A small shop right next to the hotel, so easy to buy a big bottle of water in the morning, before going to explore the city. Not the best breakfast, but anyone can find something good to eat every morning. Clean rooms. Nice terrace in the courtyard of the hotel. Private parking with remote control.

Pros: The position is not near the city centre, in the northern part of the city, but indeed very well connected with the center. A tram 17 stop is in front of the hotel and with that you can get directly to Mala Strana and Ponte Carlo: everything at your fingertips, really convenient! Small and nice structure, it is possible to park (for a fee) the car in an enclosed space, there is also a small patio where you can stay outdoors. Very good WiFi, available throughout the hotel, even the internet connection is very good and fast.

Pros: i am really happy with my stay in this place, rooms were big, clean and comfy, there was a nice bathroom and kitchen appliances in the room which is always a plus. lovely and nice ladies on reception. buffet style breakfast was really good. i will definitely come back!!

Cons: We arranged ahead of time for a pick-up at the airport. After looking for our driver for 15 minutes or so, we resorted to hiring our own taxi. When we arrived at the hotel, they were very upset that we didn't use their taxi. They would not believe us when we said we looked for him repeatedly and couldn't find him. Upon check-out, we discovered that they had charged us for the airport pick-up that didn't happen. We were a bit blindsided by this because they didn't inform us that they were going to do this when we checked in. The staff made NO effort to try to meet us halfway. Air conditioning was available, but at an extra charge. Opening the windows as an alternative was very loud, since the tram passed by every 20 minutes or so. The staff refused to give us extra, dry towels. Fortunately, upon the purchase of air conditioning, ours did finally dry out. The first air conditioning controller they gave us did not work, and we had to request one that actually had batteries in it. Finally, the dining options in this neighborhood are exceptionally limited. We found one gem of an Italian place (the staff didn't mention it-we googled it); other than that, it's just pubs.

Cons: Not necessarily a big minus, the sensor lights for the terrace can be a bit frustrating when it's dark outside and you always need to move to turn then on again. However, they are probably thinking about the guests with the windows facing the terrace.

Cons: The breakfast can be improved, which is not very varied, at least for those with Mediterranean habits, but still good. The rooms facing the street (Klapkova) where the tram passes are a bit too noisy, when passing the tram you have to stay with the window closed even just to hear the TV. The air conditioning is available in the rooms but it is charged, it does not cost so much (100 kr/day, about 4 euro) but it may be avoided to offer it for a fee, especially in summer when it can be hot and you can't always keep the window open.

Also cannot speak too highly of the shuttle service to zoo, metro or tram. It is literally on demand. And free. they do everything possible to make the stay problem free.

Cons: The SMELL. Ohhhh......that awful smell when we enter the main entrance of the Residence building. Turpentine or some kind of chemical smell which lingered during the duration of our stay. Fortunately, the smell did not seep into our bed room.

Breakfast is very good, lots of choices and good tasty food. Room was also very good, big and super comfortable bed, digital tv, lots of windows, fridge, A/C, good size bathroom. We appreciate the quiet exposure and had a great rest at night. Plenty of parking outside for a small fee or a bit further for free.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and spoke English. It's a good location to get into Prague. Quiet neighborhood. It's showing wear but it's an excellent value and a going location for independent travelers. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. There is a restaurant at the hotel with good choices and locals clearly est there, also a local pub across the streetcar tracks from the hotel with a courtyard that's hidden from the streets with great Czech food and beer (but no English speaking staff).

Pros: The staff was very friendly and spoke English. It's a good location to get into Prague. Quiet neighborhood. It's showing wear but it's an excellent value and a going location for independent travelers. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. There is a restaurant at the hotel with good choices and locals clearly est there, also a local pub across the streetcar tracks from the hotel with a courtyard that's hidden from the streets with great Czech food and beer (but no English speaking staff).

Wifi doesn't reach all rooms and is of poor strength. They provide a fan but rooms get extremely hot in the summer and our window wouldn't open properly because the hinge was broken. There are also connecting balconies in some rooms which means there is no privacy and m everything inside the room can be seen and other guest can even enter if the window is open. Pictures are deceiving.

Sharing a freshly made breakfast with other guests each morning started our days in the perfect way. We stayed in the family suite on the third floor and our bathroom was huge, with both a tub and shower, seperate wc, and double sinks on a large vanity - it was apparently newly completed and beautiful.

Cons: The location is the only real disadvantage. It's next to a local road, with cars passing by since early in the morning, but not big deal at all. It's far from everything, with not even a single groceries or supermarket in the surroundings. There's just a restaurant in the pension, although I can't have an opinion cause we didn't try anything there. Regardless, in general the area is quiet and there's a bus stop right there. The fan is a bit noisy, so perhaps it's best to bring some earplugs with you. The towels were quite rough, but at least they provide the guests with towels and soap, cause other more expensive pensions or hostels don't give anything.

They literally came into our room and made us walk out of the room as soon as it was 11 am (check out time on dot). After that, I didn't have any cash to pay them and no they don't accept cards as they've mentioned here. I had to walk for around 2km in the cold to find an ATM to withdraw some cash, while my girlfriend was made to wait outside in the cold. All in all, it was a nightmare.

Pros: Location was near the zoo, which was good. We've got a map for free and some useful info from the owner :) Owner was willing to wait for us to check us in long after 19:00. We arrived at 23:00 and he spent there another hour to book some other guests and so on. There were glasses in the room, which was handy. Owner seems to be a good guy.
Cons: On the check-out we had to pay extra money for parking and that was 7€/day .. even though we didn't register the car's number plate in the papers .. which was unnecessary they said :D (staff said it's a city tax - wonder where is the problem - straight to the pocket) It wasn't mentioned on booking either... Owner was a little hesitant to check us in later (22-23:00) at first, but at the end it was okay, since he had more guests coming later I suppose. .. employee at our check-out didn't have the best attitude towards us. Room was good enough to get some rest, but you don't get fridge.. bathroom was basically at the reception and toilet was shared, as well near the reception (we didn't expect it to be that bad).. facility was old but all in all not too bad. We booked this only because it was 2 days prior to the stay and we didn't find better alternative. 1 night was less than 50€ but we could definitely find something better in terms of value/money if we planned ahead.

Cons: Repair in the hotel, we woke up every day because of the loud noise from our floor. Poor interior there is no one cupboard, nightstand or even shelves in our room. Keep in mind info about your visit to this hotel may be shared with other guests, we asked to print our tickets on reception and got some info about other guests on the other side off printed tickets.

Cons: Well, the area the hostel is located in is a quite rough neighbourhood, not much to do around the hotel, just a restaurant outside. But we where there for a competition and didnt spend much time there, for the cheap price it's great.

Cons: Unfortunately, there are many things which need attention. The items listed below are fairly straightforward and if attention is given to them would turn this into a really good hostel/hotel experience. 1. Even with the rather mild weather during my stay, the room was far too hot and uncomfortable. You are only able to open the windows a very small amount, and therefore the air circulation is very poor. Rooms definitely require air conditioning or at least a decent fan. 2. I stayed here for 7 nights, yet my bed linen was not changed once. Cleaning staff came into the room daily, but all they seemed to do was top-up toilet paper and change towels. 3. Far too long to check-in - one can expect to wait half an hour up to 45 minutes to check-in. During my one week stay here, I noticed time-and-time again people waiting in long queues to check-in - sometimes 40 or 50 people waiting to check-in and only two people working at reception. I would suggest during busy periods at least 4 receptionists checking customers in. 4. Like many other customers, I paid for my breakfast. Customers are given tokens which they deposit in a box when entering the breakfast room. However, on numerous occasions, I noticed people coming in for breakfast who had clearly not paid. This is very annoying for those people who pay. Needs to be a better system put in place to ensure only customers who pay receive breakfast,

It is very well connected with public transportation, and it is some food markets, restaurants and fast food shops near by. It is possible to park your car in the hotel garage but you have to pay for that service (not much, fer price). In the neighborhood you can park as well, it is not crowded, and pay in the period from 8 AM to 9 PM (I am not sure....something like that), as well. You can make your parking decision depends what you need and how many hours you drive your car during the day.

Cons: We had a late check-in and the guy at the reception was really weird. His behaviour was so unfriendly that he actually scared my kids. He was really angry and irritated, and it looked like he cursed and yelled in the czech language because of my indistinct hand writing on some paper I had to fill in. I have never seen anything like this in any of the hotels I've been to. The room looked really shabby and uncomfortable, the tap in the bathroom was leaking and rusty. There was no shower curtain and no door between the room and a little hall. There was no fridge and the waste paper basket was really tiny.

Cons: The worst thing in the hotel is breakfast. In the firs sight, you can see almost all common breakfast food as at the similar hotels...BUT... all you can see is the worst quality ever! Bread, salami, juice...there is no scrambled eggs (just hard boiled) about the fruit-some small apples laying forever in the basket.... for the five days of our stay they did not change a thing!

Cons: Dogs above 6kg are not allowed so place shouldn't be! called "pet friendly". No air-conditioning in the room so on 2nd floor was super hot. Rooms are nonsmoking but still someone was smoking around so it was unpleasant. Although bathroom was cleaned (assumption) still it looked dirty. Shower cabin was destroyed (doors were not closing, one door was just hanging poorly). Breakfast was horrible. I would prefer not to have it included and just grab something on my own from shop. Would be way more tasty.
