We also appreciated having their delicious breakfast and the option of eating in the adjoining cafe. Pros: I traveled with my dad, and we both appreciated the help in getting car service to and from the central train station in Prague. We also appreciated having their delicious breakfast and the option of eating in the adjoining cafe. Cons: The breakfast became boring, not much variety with hot food and the boiled eggs were very hard - there was no option to have eggs cooked the way you like them. The room was standard, unfortunately there were chocolate wrappers to the side of the bedside cabinet and an old pair of slippers under the bed. This was a bit off-putting. Although the hotel is ranked as a five star, it seemed more like a four star. It is still a very nice hotel and I would recommend the hotel for city breaks or business trips.

The Hard Rock Cafe below the hotel were advertising a beverage in lights on front of the hotel, which every 30 seconds or so went across the window. Tnis was only on Saturday night and didnt effect my friends sleep, only mine

Pros: My buddy and I stayed here for a week while we toured around in Prague and in Berlin. We were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms are very clean and the heated bathroom floors are an added perk that one can only really appreciate once they’ve used it. The hotel is centrally located to pretty much everything you’d want to see. On average, I’d say I walked about .7 miles to get to a place I wanted to see.

Cons: It’s just a European thing but the beds are much smaller than what you’d expect in America. Also, the shower glass door is somewhat odd but it’s really not a big deal. Really, the only actual issue I had with this hotel was the A/C unit in my room did not work. Luckily, I stayed at the end of October so opening a window sufficed. The staff told me they would move us into a different room, but, to be honest, I was too lazy to pack all my stuff up just to unpack it. Lol So, it ended up being on me not having a functional A/C unit the entirety of my stay.

Cons: I missed the first two nights of my stay because of missed airline connections, owing to a medical emergency of another airline passenger. I called as soon as the plane eventually landed. I was 5 hours past the cancellation deadline at this point (5 a.m. Prague time) and the reservation staff was not at hotel. I called 9 a.m. Prague time and explained, asking they not cancel my reservation. This happened two nights in a row due to airline intransigence. Reservation staff refused to budge on refunding either night's stay, even after I had to extend the stay by one day and spend another $150. I thought this very poor customer service.

Pros: I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at the grand majestic plaza. The location was great to walk down to all the major attractions, room were clean and beds comfortable and wifi worked great in the room. The breakfast was a good spread and they even make omelette or hard boiled eggs on request.
Cons: I wish they had a gym. And found the housekeeping to be lacking - one day they forgot to put back the shower gel, which was frustrating to discover after stepping into the shower. And sometimes they'd forget to restock hand towels.

The staff was nice and friendly, we had our room cleaned every day and the way how it was done was nicely with care not to tuch our thigs. The breakfast wasn't the same all the time-there was a little bit of variety. The location is also very comfortable espesially for tourists and business trips, as there are two metro station next to the hotel and it's a 10 or 15 min walk to Orloj. At the same time it wasn't noisy at all around the hotel. For short, we enjoyed our stay at the BW Maj Plaza.

Cons: Well, I think, that the reason why I feel a little bit upset about my stay at the hotel hardly can be removed or improved. The matter is that there is a bad bathroom sound insulation. We didn't hear any sounds but only the moments when somebody - I mean our neirbours - took shower or bath. I could hear the water sound and the noise because of using different things at the bathroom. So sometimes I thought that our neibours had their bathroom in our bedroom. Nevertheless it would be a little bit stressfull only for those people who has a sensitive sleeping like me:)) My husband slept very well in the mornings and heard nothing:)

Cons: It was like a good symphony badly played, the Aircon was poor, you could not cool the room enough to sleep under the doonas provided, the windows, single glazed, let in a lot of noise, nothing was replaced in the room in 4 days. They grabbed your bags in the foyer and you then had to tip, not giving you a choice.

The price is really good with breakfast and wi-fi internet included. Our room was spacious with a big bed and was the only one with a balcony. There is a mexican restaurant in the hotel and food is fair enough. Access to Prague center is easy by tram 12 or by subway (about 15 min). They also give you a welcome drink and a bottle of water. I recommend it!

Cons: The hotel seems to be understaffed with those on duty having to double up on jobs. ie at times the receptionist also filled in as barman. If the lights in the bar are off (whether because there is no barman or to save electricity) it is not inviting so people don't use the bar. Perhaps that is the object!

Cons: The restaurant and the room service were extremely expensive. The problem is there are no places near enough for eating, so if you are tired and don't want to go far you are trapped. I would recomend to have snacks and store them in your room since day 1.

Pros: We stayed in the hotel Adeba with my friend and we appreciate the quietness and stillness at that hotel, very kind and even modest and polite staff (may be students - young boys and girls). And in the same time the hotel is close to railway - the windows of our room saw to the gothic wall and the top were trains. But they are very rare and we feel ourselves as in magic cave. We enjoyed that. Besides that the centre of Prague is very close and the hotel also is near autobus station - from it we travel throughout Czechia, and near subway. Thanks a lot to the staff. We wiil be back.

Cons: The only thing we found a bit menacing was that there were a great deal of men around the area whom where obviously touting for business. It stopped us from going out on our first night but we did find that they did not bother us. So we would not recommend this hotel for lone ladies.

Pros: We were in the newly reconstructed room, so everything was great. Beds were comfortable, very firm though. If you prefer plush you might be disappointed. Bathroom was OK, a bit on tight side, but not much different from regular bathrooms in the US Hiltons. The staff was polite, the doorman helped with luggage, etc.
Overall, I believe that compared to other hotels this provided the good value. I could not figure out the size of beds in other hotels, sometimes they didn’t have elevators, and renting apartments felt a bit sketchy. Especially, since we needed our bags held before the check in time. Our Hilton room was $212 tax included. The other hotels were $130-$170 (without tax) and we are speaking 2 or 3 stars. So, no brainer to pick Hilton unless you are on a very tight budget.

Cons: We were on the 5th floor. The reconstruction was ongoing on the 1st floor so we were warned that there might be some noise until 5 pm. The noise went on until 6 pm and it was quite significant and annoying (drilling sound).
We got only 2 bath towels so my wife asked for the 2 more so we can have dry towels for the morning. The lady on the front desk took the note, but the towels were never delivered. We didn't want to bother asking again. However, the interesting thing was when we came back to our room earlier (before we asked for towels), we saw that someone delivered the additional comforter and placed it on our bed. We were surprised that someone entered our room, and this was probably intended for someone else.

They were modern, clean, and comfortable. The hotel wasn't located centrally near the sites but for us it was very walkable and we found good restaurants and bars in the neighborhood and felt safe out at night. It was actually nice to be out of the more touristy and busy areas of the city at the end of the day. This was one of five hotels we stayed at on this trip. By far they offerred the best breakfast and it runs from 7:00 to 11:00 a.m.--pretty accommodating.

Cons: It wasn't mentioned anywhere when we booked the hotel that parking would cost, and that we would need to reserve a parking space. When we arrived, there weren't any spaces available, and we were forced to find other parking space at another hotel down the street. Just a little frustrating, we wished it would have been clear when we booked.
