Pros: The hotel is in an excellent quiet location very close to all sights. It is a beautiful property with outstanding staff who ensured that our stay was perfect in every respect. The breakfast selection was extensive and the food was very well prepared and tasty. We missed the manager's wine and cheese tasting in the lobby in the afternoon, but were given sparkling wine and beer on our arrival. Plus the manager left a note in our room, welcoming us back, and fruit and chocolates.

Cons: No parking, overly oppressive staff, unfair retroactive billing of a bottle of water! Conclusion: we won’t return, unfortunately.
7.1 Good
Pros: Beautiful modern hotel in the center of old town of Prague, minute away from everything . Wine for free every day at 18.
Cons: A 5 star hotel you expect everything to be of highest standard, however the wall paper and textiles seem «warrned» out, with holes and old dirt , like the chairs in the spa area. The spa products in the room where cheap and not what I would expect at a 5 star hotel. The privat M room was also well used and did not look like an exclusive club. The interior needs a lift there too.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location is excellent, cause it is in the center, but not noisy. The spa really surprised! Aroma hamam, sauna, stone feet massage, terrace view, tea with sweets, everything was wonderful.

Pros: It was well situated
Cons: Spider webs above my bed, the staff seemed annoyed when my key demagnetized. I accidentally upgraded to a suite and immediately emailed to correct it, hotel passed the buck to booking.com who assured me it was handled. The hotel DID see my email and reply, so they knew of the situation I get to the hotel and was promptly shown to the suite. I explained the situation to the guy showing me my room and he said "we will figure it out tomorrow". I called booking.com immediately. After about 45 minutes he returned to move me to a standard room. When he did so, he said its good I called cause I saved myself 800 euro.

Pros: This was truly a 5 star experience. We booked a superior room on the 6th floor. I am generally a slightly fussy individual, and yet I cannot fault this hotel in any way. I really wish that all hotels were like this. It is one of the finest hotel experiences my wife and I have had. The room was large and exceptionally quiet. I slept very well. The bed and bathroom linen was changed every day.The bathroom area was wonderful. There was a bath, a separate adjoining toilet and bidet, and a large walk in shower. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast is a comprehensive buffet bar with cooked food, a selection of fruits, yoghurts and cereals and bread and croissants etc. We also ate one night in the evening restaurant. The standard of the cuisine and choice of dishes was excellent, It is well located above the City near the Loreto and Castle, and my favourite Petrin Hill park with spectacular views over the City below. The regular number 22 tram takes minutes to go up and down the river level and costs less than £1. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night break here.

Cons: Not necessarily negative, but something you should know: Location: if you want to walk to and from the centre, the way back to the hotel goes quite a bit uphill... But there is a tram line directly at the hotel, which takes you to the centre and back for 24 CZK one way.

Pros: The location is what attracted me to the Eurostars Thalia and it appeared to be a nice hotel on the website. Upon arriving, the hotel met all my expectations, the staff was very nice and the location was about as good as you're going to get in Old Town of Prague. Reasonable price, nicely furnished, attentive staff and great location!

Pros: Perfect location for where we wanted to go; close to sightseeing, public transport, eating places. Love the bidet, fluffy robes, slippers, and heavenly bed. Gave us a room at quiet side of the building so very minimal noise from the major street. Love the big windows we could open for fresh air. Spacious closet with enough hangers. Love the Coffee& tea in the room. Buffet breakfast exceptional with lots of variety, healthy options, and delicious desserts. The fresh juices and self-serve coffee machine at the back were one more reason to stay longer! Front desk staff very helpful getting us a ride to the airport.

Pros: The hotel is really beautiful in an excellent location, right near the castle and a short walk to Charles bridge . Staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd booked a package which included room decoration and the room was beautiful when we arrived, with a bottle of prosecco , fresh cakes and a fresh rose waiting for us. The package also included the spa which was really nice. We both had a massage which was excellent and time in the sauna and whirlpool , it was very relaxing. The meal which was included in the package was very tasty too. Breakfast was really tasty with a great choice. 9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were fantastic, from doormen to desk to waiters. The bedroom and common areas were lovely; they’ve spent money making it all feel really luxurious. The hotel is in a great location if you want to be slightly outside the madness of the very center of Prague.
Cons: We would have appreciated a greater selection of chopped fruit at breakfast, but otherwise we cannot really complain. We’d stay again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very modern, innovative design.Beautiful room, with a lovely alcove that had windows all around (even though it was a budget room). Quiet, non-smoking, very safe and secure building. Extremely clean. Friendly, accommodating staff. Sumptuous buffet breakfast included. Steps away from Old Town, and all the places I wanted to visit. Right across from river. Excellent transport from and to airport. I highly recommend this hotel.
Cons:
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room, the view, the spa! The cleanliness of the room.
Cons: Noisy maintenance work in the morning using a drilling machine almost everyday.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Unless you are a part of a Japanese or other Tour group, you don't count.
Poor breakfast buffet.
Bathroom extremely small.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were lovely. Spa was great and so convenient. Room was spacious. Room service was nice and not too expensive.
Cons: At one point we had no towels but this was quickly rectified when we called reception.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is great. it is close to the old town, with a great view to the river and Prague Hrad. Make sure to get a river side room. There was an option for a late check out (up to 13:00 for free, to 18:00 for 50 Euro), which was great to rest and prepare before the flying back.
Cons:
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed at the hotel in March 2016, and was sufficiently pleased by the experience that I decided to return during my visit to Prague in March 2017. I was similarly pleased with the hotel during my recent visit.
Cons:
10.0 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: Only negative and just a small one was on 2 occasions out of a 3 night stay, housekeeping wanted to enter to turn down and draw curtains at 6.30pm, when you are just getting ready to go out. Other than that it was a fantastic Hotel in a great location!

The breakfast is tasty, not a wide variety of choices but sufficient for enjoyment. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, speaking good English.
Cons: The walls (and ceiling?) are thin and I could hear the noise from the corridor outside. Fortunately I could still have a nice sleep.
7.9 Good
Pros:
Cons: It was overall nice experience. Only thing I felt missing was hot water kettle and coffee sashes that one can use in morning or evening. Another thing is bedding was not very comfortable though it was clean. The most important is that bed has sharp edges which hit us hard so many times when you roam around in the room.

Pros: Location is great and staff was helpful.
Cons: Hotel is well kept but still feels dated.
Free WiFi connection was awful, not sure if that’s a ploy to get people to pay for WiFi or not.
May have just been our room but the hair dryer in our room was pretty old and didn’t work well at all, shutting down after about 1 minute at a time.

Cons: SPA is quite small as for the hotel of such size; the heating system in rooms must be old, as it needs time to heat the room (it was very cold at the time of our staying). It took some hours (while we were walking in the city) and the temperature became good as for us.
7.5 Good
Pros:
Cons: -Removing the minibar costs 10 Euro, therefore you can't use the refrigerator unless you empty it, so that means using the refrigerator costs 10 Euro. - The parking is very expensive.

Cons: Tourists As the hotel is located on Karlova street, the noise is unavoidable, but as our room faced Liliova street we were partially safe. The Czechs and most of the tourists like.to drink beer and they drink a lot and they like to party. So be prepared

Cons: There are no shelves at all in the bathroom or shower cubical and no plugs for any of the sinks. Lotions, potions, towels, clothes, etc all have to be spread out on the bathroom floor. Why do the designers and owners spend time in their apartments to experience what it is like to stay in.

Pros: Only location and river view from room
Cons: 1) really old room and furniture, door handle fell out the first night, and no light in bathroom, but since we came at 22:30 not possible to fix, they give us new room tomorrow one floor up, but still old and bad smell (like all old apartments) 2) bed is twin (they connect it to have double), but location of bed is in one gap in room, really claustrophobic, and no power socket near, I wanted to make cancelation after first night, and find other hotel, but was not possible to get refunding. 3) card is attached to key, so if you want to lock door you must turn on lamp in mobile phone when you come in

Pros: Bed was big enough and mattress was good too.
Cons: Bathroom and shower were fairly small. Might be a 4 star hotel for Czech standards but I'd give it more like 3 stars.

Pros: Very nice staff that was welcoming and service minded. Breakfast was ok. Good location and nice neighborhood.
Cons: Breakfast room was a little too small for the amount of people, but it is probably better if you don’t eat at 8 when everyone else wants breakfast too. But even then you did not need wait too long for a table.
