely comfortable bed. The 4:30 am shuttle to the airport worked great.
Cons: The restaurant seemed to be understaffed for dinner and did not have the two dishes we ordered off the menu.
Poor 1.0
Pros: We were totally ripped off but the reception staff who tried to charge extra above the booking.com rates on departure as we were rushing for a flight. We had to pay them. Awful people!!
Cons: We were totally ripped off but the reception staff who tried to charge extra above the booking.com rates on departure as we were rushing for a flight. We had to pay them. Awful people!!
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Everything except as noted below
Cons: SEcurity system regarding access to room and remote building not adequately explained in advance. Keep in mind foreign visitors have never seen your type of system and we have traveled extensively in Europe Asia and S. America.. We were locked out of room and building and had to get help from staff who were less than pleased to help.

Good 6.7
Pros: Excellent restaurant
Cons: The air conditioner is not functioning The staff hardly understands English
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We arrived about 7pm on Saturday evening and the three dining rooms were full with dinner reservations but we were pleasantly received and shown upstairs to our large and well appointed room and a table was set up in one dining room for us to have dinner.
Cons: Nothing could have been better. We definitely would return if we revisit Venice area. The location is very convenient to the airport.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A wonderful stay. Unfortunately the family had just had a loss in the family (that day!), and they still made themselves available. Despite circumstances they were truly lovely.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Enjoyed it was away from major tourist areas and in the heart of the farming district. Food was exquisite, a great place to decompress and just kick back and pet the cats.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Dinner at the restaurant was excellent; some of the best gnocchi I have ever had. There were mostly locals from the surrounding area eating there. The hotel is old in a good way and beautiful. It is located in the country at the end of a long, meandering, single lane road. The drive to the airport the next morning through the farmland was enchanting. My single room and the bathroom were small but adequate. The staff are very friendly.
Cons: I think the breakfast could be improved. The breakfast was on the meager side and could have used more variety. There should be more than rolls and pre-packaged yogurt available. I would have liked fresh fruit, plain Greek yogurt, meat and cheese. The espresso was very good.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Very friendly welcome, superb food, great customer service.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was fine - assorted fruits, yogurt. Maybe some cheese or bread would have been a good addition. Coffee was exceleent.
Cons: They do not provide shuttle to airport. They did call me a taxi, though. It is a little expensive to get there - about 30 euros.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Amazing place to stay if you want stay away from the crowded Venezia and still have it close (i.e. couple minutes by bus). You will stay in proper italian countryside. The place has perfect italian ristorante, so having your lunch and/or dinner somewhere would be a huge mistake. Un caffee is excellent as one would expect. Breakfast is italian so dont expect savoury items but itwas great as well.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Settings
Cons: Toiletry provided
Good 7.9
Pros: Property is handy to Marco Polo airport and close to restaurants and shops. The bedroom was very spacious, clean and comfortable and there was a good shower. The restaurant wasn’t open the day we were there.

Pros: The hotel was clean and there was a restaurant with a bar.
Cons: I would have liked for the kitchen to open a little earlier. If the shuttle would have run earlier in the morning I would have really been happy.
Okay 5.4
Pros: House keeping team very nice and responsive. The personnel in adjoining restaurant were friendly efficient and made you feel welcome, they shouldn be running the front dest at the hotel.
Cons: Front desk personnel weren't friendly nor helpful.the Male front desk personnel never smiled nor made eye contact and acted like you were a bother if your asked a question. No control over temperature control in room.no place to put wet towels.
Good 7.5
Pros: Location excellent for airport, with a shuttle service, we walked one way from the airport which is ok if the weather is not too hot. Breakfast was very good.
Cons: Beds harder than we would like but that's personal choice. Would have been nice to have China cups in rooms rather than cardboard ones. The room and bathroom were good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was staying near the airport to meet another connection and ended up coming back 3 times. The location is SO easy and so depending on your reason for Venice...it was the perfect place to stay. If you are looking for a honeymoon spot or a romantic getaway, then by all means, go in to town BUT if you want a hassle-free place 15 minutes by bus from Venice with GREAT food and the best staff ever...then do yourself a favor and just stay here. Hopped on the bus daily and felt like home. The little restaurant attached had some of the best food anywhere. Hooray for them.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Great location, very close to the airport, a shuttle bus service is available for a small fee. Gym on site. Surprisingly spacious and clean rooms.
Cons: The food in the restaurant (stayed for lunch/dinner) was quite poor for the level of the hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Not yet
Okay 5.8
Cons: Breakfast buffet was highway robbery
Okay 5.8
Cons: Price of breakfast was outrageous.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: very diverse and abundant
Cons: Price a little lower
Good 7.1
Pros: Very predictable
Cons: Very predictable Uninteresting generic hotel which was fine. Kind of like eating at McDonalds. You know what it is and it’s ok. Might as well be in Des Moines and not Venice but I suppose that’s the point for many travelers. 15 euro cab fare from the airport!!! Drive took five minutes. Now that’s not right....but no sign of a shuttle service.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Proximity to airport.
Cons: AC was extremely loud in the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great helpful staff , fully committed to the needs of travelers , including a business center where boarding passes were printed and display boards of all flights arriving and departing from Marco Polo airport, plus an excellent shuttle service. Good food
Cons: Absolutely nothing

Pros: Great hotel by the airport. Clean big rooms, shuttle to and from airport, awesome food. Definitely will come back.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Modern and clean. Food was very good !
Cons: One of the room (504) had poor a/c.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Upscale Good food and coffee Breakfast was amazing Friendly staff
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Fantastic customer service, great location. Love to come back again
Cons: Fridge was bit noisy at night time
Mediocre 2.5
Cons: The staff was not so friendly, the room was not well cleaned and the bus station near the hotel is on the road, very difficult use this bus station
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Great staff. Great link to Venice by bus.
Cons: The orange light outside of the window is not great at night. Better curtains would be good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location outside of the hustle and bustle of Venice yet close enough for a short bus ride. I can't say enough good about the staff, the food and OMG the beds were sooo comfortable. The food was very good and the prosciutto and melon on the dinner menu is to die for. We stayed here twice at the beginning of our trip and at the end.
Cons: nothing! its was perfect for us
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We arrived In the morning and really appreciated on being given our room early. The rooms were very clean and modern. We were able to purchase bus tickets for the bus ride to the bus station in Venice at the front desk, also they arranged early pickup with the shuttle to the airport. Just another item we didn't have to contend with. The location was very convenient in either direction of choice.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Large and comfy bed. Close to the airport with a regular shuttle service. Extremely helpful barman, who arranged a late night platter of bread, cheeses and Parma ham for us after we arrived late and the restaurant had closed. Free parking on site. View from our room across the lagoon to Venice.
Cons: The room was very oddly laid out. The bed was the wrong way round, and the bathroom walls were made of glass. Quite 80s.
Okay 5.0
Cons: Water was cold. Bar was never attended. No ice available.
Excellent 8.3
Cons: The place would've been perfect had it not been an issue with ants in the room. However, staffmember dealt with it.
Good 6.7
Pros: Location is fine
Cons: No gym, no fitness room ,

Excellent 10.0
Pros: close to the airport and easy to reach. Reception is 24h manned
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: Staff are really nice
Cons: Someone was repairing the room next to us all morning and we could barely sleep because the mattresses are really bad.
Good 7.1
Pros: Close to airport and dining was walkable
Cons: Walls are paper thin and did not realize that the beds were in a loft
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Location was perfect for our early flight. The availability of such an early breakfast was a great surprise. Staff were nice and helpful.
Cons: The breakfast was not something to write home about.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The location of this property is close to the airport - great as we had to fly out the next morning. It's about 20 min drive outside of venice ($40 euro taxi each way). The grounds are neat, clean, and very comfortable. Good buffet breakfast. Has a lift and free parking. Would have been happy to stay their longer.
Cons: Service at the front desk was SLOW. We were excited to head off to Venice and the check-in process took longer than we hoped. Everything went off w/out a hitch, just wish they were less leisurely to check us in and check us out.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The bed was comfy, the bathroom was excellent, the breakfast was good and the staff very helpfull.
Good 6.5
Cons: My room was not very well insulated for sound. Talking in rooms next door could be heard clearly in my room. Window shade did not block outdoor lights. I would not recommend this hotel for business travellers.
Good 6.3
Pros: Location
Cons: Bad shower. Very slow restaurant service.
Okay 5.0
Pros: It’s location to the airport
Cons: The room needed a repair shower door was broken. Bin in bathroom broken plug sockets coming off the wall heater in room leaking
Good 7.5
Pros: Nice little basic but perfectly adequate breakfast. Some drinks in the minibar that were reasonably priced. Helpful staff
Cons: Nice hotel with helpful staff and good location. The only location drawback was although it is very close to the airport, at night it might as well be 5 miles away if you are not familiar with the area, and airport taxis have an €18 minimum charge. I could hear the guy in the next room snoring, and in the morning could make out individual words when he spoke. Earplugs will solve this though. No real complaints though. Would stay again and recommend
Okay 5.0
Pros: Breakfast was Continental and okay. Pool was nice. Shuttle service was excellent and drivers were extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons: Restaurant was not available for dinner but the Eden 5 minute walk to the left was very nice.
Good 7.1
Pros: The location was within walking distance of several restaurants and also close to the airport (important due to a very early flight). The room was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. Plenty of hot water.
Cons: The internet was of poor quality as the signal kept fading out (gave up in frustration!). Also we understood that there was a shuttle to the airport which we understood to be available at all hours and was the reason for selecting this property. Turns out there is a E15 fee (approx C$22.50) for two people for a 0.8 km trip to the airport plus a E10 or C$15 surcharge for an early departure (4 a.m.)

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Big comfy bed, close to the bus station, good wifi, good breakfast, will be back!
Cons: -
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good for Italian standards( no fresh vegetables like tomatoes and cucumbers)
Cons: No water boiler in the room for tea, location of course a bit far from Venice but reachable within bus or train, not a problem for us.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Big room All Looks New and renovated bathroom is clean.. Area is close to Venice just 20mins on bus19 and just 10minutes to the airport on bus 45.. And pizza shops and restaurants and bar are just less than 5mins away.. The breakfast is more of pastry just sandwich I must say not hot food English breakfast..
Cons: The room should have a mini kettle Or jug for tea, I had to run to the receptionist in the middle of the night for warm water to make food for my lil one. You have to remember to bring the tv controller back to the reception whilst checking out.. One of the staff an older Asian guy with glasses refused me to take pastry for my little one as takeaway he was fussy about eating it at the dining and we had an early flight and my little one doesn’t eat that very early b 7:am.. But apart from that it’s good value for money.. Especially if you are in Venice for couple of days.
Good 7.9
Pros: The free parking place and breakfast
Cons: None

Excellent 9.0

Pros: Good hotel. Close to airport. Bus station going to Venice is very close.Hotel is excellent but staff need to take more care when doing services.
Cons: Good hotel. Close to airport. Bus station going to Venice is very close. Hotel is excellent but staff need to take more care when doing services.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: located in a quite and safe area , easy access from the airport and convenient public transport to Venice . The staff were exceptional -- At the reception Syed was ever so helpful so was the lady on the other shift -- I don't know her name , they were pleasant in their manner , helpful when asked questions and very good at their work . The cleaning staff always had a smile , the gentleman at the breakfast area was efficient . Breakfast was good , the room and the property were extremely clean , the pressure and temperature of the water was very good--you should be proud of your staff, well done!
Cons: The quantity of soap in the bathroom was not enough .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice hotel, tasty breakfast, helpful staff
Good 7.5
Pros: Close with a bus ride.
Cons: The rooms were small. You could hear other people way to much.

Cons: O
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Family-run. Clean, but basic. Reachable by bus to/fro airport and Venice.
Good 7.3
Pros: The staff at the hotel were really helpful and pleasant and nice to chat with, and the hotel itself is really clean and the buffet breakfast was great too. No complaints at all!
Cons: Its only downside would be its location, which is more than made up for with the staff, rooms and breakfast, plus the reception are extremely helpful in telling you how to get wherever you want to go, so it's not even that much of an inconvenience. They even have bus tickets available to purchase to save you getting them yourself.
Good 6.7
Pros: The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were a good size and kept very clean. Plenty of buses nearby, taking about 35-45 minutes into the centre of Venice.
Cons: It would have been nice to have had tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a social area in the hotel.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Marco on reception was fantastic. A gorgeous guy and very helpful. Five minute walk from bus stop and laundromat.
Good 6.0
Pros: The staff and the facilities
Cons: It was a bit of a commute to Venice but not bad, although there were some ant problems in our room.
Good 7.2
Pros: Very pleasant personnel---very helpful. For Venice---a very good hotel rate. Proximity to the airport and yet convenient to central Venice. A pleasant continental breakfast setting.
Cons: No kleenex (or comparable) in the room. Overall it should be rated 2 stars.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was a perfect hotel for a stay in venice. Not in the city, but 15 min on bus 19 for 1 euro to piazza roma and all there is to do in venice. People were exremely friendly and helpful for all we did or needed to know. Taxi from the cruise port to the hotel was 30 euros and about 15 minutes. 10 min free shuttle to airport
Cons: Leaving
Good 7.2
Pros: It was convenient to the bus and to the airport. The staff made arrangements for us to get to the airport for a 6am flight. That was so helpful. We were able to check in early as well.
Cons: $review.cons

Okay 4.2
Pros: Close to airport
Cons: Tiny outdated room, heater was not operational, cold room. I was scolded by the owner when I said I had tried to turn the heater on myself, with the statement “it’s automatic” (?). Turns out the heater had been turned off by the maid. Restaurant was closed and it was hard to find decent food close by. Dingy bedspread, tiny twin bed, not a good value for the money, I’ve stayed in better hotels near Marco Polo for less. Not even a cup of coffee offered in the morning. Some family owned hotels in Italy will offer reduced rates through travel apps, but they actually will not like it when you take advantage of the offer. It’s a culture thing. But these are the exceptions to the customary great hospitality of most hotels.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The location to transport into Venice. Car Park. Swimming pool. Peaceful.
Cons: Shower screen requires repairing.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Close to everything thanks to everybody who works there
Good 7.1
Pros: Friendly staff. A good breakfast. Convenient to bus into Venice which takes about 25 min. The airport is also about 10 min by taxi.
Cons: The hotel didn,t open the resaurant in the evening and although there is a very good restaurant in the town it was a 15 min walk and would not have been convenient in wet weather.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is ideal and Venice is an easy bus ride away.
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.1
Pros: The pool area and pool were great
Cons: We were told the pool was open til 7pm but this was not the case. After a long day out we arrived back at 6pm and was told the pool was unavailable. Run by a Mumma and Puppa with too many rules ie can only use a particular door, air conditioning only turned on when asked. Our room was so dark we could not open the shutters to see outside!
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Everything was great, clean nice room
Cons: Nothing in particular

Okay 4.2
Pros: Only the hotel position
Cons: Very dirty, poor furniture, no fridge, no breakfast until 7
Okay 4.2
Pros: It wasn't that bad what I expected after reading the reviews. Worked for one night, but wouldn't stay longer. Location near the airport is good and the bus stop is almost in front of the hotel. Late check in.
Cons: What can I say... Everything is really old and that's why the overall impression is musty. Everything looks dirty even though it's not. The staff isn't speaking english and the breakfast was only a coffee, bottle of water and three peaces white bread with a jam. Not worth of 66e that I paid.
Good 6.3
Pros: location was great with it only being a short bus trek to the airport. chap was friendly once over the language barrier and was great helping me order a takeaway. room was fine although a little dated ( I didn't expect the Hilton on the cost.
Cons: breakfast was very poor didn't serve until after 8.30 am 3 bread rolls and a selection of jams and spread bottle of water and a coffee. no fruit, no yoghurt, no cereal no meats or cheese real shame as with a little effort my experience and review would be very different. id of gladly paid another 5-6 Euro on the price to have more choice.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very gentil people the owners. Very helpful.. Next time i will go again there
Good 6.7
Pros: Breakfast with that kind of charges is not worth it! Do not try it!
Cons: Hotel recommended a taxi to airport but we have been cheated by the taxi driver for additional of 10euros for no reason! Hotel should be careful when recommending taxi driver to customer!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The place was clean and very nice and quick to and from airport. The staff was great and very helpful!
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The proximity to the airport. The owner was very helpful in booking a 5am taxi and recommended a very nice restaurant nearby for our evening meal. The hotel is situated in a nice quiet residential area just away from a main road.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Host was waiting on me even tough i arrived very late at night. Was very polite despite the fact I do not speak any Italian. Service was very nice.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Checkin was brilliant and the host was very welcoming. The location is perfect for a night stay before heading to the airport 5minute drive. Bed was very comfortable.I would def stay again.
Cons: Bathroom very small and would have liked to have made a warm drink in the room.
