Although I found a different person at the reception every day during my five-day visit, they always greeted me with a smile and a 'Hi'. Expect to be briefed about the essentials, details about the neighborhood (like the ATM just round the corner) and the transport options in Prague (you can even buy transport tickets at the hotel). The best advantage of Hotel Inos is its location. You are only a two-minute walk away from the Vltava river bank, bus stop and the tram station. A ten-minute walk will get you to the Prague Congress Centre (if you are attending a conference) and a five-minute walk to Vysehrad (probably the best scenic view-points to visit in Prague). Taking a tram from the Podolska vodarna will take you to the Wenceslas Square or the Charles Bridge in 10-15 minutes. The Prague airport is about 45 minutes by car and the hotel provides arranging for a taxi for both pick-up and drop-off (paid service). You can even change currency (USD, GBP & EUR) at the reception at a fairly good rate. Else if you have an international card, use the ATM nearby (remember to choose 'without conversion' as the option while withdrawing cash). Quite a few options to eat out are available around the hotel. Even several vegetarian/non-vegetarian dishes from the Indian subcontinent can be found at the 'Chilli Pizzeria', a nice little place run by a pleasant gentleman from Pakistan, two-minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms at Hotel Inos are well maintained and comfortable with ample space. In the room you will be provided with a writing desk and chair, television, a few plates, cutlery and glasses. A spacious closet with a small safe and hangers is also present. However, you can borrow an iron from the reception if you need to iron your clothes. The hotel provides laundry facility as well.

Cons: It didn't cause a problem for us but there was no air conditioning in the hotel which might be problematic if it was very hot during your stay.

Cons: The rooms would be better if equipped with air-conditioning (specially needed during hot days), a refrigerator and a kettle to prepare some coffee. The electrical outlets consist of 'Type C' sockets if you want to use any electrical equipment (like mobile chargers or laptops). You can probably borrow an adapter from the reception (I had my own).

Contains gardens, kids play area, golf area and a small lake. Good value for the money. There are small details which I liked e.g. the fruits and chocolate in the room . My room (309) was spacious with view on the garden. The breakfast was really good for a 4 star hotel. There is free car parking.

While we were staying at the hotel last evening, water from the shower and basin has very weak water in return we could not take shower. We asked hotel staff for help and their answer was no technician on duty therefore we needed to wait for shower until next morning.

Cons: Air conditioner was broken in room 302 and the fridge leaked. Outside it was 32 degrees hot, the room was very stuffy. The staff promised to fix the air conditioner on June 12 in the evening, then they promised to fix it on June 13, and in the evening they said that they could not do anything. In room 303 water dripped from the air conditioner, the staff responded that they could not help. If you open the window at night, you will hear noise from the street, products for the restaurant were unloaded under the window.

Cons: 1) Hotel’s transparency on using swimming pool- it NOT FREE:( Swimming pool’s amazing photo from the hotel’s website is just for the best impression - the pool is small-14m length and is not for free, they charge $15 /1 pax- ridiculous :( The Hotel has to make the information about the pool’s prices transparent for the booking.com customers. 2) Staff’s attitude at the Apollo SPA- could have been much more pleasant.

Cons: Bedroom is small. When I asked for a double bed at check in I was told none available, but would put 2 beds together and cover with a topper. This did not happen. Asked at reception the following morning and told me it would get sorted, again never did. In a 5 star property I would expect for the hotel facilities to be available to all guests, not at an additional charge. Ie. Swimming pool, spa etc. Not a 5 star rating in my opinion.

Cons: Late check in due to our request for all group rooms on same floor. Due to virus in their software lead to problems in opening room door with keys provided. So everytime bell boy was called to open doors. They compensated it on our request with executive lounge and Swimming pool and spa acess. So that was good from them.
In one of our friend's room was not cleaned properly and another friend had trouble in blockage of water drainaige in washbasin... later they fixed it.... Rest all is good about this hotel will recommend it.

Cons: The hotel has charged my credit card twice and unfortunately I didn't receive the money back. They explained to me that one of the payments at the amount of 4 000 was pre-authorisation and that I have to received it back before one week, but it didn't happened. In my humble opinion, it is a little bit to my much to charge a deposit of 4 000 for two nights stay having in mind that we have said that we are not going to use the minibar and the minibar was locked.

The views were incredible, it honestly looked like a painting on the wall. The pool, spa and beauty facilities on the top floor were incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our couples massage package. Cons: - The hotel is a bit dated, some furniture needs replacement. - Upon entering the room after the check-in we discovered that the room was not cleaned after the previous guests. Needed to go back to reception and ask it to be cleaned. Although the incident was resolved relatively quickly, this is not really acceptable for a 4 start hotel. - The bathroom was clean, but cannot say the same about the room itself. The curtains were extremely dusty and looked like they have been washed for a very-very long time. Same thing with the bedspread. Please wash or dry clean them! For people allergic to dust, like myself, this is very important.

Pros: What a nice experience! The place was quite easy to find, only a 10-15 min walk from the Chodov shopping centre, 5 min walk from Lidl and only a short bus ride from SAPA. We chose this place because it was near a concert venue that we went to, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice - it was nice to be somewhere outside of the city centre. The check-in was fine, the man at the reception desk was helpful and sweet (although we are Czech and he wasn’t that nice to other non-Czech guests so maybe keep that in mind?). Since these are dormitories, there’s also a lounge area with vending machines, an ATM and a public transport ticket machine in the building, which is incredibly convenient. The room was great, it had a balcony, and we only shared a bathroom with 2 other people which is completely fine. There’s also a fridge you can use! I would definitely come here again.

The room was very clean, well equipped and bed extremely comfy. The breakfast nice (standard buffet) style, in case smth ran out, you could ask and they brought in sec - so there was lack of anything. I recommend this hotel and next time visiting Prague, we will stay here again! :)

Trains are running right outside windows - very noisy when lack of air condition requires windows to be open. Staff was not exactly unfriendly, but very indifferent. We booked a two night stay but left after one.

Cons: We had a family room, but the room looks very different than on the pictures. There were old beds, sheets, curtains, etc. Everything was clean, but the pictures are misleading. There were no modern beds, sheets, floor, etc, so I guess it would be good to have a real pictures on the hotel´s pages. The day before our arrival, I asked if we can use the park spot earlier than it is a check in and the receptionist said that it is possible. But when we came the next day, she told us, that we need to leave a key from the car at the hotel. When I asked her why, she didn´t know. She just told us that this is the hotel´s rule and that´s it. I quite don´t understand why she didn´t tell us this when I first asked (the day before arrival). When we checked in, there was another receptionist, so I asked once again, why they have such a rule and I was told that it is because of earthquake,etc), which I don´t understand and it was the first time I heard something like this. Eventually we parked in front of the hotel, which was even cheaper than their parking lot.

Pros: There was Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel. The mattress was comfortable and the curtains did the job as well, by not letting any light in.
Cons: The shower head was at the same level as the faucet, there was no way to take a proper shower, only by sitting down. There was no way to adjust the heat in the room, had to let the receptionist know so they could adjust it on their computer (we repeatedly had to ask, since the room was cold). There's no carpet in the hallway, so when the maids start work early in the morning, you can hear every footstep and cart passing by your room. Basically, no more sleep if you're not equipped with earplugs. The pillows were also very bad, extremely lumpy. One wall in our room was full of dirt marks and there was a thick layer of dust behind the TV stand (we only saw that because we were looking for outlets, but there were barely any). The breakfast was sub-par and the staff was quite unfriendly and rude. They would take things from our table when we weren't even finished. They were more focused on getting the job done rather than accommodating guests.

Pros: The breakfast was okey, pet friendly accomodation with parking place.
Cons: The room was just the little hole. The phone was on the floor as no bedside table next to the bed. The pillow was very uncomftable, I had to put blanket under my head. No view from the room, just you can see the sky. It was just 2star hotel, not a 4, and a price was extremly high for this accomodation.

Pros: Very very BAD!
Cons: everything was bad, will never in my entire life visit this hotel again! I'd rather sleep out in the streets! very disgusting hotel, very bad staff, old breakfast! no air conditioning! BLÄÄ BLÄÄÄ BLÄÄÄ! I couldn't even be inside the room because it was so hot and you couldn't even sit outside when the staff complained about being too loud (when it was normal noise). They then threatened to report the police or throw us out of the hotel ... the worst three nights of my life! I also discovered that the windows were full bumblebee nest
