Pros: Rental experience was great. Short wait to pick up and really fast drop off. Staff were all pleasant and not pushy at all.

Cons: We waited nearly an hour and they didn’t have the car we reserved. That made us late and the car we ended up with wasn’t as nice as what we had reserved weeks in advance.

Cons: The guy checking us in tried to get us to upgrade by telling us we wouldn't be able to fit all of our luggage in the Tiguan that we rented when we already knew that it was plenty big. Was kind of pushy about it. Then he tried to get us to buy toll passes. There were no toll roads where we were traveling. Other than having to answer no to all of his add on's, it was fine.
Pros: Staff at airport, in the garage were friendly and helpful. But the staff in the terminal/airport was curt and not helpful with my questions. Felt like anyone I asked for help, they were constantly passing the buck. Infuriating.
Cons: Contact with their customer service and branch. I've been over charged for what I used the car for, and can't get a hold of anyone to correct the issue. I'll never use Sixt again, and I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB.
Pros: I called and enailed a werk prior asking to cancell per my wife getting covid 19 and we had to cancell our ehome trip to cleareater and i still have not rec a refund bad business!!!!
Cons: Accept my email and cancell my reservations as requested and refund our money!

Cons: Original pick-up location was closed. There was nothing in the rental paperwork telling me that the location was closed so I went there first and was then re-directed to the airport. Second item of contention was the lady behind the counter had a face shield on and a glass partition between her and I. I didn't hear her clearly regarding additional auto insurance and got stuck with an additional $48. in insurance I normally would not have purchased.

Cons: car smelled pretty bad from air freshener. also we left our sunpass in the car and i wrote sixt about it and they never gave me the courtesy of a response. or cleaned the car and notified me on thier own of our lost property.
Cons: My scheduled pick up time was 11pm. The location closes at 11pm. Regular closing time is 1am. Im assuming its due to corona virus. The virus must get real dangerous at 11:01! Lol. Anyway, i showed up at 11:10 and no one was there. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that i had to be there early and that they close at the same time as my pick up time. I had to come back at 9am the next day which caused us to loose out on a half day of our valuable family vacation time.
