The location was excellent ,all my experiences with this hotel were warm and memorable since all hotel staff were well-trained and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and coffee was excellent . I recommended this hotel to my friends who had plan to visit Prague.

The room was ok, the breakfast was fine but nothing special.
On the website it says they provide parking. However, when we arrived the staff informed us that no parking is available, even though we were not warned in advance that there might be a difficulty finding a parking space at the hotel. (Parking at the hotel is not free by the way). Then one staff member sent us to some public parking space giving us wrong directions, and when we finally reached that public parking it turns out that you have to pay 2,5 euros per hour to park there, I mean, we did not arrive to the five star hotel to pay for our parking spot in the amount that was almost equal to the price of our stay as well! All in all, if you are travelling by car, I would not recommend it - parking is unreliable and the staff was not helpful finding a solution for us, one of the staff members just shrugged us off saying "it is what it is, find a public parking spot".
