Pros (+) Staff is very friendly. They received us with a glass of champagne and there was a welcome letter in the room with a bottle of wine. Service is excelent and the location is perfect. Rooms are very confortable. Wonderful breakfast.
Cons (-) Needs better decoration in the aisles to the room.

Pros (+) The property has a cool history to it, however it has been fully reno'd and can be best described as a "boutique" hotel. It has been furnished well, and the room sizes for Europe are ample. Location is good, we were able to walk or metro to all major sights. The hotel gets quiet at night, which is great for getting a good night's sleep. The breakfast included with the room was also quite delicious...
Cons (-) Europeans love firm mattresses, which requires some getting used to for North Americans. Also they have a coffee station in a hallway, as opposed to an in room coffee maker. So although there is free coffee 24/7 in room is just easier. Also, they oddly have actual keys ie made of metal for the rooms. Seems odd as the building was clearly reno'd in the air of key cards.
