decent breakfast + clean rooms + AMAZING location + friendly and polite staff + large rooms - The pillows on the bed were literally the worst pillows I’ve encountered in an hotel. A piece of cardboard has more thickness in it. Cons (-) I missed the first two nights of my stay because of missed airline connections, owing to a medical emergency of another airline passenger. I called as soon as the plane eventually landed. I was 5 hours past the cancellation deadline at this point (5 a.m. Prague time) and the reservation staff was not at hotel.
